This place is exceptional! I have never find that good mechanics and that best prices! Jim and his team fixed my mercedes benz S 550 2014 in a one day! It s incredible how good they work normally i do visit every mechanic one time and after i never come back because of bad job and etc, but if you read my review i do promise you this place is the best for your benz! They say to have a stress free life you need an honest mechanic an honest loyal lawyer and an honest dentist.Jimmy or as I have him in my phone under Porsche Doctor is not just an honest mechanic but the best and most knowledgeable one I have ever dealt with. I m a collector with a good size collection of classic aircooled and modern post 996 Porsches. I also have a Mercedes G500. I ve been taking my cars to Jimmy for 15 years. Hands down you will be treated like family and your car will be serviced like he services his own cars. I honestly wouldn t even consider having a collection if I didn t know I have him to maintain my cars. The level of knowledge, honesty and pricing deserves 10 stars, too bad google only allows 5. However I can put 10 stars here **********

If you own a Porsche or a Mercedes you should definitely get your car serviced here. Jimmy knows his cars and runs a clean operation. The only person I would take an air cooled Porsche or rely on advice from when it comes to Porsche.

I started coming to Jimmy after another Mercedes repair shop in Redwood City closed. I really trusted that guy in RWC and was looking for another person I could trust. So far Jimmy is that guy. He will tell you what needs to be fixed and what can wait. The quotes are less than the stealership but if you insist on OE/OEM parts like me, you ll pay a little more. The only thing I can complain about is Jimmy s handwriting. His writing is illegible like a doctor s prescription and maybe the shop should provide printed service invoices in the future.

One thing I learned about car repair/ service shops is, you don t really know if the current shop you are going to is good or really good until you start going to a different service shop or get your car checked out by a different car mechanic.If you are not a car person it s really hard to judge the work, unless the place you go to is really terrible.This shop was prompt with their service. Mercedes service center asked me to do a dozen of work, Jimmy asked me to do only what my car needed.One of my repair job is visible and it looks good, the other one was transmission service, driving still feels about the same, but I trust them.The Mercedes service center (Autobahn motors) I went to for my yearly service forgot to put my oil dipstick back after the service. I noticed it two days after, they put my engine in real risk.So, no matter how much you trust your mechanic, find one more. I think I found mine, I ll be coming back here again.

If you own a Porsche or Mercedes in the bay area, this is the best place to take your car! Jimmy and the team are great. I went to him with my 997 and he was always transparent and helpful. When I moved across the country, Jimmy helped me sell my car. Love this shop! We ve taken several cars to them over the past 15 years. Always top notch service! I bought my first E420 to them 15 years ago, that car lasted to overs 320k miles. Our 2nd car lasted over 250k miles. Jimmy and the family took care of us. I recommend them. They re not afraid to help out with reaching out to Mercedes corporate when there s a possible recall issue, and they work Mercedes to identify issues and solve them. I have gone here for two services since switching to them for a mechanic that is closer to where I live and more knowledgeable on Porsche specifically. I m really impressed so far. The first job was a general service and inspection and the second was a suspension upgrade. The strut, shock, and drop link replacement was a one day turnaround! Jimmy doesn t pressure you to make the most expensive decision with your car, in fact he saved me a ton on the suspension compared to what I was prepared to spend. Jimmy and his team are one of the only shops I will bring my Porsche. Reasonable rates and work are done in a timely fashion. Will continue to bring my car to them whenever anything is needed.

Such a fantastic business to have to deal with. I have brought multiple cars over the years to the shop and dealt directly with Jimmy. We have had nothing but great experiences! They are professional on top of it and very knowledgeable about very specific cars.

I just returned from an over 5,000 miles road trip to Minnesota and Chicago and back to San Francisco. This business will waste your time and money. Brought my car to his shop to save money but experienced deceit and nightmare. I drive an AMG Mercedes and other luxury vehicles. I have never experienced incompetency, deceit , degradation and the list goes on. I finally paid 3k to fix the same problems he claimed to fix. Avoid this shop and Mercedes Benz of San Francisco; they both flock together in the game of scamming customers. You deserve zero stars.Please ignore all those five star rating, be probably purchased some of them.Service: Steering & suspension repair

If you own a Porsche in the Bay area and don't want to pay the high prices of the dealer, you need to go to Junipero Serra Porsche-Mercedes. Jimmy took care of everything on my Porsche 993 Turbo. He goes above and beyond in the quality of work and service.

This shop does great work & they're excellent at figuring out how to solve issues with vehicles. When they tell you your car will be ready to get picked up at a certain time you can be sure it will be.

Been in a few times. Jimmy is great and explains the pros and cons of any given service.And if you happen to have a G-wagen, you'd be crazy to take it anywhere else.
