Picked up my car from service yesterday. The business is excellent and thorough . My car was serviced sooner than a week and (within about 4 days) it was cleaner than it was when I was driving it! I ve never had any shop wash my car. It also smelled better inside too! Thank you Fix Auto! I recommend you come here for any of your servicing needs.

Terrible experience with the auto shop. Picked my car up, drive a couple blocks and my front right tire sensor light came on. Took it back and the shop put air in it for me and told me to stay in the car while they check all my tires. Was told the tires were fine and that there was no nails or bolts in the tire. Later when I get home I notice they bolt/nut with washer in my tire. The shop was closed and had to wait till Monday, to get in contact. When trying to ask them to fix it because that s not the condition I left dropped my vehicle off in. Just wanted my vehicle back the way I dropped it off. Don t recommend this shop to anyone. USAA should be ashamed to be partners with this shop.

Horrible experience. Do not bring your car there. Unprofessional and rude. They don t have any idea of customer service or what they are doing or how to to communicate. I was told to bring the car in then they said will call you back when we are ready to take the car in for repairs. Then I got an email from them asking me to order the parts??? Then they said it will take 2 months to get the car in. Horrible experience and horrible service. Totally a waste of time. I will give them a minus cero stars if there was a chance. Do not go there.

Received my car two days early and they removed the duct tape scratches and stains and made my beat-up bumper look brand new. Highly recommend, the service was amazing.

Had a great experience getting my car repaired here after a small accident. They had amazing turnaround time and were super helpful in scheduling and coordinating the rental car pickup/dropoff. The repair was perfect and my car looks good as new!

Everyone in the shop are polite and respond to all the queries I have. Pretty knowledgeable of what is supposed to be done in my van. They fixed the van in a record time. Avoid this place if you can - the repairs they did were so-so, but it took twice as long as their original estimate and we got zero information from them over the course of the timeline, we called them only to be told the timeline had been extended. The repair/garage staff seemed friendly enough, but the same cannot be said for their customer facing staff. I elected to give two stars since they did the job, but both the customer service and the repairs themselves were lacking. I'm going to have to find another shop to tighten up the work they did.Service: Body & Trim

Fix Auto Daly City went above & beyond any experience I've had in the past with auto repairs. They were always gracious. They even washed my dirty car- a 1st in my experiences with auto repair! I highly recommend this shop.

Piece of advice for this business: if you're not comfortable/ don't want to do business with someone, just flat out, go ahead and say it. It took 2 days and I still didn't receive an estimate, called in on the second day and asked about the estimate and was promised it will be done by the end of the day, but instead I got nothing. Thanks for the nothing, your welcome for the one star review.

Owner and staff are super friendly and did an amazing job fixing my car. My front and rear windshield were vandalized, as well as my hood and side view mirrors. They fixed it up super quick and it was like new! Like nothing had ever happened!Would recommend.

Below is true, but after I picked up my car the rear speakers were not playing any sound (it is not that sound is faded to the front, we have messed with it). When I called back and asked if there may be a simple explanation they just said it could not have been related to their work at all and they are too busy to check it out. It seems far far too coincidental that this issue is unrelated to the work that was done there. I wish they could have taken a quick lookI have had my car serviced at Fix Auto twice and they have been great. The car was ready earlier than anticipated, cost was exactly as expected and the staff was kind and fun to chat with. Will be back (hopefully not too soon)

I had an excellent experience at Fix Auto Daly City. They were great at communicating the repairs they planned to do, and providing status updates. I was in a sticky situation because I had a long-planned trip but they needed more time after they found more damages. After telling them of my plans, they surprised me by prioritizing my car so that it could be fixed in time for my trip. This saved me hundreds of dollars on my rental, so I am very appreciative. The customer service was excellent. My bumper was fixed within a day! When it s supposed to be for another couple days. I am so happy with the detail work from vacuuming inside the car to a flawless job well done to my bumper. It made my car look like a brand new one! Highly recommended.

Marvic and team are absolutely amazing. They made the otherwise painful process of getting my stolen catalytic converter replaced an absolute breeze. They made sure to update me each step of the way and were completely transparent with all of my options. They knew exactly what they were doing and already had the parts ready when my car got to the shop so my car was ready to go the next day - they even cleaned the interior and exterior! Couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you SO much!

I never post poor reviews but I made an exception for terrible experience. We had our car "repaired" here. Everything seemed fine and we had a road trip planned for Christmas Day. On that day it was raining and we were on the highway. All of a sudden all the lights on the dashboard come on and the car stops accelerating. This was scary we had our son in the car. We had to turn around and cancel our trip. We had family we were visiting that we have not seen due to COVID-19.I phone Fix Auto for help as we suspected they had not repaired our car properly. Due to the holiday we had to wait until Monday to contact them. Upon speaking to a representative they stated that it could not be their mistake and that they stood by their work. They offered for them to run an analysis but indicated that is all they could do. We were at a loss and asked for advice. Again they said they were not sure what they could do. I said we would take to dealer. They agreed that was best and I asked if they would reimburse. They said yes if they were at fault.After it was determined it was their shoddy work that caused the malfunction. I phoned spoke to Marvic and she said, I got you and provided an email. After not hearing from her. I emailed again. The email bounced back I resubmitted email to new email. Still did not hear back. I called to inquire and they said they could not read email. I dropped off paperwork. They phoned to say check is ready. I phoned to provide my address then was informed they are only paying half. They state it was because I should have brought it to them! I said I would report them to insurance and write this review. Tess said to me, ok. So here it is. Do not give them anymore of your business they do not care to provide good customer service or stand by their word or work. Zero stars from us!Service: Body & Trim

Marvic and her team are amazing. So nice. Remembered my name and face even with a mask on! Cleaned my car inside and out better than some car washes. Quick and simple bumper repair. Would highly recommend Fix Auto Daly City.

Marvic was so helpful and kept me informed each step of the way. They were transparent about the pricing and parts. Not only did they offer me a ride home because I didn t have rental coverage, but they fixed my car in a day so I could have it for the weekend.

I wouldn t even really give one star after the experience I ve had with this Fix Auto location. I was involved in an accident and had to have the car fixed without using insurance.Late June, I d searched around for an auto shop and given location/convenience/cost, I chose this one because the manager (Marvic) had been overwhelmingly detailed in explaining what needed to be fixed and how her auto shop was the best because of how she didn t overcharge or want to waste anyone s time. After having my car checked, they stated it could be fixed in two or three weeks. I decided to stick with the shop and they apparently got to work on fixing it.I called after two weeks to check in to find that they hadn t even started with the car and that they were shopping around for the best parts and prices for me. I cut them some slack and they said they d call me at the end of the week. When the time came, I received no call and called the following Monday. They would repeat the same message and let this drag on for weeks until my car had been in the shop for over a month and a half.I d used their enterprise plan to rent a car at a lower rate while this was fixed. Initially I confirmed with Fix Auto about the time estimate because if it would cost more to rent a car than to fly home and pick up the family car to drive, I d just pick up the family car. They insisted they could do a great fast job so I opted for the rental. Here s where three stars would go to one. I spoke with their repairman (Albert I believe) and he made a deal that if I waited for the car to finish, they d pay for the remainder of my car rental. So I went with it, got the car fixed, and dropped off the rental.Just this week, I received a call from Enterprise stating that Fix Auto was no longer upholding their agreement to pay for the rental period they stated they would. The entire repair mess had been quite traumatizing for me and I knew that the staff could see it. They assured me that everything would be ok and they d get things done quickly and safely. Instead, I don t think a single guarantee or promise had been kept.Bottom line, this is one of those shops that stereotypically tries to rip people off. I know I could ve done my research better and been more careful, but time was of the essence with my car repair and these people took full advantage of that. I would avoid this location, but my previous experiences with other Fix Auto shops has been fine.

I am very pleased with the repairs made on my Highlander. The SUV looks brand new inside and outside. The work completed was exceptional.Thank you very much for a job well done.Very Satisfied customer.
