Great diller, purchased Toyota corolla 2022 today!Comfortable atmosphere, everybody who work here is nice, friendly and always ready to help, they really work as a team!Additionally I want to tag sales person DAVID who were helping me, he is proactive, super friendly, giving different variety of how can I purchase the car, and finally we found something that is good for me!It was my first time financing car, they helped with approval with no credit score, also got my old car for trade in for a good value, highly recommend this dilership!!!

My experience here was very rewarding. Eli made the hugest impact in my purchasing decision. His passion for what he does showed from the minute that I met him in September. He made the sure that I knew everything that I needed to know in order to make an in informed decision. This is why I returned knowing the exact vehicle that I wanted and the best method of purchase that worked for me. His impact went beyond just the sale of the vehicle. He's made an imprint beyond what I can truly explain. I am grateful that God saw fit for me to come in contact with him. Danny and Miguel were also outstanding at my purchase visit. The environment there is warm and welcoming, any you can tell that they're a family.I'm just overall grateful for my experience.

I bought a car 2 months ago from Daly City Mitsubishi and it s in perfect state.They helped a lot to finance the car. They made everything super easy.Eli, the financial director, is one of the most professional people I met. Their support post-sale is excellent as well.I will contact this dealer if I am planning to buy another used car for sure.

ALEX MORALES!!!! the best salesperson i ve ever met! Thank you so so much Daly City Mitsubishi for my new car. As a woman, I have encountered many places that they just wanted to take my money and will show no interest in making me feel comfortable. This place is the complete opposite, they made sure I knew everything and they explained all over and over If necessary. I cannot thank you guys enough for your help and making me the happiest person in the world with my new used car!!!!! And I just want to remark how helpful and good Alex was throughout the process. Service department is great. The communication, interaction, details and very informative are great ways to make a customer feel comfortable and confident that s service ls are being done accordingly. Justin is great and very knowledgeable and helpful.

I recently brought my Outlander Mitsubishi in for a recall service and encountered an unexpected issue with the car seat. Justin in the services department was phenomenal! Not only was he incredibly accommodating, but he also swiftly addressed and resolved the car seat problem, going above and beyond my expectations. The team fixed my car in no time, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Huge thanks to Justin and the team for their exceptional support and efficiency!

I am very disappointed with the dealership, as I prefer to leave my car and trust the team's work, but unfortunately my car with only 50 miles had to be towed due to the battery, I thought the car would warn me, as it was a new car. I had problems with the reversing camera and other electrical problems with the car such as bluetooth, in the last inspection when I picked up my car it was delivered dirty, the technician also did not do a general assessment of the vehicle to see if everything was working like my windshield cleaner. I hope that in the next inspection Daly City Mitsubishi will surprise me with good details.

Honestly i have never recieved such great service!! the service manager, Justine, the assistant, service advisor, George and the owner. Eli gave me excellent service and assurance that they would assist me in anything. I needed moving forward.

Nina called me today and asked me was I still interested in buying a car. I told her I've been leasing my car through Volkswagen and had poor credit, file for bankruptcy and I was trying to get out of my lease. And buy a car, I try to go ahead and try her and her manager surprise me texting me the text said that my loan was approved. Thank you Daly City Mitsubishi

I had been searching for my perfect Maserati for months before finding it at Daly City Mitsubishi. I drove over 2 hours from the Valley to just check it out. From meeting Miguel and seeing the Maserati, I had to do a test drive. I fell in love. This dealership never once forced me to do anything. From making my final decision to what I would be putting down. Miguel bent over backwards and landed me the BEST deal ever with the best LOW apr %! The staff I dealt with: Eli, Justin, George and my sales person Chris were ALL amazing! I came in for an issue with a used car I bought from Cadillac of SSF. I was greeted in such a friendly manner by Justin. My car was in the shop for 3 days. While waiting, I met the rest of the staff. Chris and I spoke about a particular car I was admiring. He gave me a tour of the cars. (I owned a 2014 Outlander for 6 years before it died on me so i was very familiarwith the cars) I was given information about the car I was admiring and was also given details about possibly owning one. Being that I felt that my self employment wasn't enough for me to buy a new car, I dismissed the thought of it. Chris was relentless in proving to me (showing me on paper side by side how I was wasting money on just gas alone with my current Montero vs the Outlander Hybrid. After spending 3 days at Daly City Mitsubishi (and 3 days fighting with Cadillac of SSF over the phone & in person to take their non working vehicle back) I realized that owning a new car was actually possibly. Thanks to the persistent and proof of what owning a new vehicle would be in my favor and thanks to Eli for finding the best deal for me. And especially thanks to Chris for helping me see what a smart investment I'd be making. I, along with my 3 children in the back, was able to drive off in my brand new 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander Phev. on Sat 11/4. I am beyond thankful and happy with my car. I wouldn't have been able to take that leap of faith into such a big decision if it wasn't for Chris. He wasn't pushy.... he wasn't rushing me and he definitely was more than patient with me during the 3 days I spent there.

I had an amazing experience buying my Tesla Model S with Daily City Mitsubishi. My sales person was David and he was amazing to work with and made the buying process super easy and simple. I was also introduced to the management and they were very cool and helpful! Overall very good experience and highly recommend coming here!

Great customer service. First time buyers no problem, they guide you every step of the way. Special thanks to Eli very friendly guy, had some questions about my brand new car and he was always available. Overall good place, clean inviting atmosphere. Waiting time is no problem they have snack's, coffee, tea, and my daughters favorite a kids table filled with crayons and paper to keep her busy. Good Job guys keep up the good work!

We originally were going just to get an appraisal for a car we were planning to sell, but ended up driving off in a new car Big thanks to Miguel for putting up with my difficult requests (LOL)! Alicia was our sales rep and I can't recommend her highly enough. She was very honest. Go there and ask for her!!!! She is amazing!!!!!!!!Aaron and his team in the service department worked with us and were totally honest and went above and beyond for us to take care of our vehicle the same day. They encountered 3 unforseen issues with our truck. They physically showed us what the issues were and gave us options. They could have "band-aid fixed" it but no, they took the extra time and work to do it right. I'm big on the job being done right. It took time to get it done right but they finished it in the same day. My mind is blown!10/10 recommend Alicia for your vehicle purchase and Aaron and his team for working on your vehicle.Thank you all for everything!

Unfriendly and unwelcoming, took a 2020 expedition max for a test drive but turns out car had been under water- rusted and molds all over the seat belts.Miguel was not friendly, didn t accommodate me and my team as expected!See video for the molds

These people are awesome! They were the only dealership in the bay area able to help me solve my key fob issue with my Lancer Evolution X. Not only that, but they paid for a Lift to take me wherever I wanted to go while I waited for the service to be done. If you want the work done right, go here!
