I would give it zero if I could. This place has disappointed me. It's a scam. I would think twice if you are getting service from this location. My last visit was about 3 months ago. I came for a regular service and asked to change the cabin air filter since I had a bad smell. They told me they could do a cleaning service on the vents that would eliminate the smell and change my filter. The smell never left, and I thought it might just be me. I opened the cabin air filter to just see it, and I found my filter all black. They never change it. I have only driven about 3000 miles, and I'm no expert, but the filter shouldn't be this bad when I don't even drive the car as much. I believe this is my factory filter when I got the car. Now I question if they have even taken care of my car with all other services. I have a feeling they cut corners on the maintenance service, so I will no longer be coming here.Update: I was emailed a copy of the service, and they are correct. I never got charged for the filter. Instead, they only did the cleaning service. This is even more disappointing. They sold me a service that was not going to work at all. Either they knew my filter was the issue and sold me the service anyway or never bothered to even look and just recommend a service just to get extra money. The cabin filter should have been replaced at 30,000 mile service as per manual recommendations. I came in at 23,221, then 34,207. They always tell you we did a full multi point inspection. Are techs really doing all inspection cause if they are, then I should have been made aware that something is wrong with the car. I still think they are only doing the bare minimum, or they know something is wrong and let the problem get bigger to charge extra later.Imagine going for a simple oil change, and they only change the oil, and you ask them later why the filter didn't get changed and they tell you well you didn't pay for that. I would recommend making sure you double-checked everything they are charging you for, or you might be coming back for the same problem multiple times.Ps. The picture is my factory cabin air filter. They never checked until I did. The whole point is that I shouldn't be double-checking when you bring your car to so-called professionalsI added a new picture of my previous inspection. Tech pass my cabin air filter as green. At least it should have been in yellow. This is how I know they aren't even checking everything. I wish I had my last hard copy to added but I'm pretty sure it's the same. This is why I think it is a scam. If they are charging for inspection time for labor. At least do the work or leave it blank. I would feel better with honesty and see that they didn't check it, then tell me they did and lie.

Had an amazing experience with Kate Yazerskaya. We bought a RAV4 Hybrid last weekend. She guided us through the features and different trims. Kate went above and beyond to find us exactly what we were looking for. Finally was able to drive my first new car home after almost a month of a search everywhere. They have a great selection of cars compared to other places we went. Huge thank you to the finance manager Ben. He was very friendly and efficient. Highly recommend this dealership if you want to get a car fast and have a great service.

I went to the Toyota store to fix my tail light with a scheduled appointment at 1:30 PM. The day before, I had placed an order for the required part over the phone. Upon arrival, a gentleman assisted me with the paperwork and informed me that the work would be completed by 5 PM. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting for four hours, only to be told that I had ordered the wrong part.While I understand that the mistake was mine, my concern is why it took them so long to verify whether the part I had ordered was correct. It was disappointing to spend my day off at the Toyota store and not have the issue resolved. Efficient and accurate service is crucial for customer satisfaction, and this experience fell short of expectations.I hope that by sharing my feedback, the Toyota store can address and improve their procedures to prevent such delays and inconveniences for future customers.Overall, my visit to the Toyota store was not worth my time and effort. I hope that they take this feedback constructively and make the necessary improvements to enhance customer experiences.

David Martinez made my visit the best one I have ever experienced. I had a headlight that was out and went to two different places where I was told I would have to replace the entire headlight which is not cheap. I was able to get in same day and he kindly helped me with no appointment. I was okay with leaving the car there for a day or two and to my surprise he called me 20 minutes after I dropped the car off saying it was ready to go. I did not need to replace the entire headlight it was just a fuse blown. He saved me hundreds of dollars. I Would highly recommend this location to anyone.

Amazing car buying experience! Not everything went according to plan but my sales representative Kristian always took care of me and I truly felt he was genuinely invested in such a high level of customer service! Everyone on the team was genuinely kind. I don t buy new cars often (and was so nervous about this car buying experience) but I d highly recommend city Toyota for your new (or used) car buying needs! Please do not come here. This dealership is the absolute worst from car sales to service. They still charge dealer mark ups to make more money from customers, when they already make money off of MSRP. Their service center misdiagnosed two of my vehicles and would not provide a refund even when they admitted they were wrong. I scheduled to have my vehicle s sunroof drain cleaned by City Toyota. After they supposedly cleaned it, I poured water to check and it still wasn t draining properly. I took my car to another shop and they showed pictures and videos that the sunroof drains weren t cleared. If you want to service your toyota, do not bring it here. If you want to buy a toyota, do not buy it here.

Super satisfied with Kate (salesperson) and Jude (financing) for all that they did. Wife purchased a RAV4 on the Presidents Day sale. I was so happy with their customer service. 3 weeks later I purchased a Prius prime. One of the smoothest transactions anyone could ask for. By far the best Toyota combo ever. Cheers to the team!

I would give them zero if I could. Becausetheir sales department is WORST, I strongly not recommend to make an appointment with them for buying a car. Because they make 5 or 6 appointments for the same car that they have in website at the same day. I was there last week for reserving a new car and I had appointment with them at 6 o clock but they said oh sorry for this car we had another Appointment at 5 o clock and that customer reserve the car. I drove for a hour but they don t care they just like to sell their cars. Never think about customer time and they don t care about customer. I personally recommend every one that specially don t go to BOBBY LOI Sales Manager because he don t worth customer time, because he was the one that I talk about the car I would like to buy.

Had an appointment to view and finalize a purchase of a Rav4 Prime that Chris had previously arranged to have brought in. We were meet at the door by Donovan who was obviously waiting for us and after a brief visit with Chris, Donovan took us to the vehicle which was fully detailed, charged, fueled and ready for a test drive and delivery. Donovan was professional, courteous (and fun) and EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the vehicle features that he quickly yet effectively went over before heading out on a test drive. The balance of the purchase process went quickly and smoothly and would highly recommend dealing with these good folks.

Made an appointment for Monday 4/1/24 to replace my tire which had a flat. So I put on the spare tire. Come to find out they dont have the tire in stock but had to order it and made an appointment for 4/3/24 to replace the spare tire. Mind you I have one new tire and the three other tires have low thread on them. So they gave me options to buy all 4 new tires or 2 brand new tires. So come to find out today, they didnt even order the tire for my spare because I didn t confirm with them that I wanted to purchase tires. My wife is pregnant and almost due, we have a three year old, Im working, so she shouldn t have to be going through all this unprofessionalism. Brian the so called tire specialist wanted to upsell me on tires but couldn t fix my spare?! How unprofessional is that! Im pissed and they dont even try to make it right! I FEEL REALLY DISRESPECTED, DISSATISFIED, DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR SERVICE! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM! SPOKE WITH ANDRE AND HE ASSURED ME SOMEONE WILL CALL ME TO CONFIRM REPLACEMENT FOR MY TIRE. SURE ENOUGH NO ONE CALLED! I FEEL NOW THEY JUST WANT TO RETALIATE AND HAVE ME WAIT LONGER JUST TO REPLACE MY FLAT TIRE. JUST OFF THIS EXPERIENCE I AM WILLING TO TRADE MY CAR AND GO OFF TO A DIFFERENT VEHICLE BRAND! MY WIFE HAS BEEN WANTING A JEEP MAYBE ILL GO CHECK THEM OUT! I DONT APPRECIATE NOT BEING APPRECIATED AS A VALUED CUSTOMER/ CLIENT/ TOYOTA FAMILY MEMBER.

The worst We took our Prius in for a scheduled pre-paid service. We also asked them to check out a new vibration. We picked our car up a few hours later and it was still vibrating. They didn't change the oil. I doubt they did a thing. The mileage was exactly the same as when we brought it in so obviously they didn't drive it to check the vibration. We called the service writer who never called back and the manager who never called back. It's been two days and we're still getting nowhere. Manager is still in a meeting for the past three days. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Don't trust your car to these scammers.

I don t think it s worth wasting time to go here. They still have the vehicles marked up (10 percent above MRSP) and was quoted over 800 dollars a month for a 12000 mile/year lease. This was with money down and excellent credit on a Prius Prime. That s more than 100/month above a 330e with the same amount down, and objectively, the 330e is a much better car in every regard, and almost 300 dollars more per month on a new i4. It makes no sense!The Sales guy was rather rude - I thought I wanted a Toyota, with the thought being they are descent cars, priced reasonably - instead it was a descent car priced as a premium carUpdate: went to a different dealership down the road the next day. Same Lease structure and walked away with payments of 492/month including taxes

I only visit this Toyota service center not because it s the closest location from me, but it s due to the exceptional customer service provided by the service advisor, Steven Yu each and every time.Steven is friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and always super helpful. They even helped me replace some lights that burnt out!Having been here for many years and with multiple Toyotas, I suggest you ask for Steven if you plan to take your car in for a routine or major service, you won t regret working with him! They are not very helpful. I have a 2022 Highlander where the auto wiper doesn't work, the timing on it is working. Took it to them and they keep claiming nothing is wrong. So glad I didn't purchase my car from them.

The service department is large, so many cars coming together. It is well organized and I've got attended quikly. They have a nice sitting area with wifi and coffe mchine. The workers are courteus and knowleagable. My only problem with it, is how expensive the service is. I unusually go to small shops and was surprised by how much dealership charges.

Went to City Toyota and had a great salesman named Isaac Ouy!! He was easy to deal with and not pushy. Called me at necessary intervals for updates and always responded quickly. He went back and forth with his sales manager to help me get the best price possible. Thoroughly went through all the features and help me set up my phone. He went above and beyond after the sale was done to help me take my old car back home. He even gave me a nice follow up call to make sure everything was doing well. Couldn t have asked for a more professional and kind salesman.Just to note I had gone there two previous times prior and had a salesman that was not very helpful or gave me any follow up calls. I guess it just depends on who you get. But I would highly recommend Isaac x1000 times to a friend or family.

We came to City Toyota looking for a new Rav4 hybrid car and consider ourselves lucky to meet Aida G. As soon as we walked into the dealership Aida was professional, kind, friendly and honest. She took the time to listen and understand our specific needs and options for the car we wanted to buy. At the time it was difficult to find the specific car we wanted but Aida kept looking and frequently checked her stock until she found exactly what were looking for. Very bad Experience for the diagnosis and repair in CITY TOYOTA with out warranty ..My Prius got some noise and clunking when I accelerating. Come and go the CITY TOYOTA 4 times..they make very bad diagnosis ,First replaced front brake pads and clean rotor, Not resolved..they do new diagnosis on second time, replaced the lower engine mount..that s still not resolved and total charged me around $1800..that s expensive,I still trush dealership,but so disappointment for your service ON THIS TIME.. Not resolved main issue, misguide consumers I don t need to replaced the brake pads (still got 30% to used) cause I will let the mechanic person check that every oil change service!!!after replaced the engine mount, I did not feeling anything different with before ..After complained,The manager still let me back to diagnose again.. ! NOT ANYMORE CITY TOYOTA!

My mom bought a car from city Toyota with the help of Aida as her sales person, back in August. This past weekend someone spray painted my mom s car in a shopping parking lot. We went to a different shop and they were unable to get the spray paint off. I reached out to Aida again and her sales manager Chris, told us to bring it in. 45 minutes after dropping off the car with their detailing department, the mark and spray paint was completely gone! Thankfully they were able to remove it and I am so grateful to the employees for working so fast to fix this issue that ruined my mom s car door.

Recently purchased a new car from City Toyota. Came all the way from Martinez, CA. Well worth the trip. Luis Calderon and staff at City Toyota were fantastic. Process was simple, transparent and tailored to my needs. Having explored a new car purchase over the past few years, City Toyota's sales philosophy felt reminiscent of pre-pandemic times when the focus was on selling volume vs crazy markup on limited inventory. Luis was very helpful in finding the car I was looking for, and while not in inventory, found a car that would be coming in and reserved it for me. Car arrived at the dealership as estimated, in fact the week prior. This is my 5th Toyota purchase and would go back to City Toyota in a heartbeat!
