Rebar sticking out of a parking stop ripded the front bumper off my Mini. Took it to CC (as they were recommended by State Farm), and they took care of everything. Cristian was extremely professional and friendly. He went through the process with me and answered my questions. The mini looks like new! Thank you for the stress free process!

I've had multiple cars an trucks come to Christian lately. He really makes it easy for dealing with insurances and other people's insurance as well. Great communication and updates on our vehicles. But hot works speaks for itself. Really goes above and beyond and makes sure your car is like it was before the accident. Even makes them look better.Highly recommend.

Very interesting folks working there . I contacted them last week regarding fixing my car through my insurance company (approve vendor) . I am asking them for an estimate ( money & Time) for fixing my car hood (small dent the size of quarter-no parts required) . I was told by the son of the owner , that he cannot give me an estimate because of my insurance company requirements.I did ask , how long would it take ?The answer was, i have to see the car .I said "ok"when can I bring the car for an estimate (time only , How many days)?The answer was, we cannot give you an estimate .This is crazy that I own the car (not insurance company) but cannot get a straight answer out of these folks.Very poor customer service.

David and Christian are some of the nicest people I know. After I got into a serious collision, I had my Volvo XC40 brought to their shop as it was the closest from the site of the accident. It was indeed a great decision as they took care of everything to get my car fixed. They coordinated with my insurance (Geico), Volvo parts, and worked with Volvo dealers to ensure that all the fixes for my car is completed. The period of the accident also coincided with the global supply chain issues, which made it challenging to acquire parts for my XC40- even the dealers were out of the parts that we needed. Christian updated me every step along the way and informed me of the strategies to obtain the parts to fix my car as quickly as possible. I also got a copy of all their transactions with my insurance and other services. I definitely appreciated the communication and transparency. Their quality of work reflects their strong competence and skills in what they do. In the end, my car looks good as new and all I had to do was sign the paperwork.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Brakes

Be aware of this shop!!!!!I took my mother car to this shop to get un estimated for the insurance, I explain the situation to this guys, and both of them told me: the insurance is lieing to you, we take care the insurance, not worrie, after few days they called me back and said: Hey the insurance do not want to pay, if you want your car back has to pay $850 for storage nothing was done to the car not even the estimate after all we paid the $850 and until today the insurance did not pay to usIf this guys say to you not worry we take care of you, do not believe, better check couple of more shopsBe careful

Awhile back I was working a tech job in Redwood Shores. That day, all of the blue cars in the parking lot were gouged, mostly down to the metal, all over the sides and hoods of the car. I happen to have a blue MINI which was keyed along both sides.Initially I talked to some other places in the San Carlos area that gave me attitude and seemed to just want to rush through to take my money and leave me stranded without a car.Thereafter, D'Garcis was selected by my insurance as they were closer to my home than that "other" shop. They are conveniently near Colma BART on that side street where the great "Catfish & Ribs" takeout is hidden. The building is bright yellow and hard to miss.The staff there were friendly, helped with the rental loaner, and did excellent, expedient work in repairing the damage. They color matched and repainted the car to perfection, as well reapplied the PermaPlate protectant which BMW/MINI dealers initially apply.As soon as the work was done and paint was ready, I came to pickup the car. Upon close inspection there was no trace that there had ever been any damage, it looked new again.The folks there were very accommodating to my schedule and needs, explained the work before they did it, and treated me with respect.I would highly recommend D'Garcis to anyone needing collision repairs or paint work, they seem to be quite knowledgeable across many makes of cars.On a side note, I heard they once made award-winning custom paint jobs for Low-rider magazine cars, but that's a totally different story. It is cool to know they have some history and accolades other than your general everyday auto body shop.

Owner seemed like a no nonsense guy. I went to him to get a second opinion on the repairs of my car. He quoted me something similar to the first shop I took my car to but he took the time to explain why the cost is so high and how I could possibly make things cheaper on my repair.

This is a great place. Sergio, the owner was extremely kind and respectful and understanding. I would recommend this place 100%. Did an absolutely great job on my car after it had an accident. The best auto body shop I have gone to in a while.

Do not trust this shop. They did a very bad job on my car repairs. And they got paid for additional repairs and they did not complete it.Plus they charge twice for the same repair to my insurance companies, and now they are being investigated for insurance fraud.

Very friendly owner, honest, trustworthy. I am very satisfied with their service . Took 2 cars over there and I did not get any issues after my cars been fix .
