I came in to buy a headlight for my car. Of course, I had no idea how to install it! But once I had made my purchase, I was asked if I would like to have it installed. Denise cheerfully and skillfully installed it within 15 minutes. There was no extra charge either. From the moment I walked into the store, everyone was helpful. This was my first time at AutoZone and I will go there for all my automotive needs. The staff was kind and most knowledgeable! Thanks!

Thanks so much! Saved me so much $, by following associates advice; performing free diagnoses, this once the issues were revealed , (and with a a bit of encouragement from store associates) I opted towards performing the repairs that I felt confident to engage mine self, I am glad to confirm they were successful.I am very relieved I chose this specific auto supply store, to tend to my needs, and I am so lucky to have been advised by such helpful and thoughtful bunch of associates.** To Jerrod, Cohen and Jose **; you all completely and positively changed my impression and outlook towards how helpful the Auto Zone brand store , could be, because no other has been, in my experience. The employees here are phenomenal. A special thank you to John! John even went out of his way to draw me a map to a nearby car washing station since there was no internet service in the store.

Been working as the Assistant Manager at the location now since August, at my time being at this location I found it to be very consistently well stocked in the front room. Always a friendly face at the counter, and ready to answer any phone calls towards questions you may have about your parts. There might be a momentary wait, as at times there are as few as two associates at the location so please try and be patient and as always I highly recommend having the associate confirm the part is on hand. For best service please try and have as much of your vehicle knowledge ready beginning with year/make/ and model, if you ever have any questions you're more than welcome to bring in your VIN.I look forward to assisting you at this location if you have any questions please feel free to see me.

only one guy gives you a good service. The others ones should stay in home ..unless they are the owner..so they ran the business the way he wants...every time y try my best to be nice but is imposible You ask them a question and they answer I don't know and they act as if by force they are there working... I even think a lot before going shopping because I don't know who will be there and how they will tend to me... since out of all of them there is only one adult person who speaks Spanish He is the only one who tells and whoever seems to enjoy his work, they should give him a salary bonus....

Very courteous staff, if you buy a battery they will install it for you, they will also charge your battery, and diagnose your vehicle if you are having a problem, and do it free of charge, and their prices are just as good as Walmart, Amazon, etc. and they have plenty of locations right here in the city.

Came in to warranty a duralast tool. Mexican guy with red beard said no warranty. On the package it said warranty for life. He said he can't do anything about it. Well, you just lost a "customer for life".

Just buy your stuff from Amazon or find another AutoZone. The employees here will ignore you. Or you can just walk out with the items. Employees don t pay any attention to their customers anyway.

Very stupid system, they give you the number of the part and you have to find it on a shelf with more than 100 items.This rating is to autozone system not the store or employee.The guys inside were very nice.

Great place. You g boy names Jay .. I think.. helped me with my battery and wouldn't accept any money for the help. It didn't feel like a chain store it felt like a locally owned business, and I will definitely be back

If I can give this place a negative star, I would. Most racist people work here. 3 employees was working at that time. Only two customers in the whole store., A lady cashier helping one and I was next in line. Two other employees walking around and looked at me couple of times and try to look busy. I have to wait until the lady cashier finished the other customer, which took about 10 minutes. They could had helped me and finished whatever they were doing later, but they chose to let me stand there and wait. F.U. Auto zone employees.

I just went to this store to buy some oil, and is incre�ble how the staff can be so rude and also, there is also a guy, who told my friend and I that we were not supposed to be in a place of the store, where there is no signal that states that customers cannot enter, even if it was a mistake, the made racist comments stying that someone who speaks Spanish should tell us the same thing, assuming that Hispanic people won t understand him.

Horrible service, useless and clueless. How is this place is still in business? The older grey haired guy goes out of his way to not deal with people, he walks away instead of helping customers. This has happened on more than one occasion now. Customers walk in, he disappears or acts busy. Save yourselves time and order from Amazon

Super friendly and helpful. The staff went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The manager knew we needed safety eyewear and happened to have an extra. He gave it to us at no charge (he wasn t stealing it was a free sample from a retailer).

Wasted my time. On phone claimed to have one tailgate handle for my car at the store. when arrived told me they actually did not have it, and that when they say they only have one left, it means they normally dont have any left, then tried to send me out to hayward. O' Rileys helped me out

These dolts are very unhelpful and could care less about your business. I had a car battery die and brought in the old battery with the car manual to obtain a new one and the employee, a green haired kid fresh out of high school, couldn't figure out which battery to give me despite the fact that I BROUGHT IN THE OLD BATTERY AND THE CAR MANUAL. I was doing this for my elderly mother so I wasn't knowledgeable about the car. The point is these people could care less. This is what happens with chain businesses. There is no sense of ownership and they don't value the customer's business because these kids get paid minimum wage and they could care less if autozone makes a profit. They're a huge corporation. They know if they make a customer unhappy that there are thousands of others right behind them ready to do business. I ended up just calling my mother's car insurance for her and they ordered a tow truck to install a new battery. I will never do business with auto zone. Better to go to O'Reilly

In the past I've had great experience with the staff at this location. On 11/14/19 at about 7:30pm my experience was disappointing to say the least. I was able to find what I was looking for thanks to one of the cashier, the manager on duty however was a different story. To make the story short, we were having some issues with the transaction due to technical issues and the manager became upset to the point he using vulgar language because he had to reboot the computer. He insinuated that the problem was my fault and said that I should stop making it concussing for everyone--all I asked him was to void an item.You would expect that these "managers" would have learned something from their training and set an example for the other employees, but instead he is doing the very opposite! No costumer service at all.... In the end I wasted my time and was not able to make the purchase.

Just a year ago the staff was completely horrible here. There was an older guy that was rude and definitely made it feel like you were doing him a favor by helping you. Recently the staff has been completely changed and is much better now. You can find General stuff of what you're looking for but if you got kind of a unique car you better look online or go to your dealer for parts.

Luis M. was incredibly helpful in informing and helping me find the right products I needed; and double checking I picked up the right ones from shelf. The first employee in store I asked was an older fellow who was not at all interested in my buisness and made me feel disrespected so I'm very thankful I was picked up before leaving insulted and unsatisfied.

This place is not listed on Google so when I tried to find it. I had to dtive to where I rembered there was an auto supply store.It's organized but needs more employees. The line was pretty long.
