This is a LONG overdue review. 2 years ago, my beloved Mini Cooper S was involved in an accident, damaging the front fender and hood. I saw Keith, who reassured me all would be well. I had modded the car with a custom hood sticker, and it was also damaged. He was a great at communicating the progress to me and it was done right on time. I promised him that I would leave a stellar review for his shop with my insurance company. Well, life got in the way and I dropped the ball. Today while getting it washed, I remembered my promise. It's too late to do the survey sent by USAA - but this is the next best thing.The bottom line is that did an OUTSTANDING job on my car. It looked showroom new, everything was just perfect - and he even managed to duplicate my hood sticker 100% ! There are few shops today that have been around as long as his, and it is because they follow the old school philosophy that "Any job worth doing is worth doing well."Huge shout out to Keith - THANKS!

Great service! My car looked brand new. They communicated with me the entire time. They did push back my pick up date by one day stating the paint job didn t meet supervisors standards but I m ok with that! They even washed and detailed it before I picked it back up. Would definitely go back to them if I have any other accidents.

I'm taking a moment to share my recent and deeply disappointing experience with Auto Collision Center in Daly City. For those considering this establishment for vehicle repairs, I strongly recommend going elsewhere.At the recommendation of my insurance, I brought my vehicle to Auto Collision Center to repair damage to my driver side bumper and front wheel. On my first drive on the freeway after receiving my "fixed" car from the shop, the fender shield tore off the front driver side wheel they had repaired. I reside in San Francisco and use my car sparingly, covering less than 150 miles monthly. I had driven less than 100 miles before this issue came up.After delving deeper into the issue, it was evident that the primary cause of the damage could be due to missing or improperly fixed bumper retainer clips. This incorrect or negligent assembly led to my tire snagging the trim, causing further damage. I had brought the car back to the shop, thinking this would be a quick repair -- the parts are about $65 for a new fender shield. They didn't apologize or take any responsibility.Despite clear evidence pointing to errors in their repair work, the shop staunchly denied any wrongdoing, instead, deflecting responsibility and claiming to my insurance that the issues were my fault. Instead of acknowledging potential oversights, they deflected responsibility and made claims to my insurance suggesting the issues were my fault and I was in a "bottoming out" accident.They took pictures of scrapes to the bumper underneath my car (come on man, I live on a hill in San Francisco) as the reason for the damage, but properly secured trim should secure a fender shield from such minor scrapes. The shop claimed that undershield scuffs led to trim dislodging. However, if the trim was anchored correctly, this would not occur. My car is in perfect condition other than for the one wheel they worked on. The more plausible explanation: improper or missing retainer clips.Perhaps most disheartening was the shop's refusal to offer any form of apology or rectification. Instead, they embarked on a route of deflecting blame, even when faced with tangible evidence of potential errors in their service. The shop's insistence on deflecting responsibility and their reluctance to acknowledge clear lapses in workmanship has been profoundly troubling.My dealings with Auto Collision Center left a lot to be desired. Their approach lacks professionalism and integrity. I urge potential customers are urged to exercise caution and carefully consider their options before entrusting their vehicles to this establishment.

Wilson at Auto Collision is friendly, attentive and delivers as discussed. Their work is outstanding and have used them more than once. Definitely I would recommend them for any body work for your vehicle.

I honestly can't recommend auto collision center more highly. The owner is a stand up person and they took care of all the issues I had with my car and were communicative, transparent and overall a real pleasure to work with.

Wilson is what makes Auto Collision Center the best place to bring for car services. Extremely friendly, professional, honest, and helpful. Been fortunate enough to have been provided service by him and Pablo. I can t thank them enough for taking care of my car and dealing with the pain in the rear auto insurance. They took care of everything for me. Sure, he didn t get me my Ferrari, but Wilson gave the best service! Look for Wilson if you want the best service!!!

Installed foreign headlights on my car, couldn't manage to adjust them. Called a few shops, decided on Auto Collision Center. Unlike with many shops, the woman who answered the phone here was respectful. The staff were nice and communicative. Prices are pretty decent. Got a complementary car wash too! Would definitely recommend this shop.

I had a bad experience with my car, they did not do a good job, they just repaired the outside, they left the air conditioning bad and the screws on the back were loose, I do not recommend that workshop, they only care about money. bad service my AC doesn't work after that if can stay away from them

If you re in the area and need your car fixed this is the place to go, Wilson kept me informed throughout the process even when my insurance company was dragging their feet. The work they did on my car payment was couldn t of been any better. Thanks a ton auto collision center!!

Some great hard working guys in this shop. I had some fender work done with them and the work was perfect and super fast. Cost was definitely very fair for the work which is what I was hoping for.

I got my car back with newly deep 3 scratches and dirty trunk that I can t recognize it anymore! My insurance paid more than 7k just to junk my car! If you care about your car do not bring to this auto shop! They don t care about your car they just want your money. I have a feeling about your reviews sounds so fake to me I shouldn t believe them.

Worst experience EVER.First, they started fixing the car without the approval from me or the insurance to do so, what forced me to pay the deductible even with the accident not being my fault. Second, they gave me 4 dates to pick up the car and now they changed the person in charge of the fixing of my car. They are the worst. One month, that is the time that took for my car to be fixed.

If you have a Cadillac, don't go there. They spent 3 weeks to fix my car, then I found something wrong and went back, then never get it fixed! If you go to the shop, they say"ok, we'll take care of it", but you never get back from them.
