AE Motor is top notch. I just had car issues and was stuck in San Francisco. Luckily, Erick was local and came within half an hour. He has a new tow truck that is state of the art; latest in the automotive industry. He is personable, sociable, and very friendly. He got my car up on his towing truck in less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend stuck and his crew. You will not be disappointed with their services.

My car Tesla got into an accident. CHP called AE Motors for towing. Omar and Alex were very nice and professional. I was continually informed about the status of my car which was totaled in the accident. They coordinated with the insurance also. Interesting thing was that after accident the car could not be charged, hence could not be opened. Alex and his team knew of technicalities, jump started the battery so the doors opened. Alex personally helped me retrieve all my belongings from the damaged vehicle. Nice folks. Thanks. Highly recommend.

This shop is out of this world. They re so helpful, straightforward, and they do the WORK RIGHT!I m a girl and sometimes shops like to take advantage of me, NOT HERE. I told them what I thought was going on with my car, they checked it in 20 mins (not 2 hours like this other shop said how long it would take) and told me that I was right and fixed it in 45 mins and drove it around to make sure everything was working correctly. I bought more parts than needed and he told me we didn t need to change it, and to return it and get my money back. Just exceptional service. Honest people here!!They have amazing customer service, and always fit me in ASAP. I m so glad I came here due to the other reviews.This is definitely the only mechanic shop I will go to. A+++++Definitely a mechanic shop and experience!

My car died after shopping at Costco. I have to wait till after hours to contact AAA. AE Motors came to rescue. Though already late at night, they responded in a timely manner. Omar came with the tow truck, very new, by the way. He was courteous, very professional, and operated the towing decisively and efficiently. I was more than pleased with their performance, and definitely recommend their service to anyone who needs towing.

Went for the 1st time for a recently purchase 2001 Ford Excursion with a broken water pump. Alex found the issue in 5min and gave me an appointment for the same week. I retrieved the car fixed and running great. Bill was even a bit less than quote. 6 month warranty. Gave me a ride back to my office when I went to bring the car for the fix. In a nut shell highly skills, great service and fare price. Highly recommend !

When I entered the store, the workers were friendly and attentive, greeting me and addressing my concerns promptly. In seconds, Andre checked me in, and Omar assisted me with my car's problem.In assessing the damage to my car, Omar spent a considerable time thoroughly inspecting the vehicle and explaining the issues to me clearly and understandably. Despite my doubts (due to a recent accident), he double-checked and physically demonstrated that there were no problems with my vehicle appropriately and professionally. I came to fix my truck s motor and they did a great job. They explained everything in detail of how they would fix it and how much it would cost, which wasn t expensive. It didn t take a long time which was great. Overall amazing job would recommend them.

As someone who is usually concerned about car repairs I often worry about how much repairs cost. Luckily I found AE motors Alex and Omar who offered the service at a transparent and reasonable price.When my engine light turned on, my OBD scanner came out with a p0441 and a p0455 code. I don t know much about cars so I looked online and usually these codes are related to the evap system, which is usually pretty complicated to identify. We found out that the issue is on the EVAP canister. The most cost effective way to fix would be to replace my original canister s purge valve, but unfortunately it is very difficult to come across. I appreciate Omar s level of understanding and transparency of what the fix could entail. He diligently looked out for parts that are available on the market and evaluated options in order to lower the cost for me without compromising quality.Aside from Omar s thoroughness, I would also like to mention that Omar helped me look for a backpack which I thought I lost when I dropped off my car (I tend to forget about things every now and then). He checked the cameras and told me he could not find anything when I came back to pick up my car. Eventually, I found out that my backpack is in the Popeyes next door where I had lunch after I dropped off my car to them.Finally, Alex flexibility helped me meet the cost of parts and labor. I paid them through Zelle. I would recommend paying by check if you are looking to save some money with the credit card fee.AE Motors is a service I can trust because they work with integrity and they make sure that you are safe for the road.

I had some major oil leaks and got really high quotes from a couple of mechanics. A co worker referred me to AE Auto and they were way more reasonable. I don't typically write reviews, but I really wanted to share the positive experience that I had at AE Motors recently. I brought them a vehicle with an evaporation system leak. They were able to diagnose the issue (smoke machine) and fixed it. I was really impressed with how reasonable the cost for this was. I'm pretty sure it could have been much more expensive somewhere else. Even more importantly, I found Alex and Omar to be genuine, honest, straightforward and trustworthy. I'll definitely be returning to them in the future. In case you are looking for a mechanic, the other reviews of AE Motors here on Google are legit!

I love the service here. Alex and Omar are great people and very attentive to my needs. Most of all I like that they are very careful with my car. Alex is the man. He went above and beyond to help me put a new engine in my son's car. Excellent mechanic with honest prices and very knowledgeable on car repair. Also has towing service. Can't go wrong with AE towing and repair. Highly recommended.

I have been afraid to go to auto shop because it can be challenging as woman sometimes. But today, I had an awesome experience at this place. The team were very nice and humble. Alex is kind enough to come check my old car and took care of the problem proficiently in a few minutes with a very reasonable price!!! I m absolutely impressed and it will be my goto place for the future maintenance. I have already recommended to my other girl friends about this place!

Alex was really nice and helpful. I came in for an oil change yesterday and he let me know that my brake pads needed to be replaced. I was able to come in today and get them fixed. It was quick and convenient. He s definitely a very trustworthy mechanic.

My family and I were traveling across the country and our car stalled. We were recommended to AE by the area Nissan dealer, who had a computer failure. That failure was a blessing to us because the gentlemen at AE were amazing!!! They didn t stop until they identified the problem. They explained everything fully to us and did a lot of testing to ensure everything was addressed. It put our minds completely at ease. The prices for their work were also very fair. They were pretty busy when we arrived and didn t have to fit us in, but did because they knew we really needed the help. Thank you AE! The owners of this shop Omar and Alex are both very honest and they always render 5-star service at a very reasonable price. Most repair shops I'd been in the past, including the dealership, are so dishonest and their charges are ridiculously unreasonable for a simple repair that they will describe to you as difficult.

Amazing service, fair prices and responsive staff if you need work done, this is the place to go! They helped my elderly father when his diesel van broke down, and got the work done quickly even finding other issues and solving them as well! they stripped my spark plugs holes and did not gap my sprarkplugs correctly, now I need a whole new cylinder head. a shop that cannot do a simple job like sparkplugs should not be trusted for anything.when I tried to contact them about this, they never answered.Service: Electrical repair

After relying on these reviews for having my 1995 Honda Civic serviced here (broken timing belt), I further support what everyone has positively said about ALEX & OMAR.Although I ended up extremely lucky with a recoverable engine after a new timing belt, they already warned against losing money on a big gamble. In other words, there was no deceptive pressure to use their services.Their genuinely warm communication is prompt and upfront without any irritated rush. This is especially appreciated alongside great pricing and what seems is their habit in performing ahead of schedule. Hard-working gentleman with class attitudes. I've been taking my vehicles and my daughter's vehicle to ae motors for a while now Omar and Alex along with their team are the best and honest mechanics they are very considerate how our money is spent I like to share my last experience with them I brought my vehicle to have some front-end work done along with replacing the front shocks the ride was so smooth even though they recommended I can wait a while before changing my rear I decided to have them replaced I was given such a good deal let's just say I was shocked good job guys thanks so much

These guys are awesome. Needed some work done urgently with a road trip upcoming on a 2014 Suburban and they fit us in last minute. Not only were they super quick to get multiple items fixed and repaired, but they were super nice and incredibly fair priced. I even tried to tip them because I was so appreciative for their efforts to help me and they wouldn t take it. Pretty hard to be reviewed five stars with almost 200 ratings; you d imagine someone had a less than stellar experience, but now I get why these guys are five stars. Will absolutely be back with other vehicles. Nice, honest, quick, and very fairly priced - not descriptions you usually encounter jn the vehicle repair/maintenance world. Thanks again AE!

While other mechanic quote me a unreasonable high price and told me to total my car, this one gave me a reasonable price and get the work done nicely. They save our family a lot since we really need a car and we cannot afford a new one or get another used one at this moment. I would said they really care the customer not like other mechanic. Love this shop! I have been using their services for almost three years now. They maintain my hybrid Prius at its best. Their prices are more than reasonable. Great experience. I was having issues with my battery not starting(1yr old battery) and initially was told by another auto shop that I had an alternator problem. Luckily they did not have the part so I had to go to another auto shop which is why I came to AE motor towing. Every interaction whether it was by phone or in person was exceptional. After leaving my car at the shop they realized that it was not actually an alternator problem but another car part that needed to cleaned. Their integrity shaved me money. I went in to get a car checked out before buying. It was a 2006 Honda Civic Hybrid and they gave me a comprehensive run through of the vehicle and battery life expectancy.
