I ve been going to Made In The Shade for 30 years. Every time I get a new car for the family, it ends up with Tim at MITS within days of purchase. Good, timely quality work and reasonable price. Work is guaranteed yet never had to go back for a re-do. Thank you Tim for your years of service!

I ve been taking my cars to made in the shade for 20+ years.I estimate taking close to 20 cars (we lease) for my wife s cars, my cars/trucks and when our kids started driving. Never and I mean it, we ve never had any issues with the work.He gets back up from time to time but is a hard working and honest cypress business owner.

Made In The Shade is the absolute best place to have car window tinting done! This is the 4th car I've taken there. The work is always excellent and never any bubbling or peeling and the price is very fair. I highly recommend Made In The Shade!

Just very rude on the phone. I used this business before & I wanted to replace my windows due to being faded. It supposed to be on warranty but I really do not mind paying for it since it has been years.But the person I spoke to on the phone does not want my business.( thinking it will be free work for him, so he does not wanna give me time or day)Very rude, not helpful at all! and He gives me the run around.I referred a lot my family to this tinting place. This place is fantastic. I've had six different vehicles tinted here and they do an awesome job. Very professional, through and clean. Their prices are very fair and the LIFETIME warranty is great - if your tint fades, cracks, peels or bubbles they'll replace it for free (I've only had to have my lighter tint replaced one time in the none years I've owned the vehicle). HIGHLY RECOMMEND Made in the Shade!

I had a great experience! Good pricing and was happy with my tint I got the back windows limo tint and the front windows shade #2. I did notice late that evening a bubble appeared, took it to them the next day and they were happy to fix it. Very happy I recommend!

I used this place in 2013 to tint all windows on my 2009 Honda Accord coupe. I moved out to Houston, registered out there and received new plates in 2015 and just moved back recently back to the area and my back window is bubbling bad. Luckily, I kept my receipt and still had my old CA license plates that matches what s written on the receipt. I called before hand to make sure all that I had will still guarantee the lifetime warranty and the owner states YES. However, when I went in today he denied me service because I do not have documentation of my VIN on the receipt. Nor do I have my old registration from 5 years ago and he suggested I go to the DMV to get proof. No, I don t have time to do that when I should be guaranteed lifetime service. He clearly said everything was out of his hands. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!! And someone like this who has terrible customer service and no paper trail of me being a past client does not deserve the great review I gave back in 2013. Friendly, efficient service, good prices, and the end result looks and feels like factory glass - I could not make a mark on it, with chemicals and a box cutter! (But they can.) Very impressive. And, for the reviewer who wanted to know what brand of tint material they use... that is not good business practice, you should not be surprised if they declined.Just got it back, in a few hours' less time than expected, and the result is wonderful. Our family has had several cars serviced here, and no complaints (we follow their instructions carefully). They talked me out of choosing a shade that would have been too light, gave me a slight discount for having two operations performed together instead of separately (removal and replacement), and I couldn't be more pleased with the end result, or their attitude and helpfulness.

A very nice guy with a good attitude. He will work with you to see what will be best for your vehicle and he stands by his work. He did a very good job and I am totally happy with it. I highly recommend himTo anyone who needs their windows tinted

I've been here for my matrix a few years back and I've always remembered the great experience so I went there for my current vehicle, Honda Pilot, and it was, again, amazing! Definitely recommend this spot. Great price, great service, fantastic experience!

I've had two vehicles tinted here - my wife's Jeep and my truck. I had them do my wife's jeep about 2.5 years ago and it still looks great. Because it came out good and he convinced me that he had a "full lifetime warranty against fading, peeling and cracking", I had him do my truck 14 months ago. At the end of the day - I should have gone somewhere else.I dropped my truck off in the morning to have it done and when I picked it up that afternoon, the tint looked lighter than what I wanted. He told me that "it would get darker as it dried" so I left with it (not convinced that it would get any darker). I returned a week later and showed him that it still wasn't as dark as I wanted it (of course it didn't get any darker as it dried). He told me that there was nothing that he could do to help. I was extremely frustrated at the time and knowing what I know now, I should have made a huge fuss and stuck to my guns at the time.Fast-forward 14 months and I took it back to him today (6/25/5015) to show him how much it has faded. There is a solid 1/2" line along the top of the windows where it was the original darkness (which was too light to begin with) and the remainder of the window is clearly lighter than the 1/2" along the top edge. He told me today, "If the color faded to red or purple, I could do something about it, but that is just faded - there is no way to stop that from happening." I went back and forth with him and finally walked away knowing that he really didn't stand behind his work like he claims.

Worst place ever, got my windows tinted 4 years ago and my tint has turned red very hugly and embarrassing, I called and asked about there Life time Warranty and the guy said it s not covered, the guy was rude and didn t want to help. I highly don t recommend this place..

This place sucks. Lack of customer service with poor previous business recognition. I have have used this placed previously with each time getting worst and worst. Plenty of other places that can provide excellent tint work and will appreciate your business! Go somewhere else. This place SUCKS!!!!

Very disrespectful over the phone just amazed how rude they are im in the car industry myself just amazed at the conversation I had with them don t even bother calling them and their prices are way to high for industry standards or st least what I got quoted.
