A1 Automotive is my go-to place for all my car maintenance and repairs. The owner Ali is a wonderful and honest person. He will never overcharge you for the work he does. He's very straightforward with what is needed and before he starts working he will give you a estimate of the work. He specializes in Mercedes though he does me a favor by working on my old vintage Mercedes. His knowledge of cars is remarkable.

I went here for my 2000 Camaro oil leak. The guy charged me $2200 for the oil seal replaced and other parts he said that needs to be fixed. After I brought my car home, I still have an oil leak. So I brought it back knowing it s a back job but instead he insisted that the leak came from the oil pan, he charged me $1700 for the repair. This people are talking advantage!!! Be aware!!!

I loved my experience with A1 Automotive! My first time there and def not my last. Nelson was the individual who helped me from the beginning to end. He was professional, genuine and timely. What i loved the most about my experience was that I didn't feel like just another customer. I felt like i was going to visit a friend and catch up. I did not feel like he was trying to sell or pressure me in any way. He just was very genuine and I appreciate that in a business and person. Best Price, Best Service, Best place for your cars needs! Thanks again buddy!

Brought my car here for brakes. First time they did them the brakes were mushy. Brought the car back because that wasn't safe. Second time, the car brakes were screeching anytime I brakes regardless of how fast or slow I was going. Ended up having to pay $1040 to get the car fixed elsewhere. Save your money. Other shop said the parts used here were extremely cheap like nothing they had seen before.

The best source is word of mouth. Finding a good mechanic is like finding a good doctor. I went have been to Ali a few times and on a few occasions he was brutally honest by telling me the repair was something minor. This is so refreshing to see someone who easily has an opportunity to take advantage but time and time again he has won my trust and my business. I tell everyone I can that the work will be done right at a fair price. I hope this guy sticks around here because we need more professionals with integrity and who do it right the first time. As a person who comes from the service industry .. I can really appreciate that.

Oil me up, please!Valpak oil change coupon*Social Distancing review*Seeing 15% oil life on the dashboard, like jury duty, my time was up for an oil change. Being one to be frugal more often than not, I keep the various oil change coupons included in the latest Valpak, just in case. Seeing an oil change coupon for a new auto shop taking residence in the former Trusted Tire, and prior to that, Discount Tire Centers, I made the decision to give A-1 Automotive a shot.Calling the shop 2 hours before closing on a Thursday, I spoke with Gary Anderson, then manager, who informed me they're too busy & to try tomorrow. I called back the next day, again met with no availability. I chose to make an appointment for the following Monday at 10am.Come Monday, I arrive a little past 9:30 am. I originally wanted to utilize the synthetic blend coupon, but Gary highly recommended full synthetic. Indeed, it does say so in the manual. So, instead I used the full synthetic coupon. I was told because of cars leftover from Friday, the wait would be around 2 hours. I said I'd wait, killing time by taking a walk about the neighborhood, then using the free Wi-Fi in the lobby to listen to podcasts/videos etc. Around 11:15-11:30 am, my car was rip-roaring to go. Estimated wait time of 2 hours. Actual wait time of just over an hour. Winning!I'm very satisfied with the service I received from Gary Anderson & the staff at A-1 Automotive. The wait was shorter than stated, and I felt I was dealing with an honest human being, not one that'll try to pull the wool over my eyes, robbing me blind. A-1 Automotive will continue to have my business going forward & I know my vehicle will be in good hands whenever I need to pay a visit.Highly recommend!Service: Oil change

Worst auto repair shop I've ever been to, it's just a waste of time and money the guys who work here are unprofessional and they will try to gouge you. TAKE YOUR CAR ELSEWHERE. don't make the same mistakes I did.

Check groupon or valpak for their oil change offers. I did a $50 groupon with them for a full synthetic oil change which includes tire rotation and oil filter change. They found a nail in one of my tires and patched for 20 bucks. By the way, some shops like American tire depot do FREE tire patch. Overall i had good experience.

Put defective brakes in my car. Another shop caught it. Still awaiting reimbursement or even a call.The yelp reviews are for a different shop!
