Nice guys. There's no "first come first serve" emphasis, so if there's three bays, you're running the odds on your service order. I had to wait for two people that got there after me to get finished up before they took my van.

Will be coming here from now on!!! Everyone was friendly & FAST, I mean no more than 15 mins. The young man with long hair and a cap at the front was very kind and informative without selling any nonsense. Applied all the discount codes he was able to. Couldn't believe it when they said my car was done after a quick convo! Recommending to everyone I can

Disappointing Experience at Jiffy Lube Oil ChangeUpon arrival, I approached the technician near my car to inquire about the engine oil level and whether it needed to be topped off. I was hoping to get clarity on the appropriate level and whether it should be filled to the top. The technician responded rather dismissively, stating that they only fill it to about two-thirds of the container, which amounts to halfway. I suggested that they fill it to the top and I would be willing to pay for the extra oil. However, this seemed to upset the technician, who abruptly insisted on taking the car back to refill it.At this point, I requested that the technician explain to me the current oil level before proceeding, so we could discuss the need for additional payment. Unfortunately, the technician lacked the patience to provide an re-explanation and instead hurriedly offered to refill the engine oil. Sensing the technician s frustration, I decided it would be best to come back at a later time. It was disheartening to be met with such aggression and a lack of professionalism from the technician, especially when I had never encountered such an experience at this particular location before.I have been a customer of this Jiffy Lube location for many years, and I have always found the service to be pleasant. It is unfortunate that the actions of one technician have tarnished my overall impression. I sincerely hope that Jiffy Lube takes this feedback seriously and ensures that their staff members possess the patience and willingness to explain things to customers. It is crucial to prioritize customer satisfaction and avoid confrontational interactions.

Fair price, fast, very good service. But most of all, no unexpected jumps in the total price as well. I got what I ask for. Unfortunately a lot of oil change places are not like this. This jiffy lube doesn't try and trick you into spending more. Thank you. Will DEFINITELY be coming again.

Very fast service. I went in just for an oil change. They offered a $16 discount off my $75 charge. I also have to change out my filter which was extra leaving me at $123. I give it 3 starts for the price. Customers service was very good .

I usually never come to a place like this for an oil change. I usually go to personal mechanics and avoid stealerships. The prices were fair enough and they did what was advertised. For fluid services, I d probably come back again.

We live thirty minutes from this location but have received excellent care and attention to detail every visit (now 2 and counting). While other shops struggle to find the right blend of customer service and preventative maintenance know-how, this shop is knowledgeable, personal and customer-focused. I witnessed another guest struggling to choose the right services for his vehicle. Thanks to a generous online coupon, he was able to say yes, with confidence, on the recommended service. There are plenty of enjoyable things to see and visit if you live some distance away. Oil change and lunch at Aqui's.. just down the street? Not too shabby!

I went in for a synthetic oil change. My last one was about 9 months ago and I had traveled~5000 miles. The guys checked the oil and said it was very clean and did not need to be changed. They said I had a good 3000 miles yet. It's pretty rare for a merchant to turn away business because it was best for the customer.

Really fast service and cooperative staff. I will definitely recommend this place. Giving 4 star coz i did face an oil leak and had to drive all the way back for it, but the staff fixed it promptly so thankyou for that

These guys are great!! fast, efficient, and professional. I called for a last minute appointment - they squeezed me in, and they told me up front, everything they were doing and got my permission 1st. can't find a better crew than these guys. Price was right too.

The guy in charge got a lousy attitude in the beginning for some reason, but I tolerated him because I told myself it s just an oil change and I should get it over with. However, before I left, there was another worker tried to clean up my car and that very rude guy stopped him! I truly couldn t believe what I saw! It s an early morning and there were only two customers including me at that time, so why did he stop the other guy doing something nice for a customer? I will never go back to this place anymore and it s the worst experience I ve ever had!Service: Oil change

Bad experience. RUDE MANAGER. To avoid.It was my 3 time theres. Walk-in and rapid service. Many nice, helpful employees.But 3rd time, it was the manager who take my car in charge and was rude, not providing enough information and time to explain or discuss. I were about doing $450 of maintenance and oil change, and he was not nice/respectful.So calmly I left and done the needed job awayI WON'T BE BACK.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.

I went in today. The mechanics were busy doing their stuff. No one at the main desk to even attend to you. After 15min.. I just walked out and went home. Not sure of what to make of this scant regard for customers and their time. I will much avoid this place.

I went in for a long-overdue oil change. No complaints about the price (although the next time I go, I'll probably look into a Groupon coupon or something); no complaints about the amount of time it took (reasonable), or the work they did. The waiting area was clean and had complimentary coffee. If I was in the area the next time I needed an oil change, I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

I came in this morning for a full-service oil, lube and filter. The gentlemen were thorough, very professional and lightning fast. I felt very good about coming here when I drove away. Speaking as a woman that's an unusual experience for car service. I will come back here again the next time my car surprises me with an oil light blink.Service: Oil change

I was overcharged! My dealer is offering synthetic oil change for $59.95. The reason I go to Jiffy lube is, quick service and the walk-in experience which is fairly straightforward. I was charged $99.95! without taxes and the extra quart of synthetic oil. I can't recall paying this much ever at Jiffy lube for a synthetic oil change.When asked about this, the service desk person said increase in prices due to covid-19. And it is reasonable to pay an extra 10-15, but not 40 !!!I brought the car in, and was already being serviced, so, I decided not to stop, and make a scene.I am definitely not coming back.Additionally, they didn't vacuum the interiors or clean the car for the so called "signature service".

This place used to be great, but seems like there is a change in ownership and now all they care about is profit and how they can get you to do add on service when you just want a simple oil change. When I went for a oil change, without asking me, they took out my engine and cabin air filter. They were a little dirty but I usually change them myself because its easy to do and cheaper.They kept pressuring me to change them and after 2-3 times they told me that my car would stall if I don't have it changed. I thought that was a bit unusual and hope they haven't done anything that would really stall the car. I like Jiffy Lube, so will need to find another location because this one is not good !! Very poor sales tactics and bad customer relations..
