Honest and competent. Highly recommend.I have a 2004 Lexus GX, which was making noises when I pressed the brakes as the car came to a full stop. A few months ago, when I took the car for annual service at the dealer, the dealer s inspection report indicated that the front brake pads would need to be replaced in a few months, but the rear brake pads were good. After hearing the brake noises this week, I called the dealer to ask about the cost of replacing the front brake pads, and the price was very high. So, I took the car to a mechanic I had used before. He said the car needed front and rear brake rotors and pads, and his estimate was high. I was surprised that the rear pads and front and rear rotors needed replacement, because the dealer s inspection report indicated otherwise. Clearly, that mechanic was dishonest and tried to cheat me. When I decided not to get the work done, the mechanic wanted to charge me for his estimate, which I complained about, because he had promised a free inspection, which took him two minutes.Several of my friends have been using the mechanic service at the 76 gas station on Wolfe and Stevens Creek and all of them recommended it as honest and excellent. So, I decided to take my car there. The mechanic said that the car only needed front brake pads. His price estimate was excellent. I left my car there to be repaired. They finished replacing the front pads. I told the owner that the rear brakes made noise. He said that they inspected the rear pads and that the rear pads were still good and safe, but the particular pad brand I had tends to make noise. I thought it would be best to get the rear pads replaced to get rid of the noise and to have new pads front and back. His price to replace the rear pads was also excellent, so I asked him to replace the rear pads, even though he said I did not need it. He completed the work on time. The brake noise is gone, and I am delighted. Now I understand why my friends rave about this place.I am thoroughly impressed with the honesty of the owner. The repair work was excellent. The owner and staff are friendly and helpful.In summary, the 76 gas station auto repair service (on Wolfe and Stevens Creek) is very honest, very competent, and very inexpensive.

I've had my car serviced here about 4 or 5 times for various different repairs. They always do a great job and I've never been ripped off here unlike other mechanics. The owner is super nice and even remembers my name after I don't come in for months or even years. That's great customer service.

Always great service here. Mr. Wasfi is really a good guy, old school kind of. Place is kinda hectic, as many repeat customers just show up, but Wasfi goes above and beyond to take care of you. The place is multicultural auto mechanical microcosm, so you learn about cars and different kinda peoples. But in the end, it's all good. Good job, at good prices actually. Had multiple cars serviced here, and beyond basic maintenance.

I went to this shop for transmission fluid change along with engine oil change. The total fee was $300. It was done less than 30 minutes.I never seeing this fast for transmission fluid change. As I checked it, the transmission fluid was still black as before. He claimed that he removed bottom pan and replaced gasket and filter.I wanted to tell what was before and how it is looking now after service. The guy, Wasfi Huzayyen, the owner himself yelled at me and refusing to listen my argument for the service I paid $300.He has done very similar rip off to other people if you check yelp reviews.I am not the first customer who ripped off and humiliated and definitely not the last one.The older white hair guy who also works there called me go back to China twice!I absolutely disappointed and disgusted their behavior and service.

I Had Horrible Customer Service Experience v@ Valco gas station with Nick/ Mechanic. The station has been working on my car since 2015. This guy never listens to me nor explain things. I pointed out issues with gas & leaks & he said no issues. Now issues. As a woman I took his word. I phd ahead & towed my car to station as req. 2/22/2022 because it stopped. He Phd back the next day to say he would chk things out. It takes him 2 to 3 days to get back to me & another 3 days to do a repair. Knowing this I thought I was helping I ord. the fuel pump because I could not reach him. After sending a text & leaving a message he phd back Sat. 4 days later. He confirmed bad fuel pump & leak. Because I ord. pump he said I had to pay labor. I explained no problem. Bill for pump labor was $429. Pump arrives @12:30 PM @ station. I texted & LM that day, no response. I'm stressing because I cannot work & cancelled 2 days work due to no response. At 6 AM Tues. I decided to leave a message with the in store clerk for him to call me. I dialed his cell # in error & hung up before a dial & LM with store clerk. My brother sent a nice text asking for just a status.I rec. A call from Nick the Mechanic yelling & calling me an Idiot & asked when was I going to do something right. He scolded me about the pump arriving addressed incorrectly to the station n which was a mistake made by the Shoppers. He kept calling & hanging up on me 4x yelling. The last irate call was for me to get other mechanics to complete job. He took car apart & left it that way. I had to get Sheriff s involved when having car towed.

I work next door at the market and this guys are awesome the owner is super nice he is always helping me out thank you sir hard to find good mechanics now days

DO NOT GO TO THISCard skimmer is attached one of their gas pumps. My credit card got cloned here and used several times without my authorization.

Auto shop hours: M-F 9-6 and Sat. 9-5 (as of 11/9/2019)My parents have been taking their old Mercedes to this auto shop for years. It's a trek from SF and Oakland but absolutely worth it for the reliability and reasonable prices. Usually we call ahead about the work we need done and see when is a good time to bring the car in.

Only 2 stars because I guess it was just a bad morning to try to get just a few things from the convenience store. 3 a.m. first I went to a gas station on Capitol Avenue, either no one was there, or the employee was on break there was a chain on the door. Then I went to 7-Eleven near Capitol and Senter, guess what, the employee was on break there as well chain on the door. Then I went to this station, and what do you know chains on the door. Luckily Jack in the Box next door was open 24 hours so I was able to get some drinks there. Ugh

Today I dropped by to fill in gas at this place. As a first time customer I asked about their new system, but they cashier was very impatient and kept repeating the same line saying 'it is a new system'. I also hear him saying 'my god' afterwards. Also price is higher than nearby options, I will not recommend.

We have been bringing our older cars (99 Acura and 2001 Mercedes) here for a number of years after our previous mechanic retired. They are helpful, very reasonable and offer great service.

This review is for the Vallco 76 Service car repair shop attached to the gas station.I highly recommend this place if you need an oil change, tire pressure warning light check, basic maintenance, or other repairs to your vehicle. My entire family have been bringing our cars here for several years now. Not only are their prices FAR CHEAPER than any dealership, Jiffy Lube, Wheel Works, etc., the work is always top quality and the repairs are done superbly (we never have an issue with the vehicles after the maintenance or repair is completed).For comparison, last time I took my Prius in for routine maintenance (tire pressure check, top off fluids, oil and oil filter change, etc.) the total cost was $53.At Jiffy Lube, the same service cost me $96 two years ago.And at the Toyota dealership, a basic routine maintenance (once the warranty runs out) usually runs me about $135.It doesn't make any sense for me to spend twice the amount of money, for the same work. And the technicians at Vallco 76 Service often do better (and faster) work than their counterparts at the dealership or Jiffy Lube.I highly recommend this repair shop. Oh, and ask for Rigo. He's the man!

Walked into this gas station to get a container to buy gas for my lawn mower. And I ran into a very rude old lady who looked at me like I was a nuisance, not a customer from the get go. Then I asked about the containers, she told me they were $15.99 plus tax and to go look "over there" (pointing to the shelf behind her). I took the container to look it around, and a few seconds later she yells: "so are you gonna buy the container or what? It is fairly standard so you either buy it or leave it!". Could not believe what I was hearing. Even though she was old and I would have normally been repectful, I told her bluntly that she was rude, then left without purchasing anything.

Went there to mount n balance tires. Car came out vibrating at highway speeds. Took it back and they wanted to blame on the tires, saying they're bad. Rechecked balance and it was off. Setup for balancing was lousy and improper.

These guys are the best!!! My engine splash shield came half off on the hwy (no thanks to Towne Ford RWC) and they had it back in place in a flash! Thank you so much!! Saved me!!

The worst customer service. I went there to change a engine oil. However, they said go to that side and when I did, another person said go another and repeat . Finally, I parked, and they just left... did nothing for me. The worst of worst customer service gas stations I ever been.

More than a gas station you can get your car serviced here. Plus they have a market so if you get hu get or thirsty they got you cpvered. Bathroom on premises

Gas 50 cent more than nearby local....I was very low and pulled off freeway...just got 10 bucks worth to get to reasonable station
