Took my honda in to fix a leak in the passenger side door. Paid hundreds of dollars to fix it. Had to take it in again about 6 months later because they didn t fix it. Was told it would be an additional $700 to fix. Ended up looking around and then scheduled an appointment to fix, and the new rep I scheduled with, Ron, told me it would cost at least $400-500 just to look at it, which doesn t make sense. He admitted he didn t want to deal with it because they messed up previously. Seeing others have had issues with him.Overpriced. Don t do a good job. Avoid this place.

I recently had a regrettable experience with the customer service at Honda Culver City, particularly with Ron, one of their representatives. I took my car, which is just over 3 years old with only 18,000 miles on it, to the dealership for a dashboard light issue and ended up encountering a condescending and unprofessional attitude.Upon arriving, Ron made unwarranted remarks about my car's age and mileage, implying that its issues were a result of its age rather than the actual problem at hand. I promptly explained that I have been diligently following the recommended maintenance services provided by the dealership, in accordance with the mileage intervals. To my dismay, Ron insisted on charging me a whopping $230 just for a diagnostic check on the dashboard light, not even including the potential repair costs. This exorbitant fee, combined with his condescending attitude, left me extremely dissatisfied with their service.Thankfully, I decided to seek a second opinion and took my car to another reputable service center. To my relief, they kindly connected my car to a computer for free and identified that the issue was minor. They went above and beyond by fixing the problem at no cost to me.It was evident that the service I received from Honda Culver City was far from satisfactory. The attitude displayed by Ron was unprofessional and disrespectful, leaving a negative impact on my perception of the dealership.I am grateful that I sought assistance elsewhere, as it reaffirmed my belief in genuine and honest customer service. I would strongly advise others to think twice before seeking service at Honda Culver City, especially if they encounter Ron. It's disappointing to know that I could have been charged a substantial amount for a minor issue that was resolved for free by a more customer-oriented service center. In conclusion, my experience at Honda Culver City was disappointing, and it is disheartening to receive such treatment from a brand I had previously trusted. I hope that the dealership takes necessary steps to improve their customer service and ensure that others do not have to endure a similar unpleasant encounter.

Called to get a quote about rims that were stolen from my car. The guy on the other line giving me a quote was reluctant to help me. I just needed 2 rims and 2 tires and for some reason he gave me a quote for labor also so I said ok so I just need the rims and tires no installation..he then gave me a higher number than before. I just said so I'm getting charged more? How? I told him nevermind he said "ok buddy" and then hung up on me. I've shopped here for years I got my first car here in 2008 and when I got this new car in 2023 they kept saying thank you for being part of the family. They only say that to sucker you and make you believe that they actually care about you but when your down they just kick you while you're there. Thanks a lot Honda so much for your random acts of helpfulness.

Tires & Wheels is a great alternative in the area! This place will tell you that you need services that you don t, and they will act as though it is urgent. They also disregard the simple maintenance issues, do not do thorough inspections and leave pieces sloppy and out of place. Don t trust them!Service: Oil change

Here we go again! Mark your tires people!! Here s another example of a shop that will take your money for a tire rotation and oil change and they do not rotate the tires. They will make you wait and wait and wait, presumably they are working on your car but they aren t. The service manager didn t even apologize, they just acted annoyed that my partner found out. I would think the least they could do is be courteous and apologize for the inconvenience. Dishonesty seems to be the industry standard. This is now the second big name brand shop that this has happened to us.Services: Tires, Oil change

1st visit with appointment long wait. They failed to put the hub cap back on my car, had to call & call repeatedly to get someone s attention. Then they had to check their cameras, only to be told good news you didn t loose we didn t put it back on. Oh wow! No surprise there, I came in it with & left without.2nd visit with an appointment 3 & 1/2 hour wait for only an oil change. Not good customer service, cannot uphold times.Be aware of getting things done covered under warranty time frame. They claim lack of service techs then your warranty expires.

Worst experience ever, I m a mechanic Myself but I was having some engine codes that I was not able to fixed and decided to take the car to Honda. They charged me $180 just to tell me the codes my car has which I already knew and mentioned it to them. All they Did was plug the computer, drive my car around and erased the codes hoping those codes won t comeback, like I didn t do that myself. THEY RIP ME OFF even Autozone will let you plug their computer for FREE. Their excuse that my car was an a big accident, well I m paying to get it fix not to tell me what my car has gone through. They re a total rip off, imagine the customer that has no experience at all in cars. Won t comeback again and I ll fight the charges with my credit card. Their solutions was go fix the car and come back. Lol

After making an appointment ahead of time I still had a 3 hour wait plus there wasn't any Uber or Lyft complimentary service like other Honda service departments I have gone to. Staff wasn't very informative either. Maybe this dealer is good in other areas, i dont know but even after I was informed that my car was ready I had to wait another 20 min at the pick up area. And currently still waiting -_-

Way too expensive. $170 an hour to fix a ignition cylinder for 8 hours. Crazy. It's repaired @only 300 from an locksmith. With everyone trying to get back to normal during this pandemic. I know I don't have money to throw away like that.

terrible service, damaged my car, and had to wait days until they fix it.refused to check the OBD II system if it's ready for smog check, asked 360$ to set it but I used only their service and they probably disconnected it in the first place.Services: Electrical, Brake service & repair, Battery, Oil changeServices: Electrical, Brake service & repair, Battery, Oil change

I came in mid-morning with a warranty issue. The intake by Ron was prompt and courteous. They promised the car by 1:30. Nice facility, and just a short walk from Culver City.

For the prices they charge, they could've been a whole lot more personable while charging 50-90% more for parts, service & accessories than they could be paying at some very nice places in areas that have more parking, LESS TRAFFIC & professional 'cashiers'........lemonade anyone?
