I had a great experience with Rony's Car Pros.I worked with Dulce who helped me navigate the repairs my car needed after another driver hit it. She was incredible! Dulce kept me informed and up to date on the status. She made the process painless for me.Hoping I don't need more repairs any time soon, but would happily bring my car back to them in the future.

Excellent shop -- even though there were some challenges during the repair process. the team was communicative and a pleasure to deal with. In the end the car looks better than new and delivered according to the estimated cost - very satisfied, highly recommended.

If you re debating on which shop to take your car to, go here! I got rear ended and took my car to a few different shops. I ultimately went with Rony s not only for the great reviews, but also because of the customer service. George is super friendly, kept me informed during the entire process and made everything easy. My car turned out great, so shout out to the guys who made my car look brand new! Of course I don t want to have to go to a body shop in the future, but I ll come here if I do!

Was helped by George and the team at Ronys, they did a great job and the car looks good as new. I tried getting quotes fromA number of shops as the person who caused the accident was paying out of pocket and they gave the best estimate by far. I don t usually leave reviews, but these guys earned it and felt good knowing they are honest and not out here trying to rob folks

This place has been such a blessing! They are close to my home and have done a couple of jobs on my car, making it better than it was before the damages! The staff, especially Jeff, is very patient and offer great prices on their services. I reccomend this place to anyone looking for a good deal and quality service on your car!

I strongly recommend Rony's Car Pros! The staff were professional, friendly, and communicated with me every step of the way. My car looked and smelled like new, and I was extremely happy with their work. I would definitely use their services again and highly recommend them to others.

I was so impressed with the service and customer care I was given. My vehicle broke down and I was able to have it towed to Rony's. Rony fixed it in a day at a reasonable price and even drove me to pick up a rental car. Highly recommended!

Excellent service, reasonably priced. George was a bright star in an otherwise daunting claim and repair process. I got three quotes and went with Rony's Car Pros because George was so helpful and nice - and that was true for everyone on his team! They worked with the auto rental company getting me to and from the repair shop. I highly recommend, especially for someone dealing with an auto body repair for the first time. These are the folks you want to rely on for your vehicles. Sure, they're competent and pretty reasonably priced, but #1 they are trustworthy to a fault. We have old vehicles that can be a pain in the butt. They do a great job troubleshooting and when they mess up (not common but it's inevitable after all the business we've done especially with irregular parts), they own up and compensate/write off with unquestioning professionalism. They're full of courtesy and good faith and know the way to long term business is development of good customer relationships and loyalty. They have certainly earned ours many times over. I really enjoyed my experience at Rony s car pro. They re entire staff is patient, caring and know how to listen and follow through.They repaired my car properly and it was super clean and neat.Thank you Rony, thank you Dulce, Juan and everyone else.Great communication and simply great customer service.

Wow. Just wow. These guys do quality and HONEST work! I needed my cold air intake swapped out to replace it back to the original parts so I can pass smog. They quoted me 1-2 hr labor and didn't even charge me the full hr because it took less than an hr. Most places would go ahead and charge the full hour even though it didn't take that long or even more saying that it took longer. On top of that, every staff member was very polite and helpful. This is where I'm going everytime for any car issue. I highly recommend!! Let me add that I never write reviews but I was that impressed that I have to give to them a shout-out!Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

Rony's took care of my car when no other could. The owner Rony fixed my motor mounts and helped me pass my smog check by getting the sensors to activate. Good customer service and fairness.You will need to be patient because they are busy but you won't regret it. I gave 4 stars for the longer wait but overall they are awesome in regards to service and making sure your car is right. Also, my car was dusty when I picked it up. I understand they were under staffed but they should clean the car to give a good customer experience ... that goes a long way in keeping a customer.

Rony's Car Pros are truly Professionals! I have been coming to Rony's in Culver City since my car accident last year. I found them on Yelp and all of the great reviews are true. Since then I have referred my son and will continue to refer others. They have completed body work, paint and mechanical maintenance for my car. They stand behind their warranty and treat warranty work with the same speed and efficiency as any paying customer. Thanks especially to George and Howard, you guys are on the front line making sure the customer experience is suberb! Lastly, their technology beats car dealerships when it comes to communication and efficient clean estimates. Text messages for updates on your vehicle estimate and completion. I took my truck in to get some body damage repaired. I worked with George at the Sepulveda location and had a great experience. The prices were fair and competitive. George was able to get me an estimate in a timely manner and I was impressed with how well the body damage was repaired! Absolutely wonderful experience! I needed to switch my old plates for a new set, but couldn't get one of the bolts off even with an electric drill..my husband tried with no results. Went to a nearby auto shop (not Rony's), and they scared me that they might need to cut through the trunk..depends on the type of the bolt or something like that...wanted me to leave my car their for a day..75$ charge if it would be easy...more if they have to cut it apart))...I had things to do for the day, so I said I would come back...googled some places and Rony's came up with the best reviews..especially about their fairness. So I decided to get a second opinion on my problem. Went there..they sprayed some oil on the screw...used their big muscles, and bolt came off in 10 seconds! And when I asked where do I go to pay, he just said "I am not gonna charge you for 2 min work". Couldn't believe it. I told the guy how I found them through reviews and that it was all true, they are great! Now, I might not had the biggest mechanical issue, but the service I received was beyond of what I expected. That will be my go to place, for sure! Further away, but worth it! And by the way, they were packed! Must say something about the business. Thank you very very much!Happy customer

I was traveling through LA to pick up my family from LAX (they flew in to drive my car back to Texas with me) when I had a traction control warning light come up on my 2007 Jeep Wrangler. In a rush, I looked up the closest dealerships in Culver City in hopes of getting my car checked out quickly so we could get on the road. After getting my car towed to the Chrysler dealership nearby, I found bad reviews and was reluctant to have them work on my Jeep. I found Rony's with great reviews, and Howard (the service manager) had my car towed to Rony's early the next morning when they opened and looked at it immediately. He ran every test necessary to make sure it was safe to drive back to Texas, and was unable to find anything wrong. He was reluctant to accept any compensation, even though he had spent hours working to find a problem. Howard was unbelievably honest and did not expect payment. With his help, I was able to safely drive 40 hours home, knowing that all aspects of my Jeep had been carefully checked out. Thank you Rony's Car Pros!

They were able to meet my quick turnaround deadline with quality work. George was great and assured me they could meet the deadline. Rony's Car Pros has done body work on my car twice due to car accidents and I was satisfied both times with their work. The Body Shop manager is fantastic. He is professional and kind. He called me and gave my updates on my car and it was ready when he said it would be. I love their service.

I love Rony s Car Pros, because they always take care of me. From my first service back in 2017, to now fixing the issues that came about in my current check up. I only trust Ronys Car Pros to work on my Mercedes Benz C300. I am so grateful they found the belt that was cracked so they potentially saved my life! Took my car and was very satisfied. Being a female I don't always get an honest shake. I can say they went over everything with me step by step, showed me what need replaced and the cost of parts and did everything they could to get my car back to me in a one day. They are very honest, compassionate and considerate of their customers. I would highly recommend them

Easily the best shop I ve ever been in. Everything was well organized and clean. George helped me out and was extremely polite and helpful. The repair was done within hours! Other shops were asking me to bring in the car for an inspection weeks in advance of the actual repair. The repair itself was done flawlessly and at a very good price.I will be bringing my car here for all future repairs and oil changes. Very impressed.

We flew into LAX and got our car to drive 3 hours home. As we got on the 405, a maintenance light came on and the car stopped shifting. We got off the first exit available and pulled into a parking lot. My husband tinkered with it and nothing worked. My husband and I prayed. It was 6:20pm and most places were closed. I searched for auto body shops nearby and Rony s was one that popped up. Even though he closed at 5, he let us come, he looked at it and promised to help us in the morning. He helped us find a nearby hotel and even let us borrow a car in the interim. I felt like God was watching over us, because if there is a perfect mechanic, this place is it! If you live within driving distance, make this your mechanic! Go to Rony s!!!

Body shop did a amazing job on my car . You couldn't tell it was ever in a wreck . Paint came out better then new . The only place I trust to do my body and mechanical work. I take my Tacoma there to get its services. George and Howard have amazing customer service .

Not only will they do a good job. They are honest and fair. My wife took her car to another auto shop and they wanted to charge this enormous amount for repair, she then took it to Ronys for a 2nd opinion and they said she didn't need all of that, fixed the real problem and didn't charge a arm & a leg. Real integrity. **not a fake review, but real talk****

Rony and his staff went above and beyond is diagnosing my car which had a very complicated set of problems. Thankfully for me, Rony became consumed by trying to figure the issue and get it solved. He did solve it and I am very grateful. He really cares about his craft and it would be difficult to find someone more knowledgeable and dedicated. It is very stressful having a sick car that might not come back but it was a relief knowing I was in good hands until I finally got the amazing news that all was well.

Our experience with Ronys was amazing!!! We flew into LAX tuesday evening @ 5 pm The van would not shift. We pulled of Highway @ sepulveda blvd. Carrie googled repair shops. Even though it was after hours we called anyway. Rony answered and said we are closed but come by anyway. He diagnosed the problem to replace solenoid come back in the morning. After taking the van back in the am he called said he had an idea to recalibrate computer and see what happens. And it worked we were able to pick up van and drive home.. Amazingly the quote to repair van was 1200.00 he could've replaced solenoid and that would've been that but saved 1000.00 and from renting a car to get home and then return to pick up van. We appreciate your generosity and integrity. Please take your business to Ronys

My mother in-law went in for an estimate and was treated so rudely by the manager. Although she did appreciate the owner apologizing but no one has the right to talk to anyone in a rude manner. An its even more unfortunate coming from someone who has the position as manager. Maybe he was having a bad morning .
