I was doing the express wash here on Labor Day and mid wash in the middle of the automatic wash, one of the employees driving the car behind me drove forward and crashed into the back of my car, twice. (The mini cooper is my car, and the Chevy is the car that hit me.) I filed a report and was assured that I would receive a call from the manager the following day. I did not receive that call, and when I tried to call the business using the number on google and on their website, the phone line is disconnected. And I did not even receive a refund.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. I ve had the monthly unlimited wash deal for around two years. First time there was a problem, they wouldn t stand behind their work.Yesterday, their machine yanked the valve cap off and broke the valve stem off my left front tire. Tire was flat and I had to get a tow to the shop. $200 and a day later I asked to be reimbursed. Manager Kevin blamed the mishap on the extra half inch on my aftermarket valve stem cap. Asked why none of the others were damaged and multiple previous washes were unremarkable. Bottom line, he wanted to offer more of their faulty service to rectify their mistake but refused to cover the costs of my repair after ruining my valve stem and my evening.Terrible customer service bad attitude.

Went here to have my detailed 2 months ago. 1st they read the ticket wrong and after waiting over an hour they didn t even vacuum the car. Then as they went to complete the cleaning the power went out and they haven t opened back up since and they never refunded my money $110.00. So I literally paid for nothing. Nothing. I m so appalled.

I was in the area so decided to try this place out. Guy out front said the The Works option was that much better than the Deluxe for an extra $3 so I went with it.They brought the car out of the wash and let it sit for about 10 - 15 minutes in 80 degree sunny weather. I was understandably concerned about this seeing as it would most likely leave dried water mark stains. Sure did.So the guy says it's ready and In addition to the water stain marks you can tell minimal effort was put into even making sure the car looked clean. Way too many areas that I could simply clean away with my hand or a damp towel. I even recommended just running it back to the car wash and not letting it sit in the sun this time for so long.The guy who dried it off got the manager's attention and the manager agreed there were a lot of areas that needed attention and had the guy start working on it. I thanked him and explained that I wasn't trying to be difficult but the car just doesn't look clean and he agreed.And although I wish I could say the end result was satisfactory, take a look at the photos and you tell me. I finally just got in my car and left because I could tell no one was even concerned about making sure my car looked like it had been washed.This place is far more interested in your money than they are delivering a quality car wash, so I would highly recommend avoiding it and going elsewhere.

Lots of unclear upcharges without any clear value. They finished my car after getting The Works for $30, but there were so many unclean spots that I needed to do it again myself when I got home. The $10 fully automated places are better.

Never open when they say they will be open. They open late and close early. Please fix your hours so people don t waste their time driving over there.

They did a great job on my Subaru Crosstrek. Came kind of late in the day and they were able to take my car. Did a "The Works" wash and a seat shampoo. They did a great job and the price was good. I don't think they focused very hard on the trunk, but that didn't bother me much. Overall, I would definitely recommend.

Usually rave about this place. The last two times were pretty disappointing . My car sat for 20 min before someone started drying it . Today , it sat for 10 min before someone dried the exterior and cleaned "the interior .BUT , did not even clean the windows in my 2nd ROW or wipe down any other row than the front, that's not ok . Again no air freshener They didn't even TRY . Called and spoke to the cashier (who was courteous and polite. When I asked for the manager he checked and the manager would call me back because he was busy. NEVER got a call back! Terrible

DO NOT COME HERE. Horrible customer service especially the man who s your first contact he have a nasty attitude. The staff here will NOT thoroughly clean your vehicle and when you point it out the manager is no help and won t offer a solution. The entire staff needs a refresher course on customer service and on how to properly clean cars. I will be going back to westChester car wash on Sepulveda they re the best in the area. Again, DO NOT COME HERE

If you're even considering this place DO NOT GET YOUR CAR WASHED HERE!!! I got the deluxe wash because it was reasonably priced. Did a walk through after with the guy drying because they did not vacuum nor wipe down anything inside. When I walked to the front I noticed my windshield wiper was snapped in half sticking straight up, I confronted all of the guys and they all played dumb and said "that's how it came out" . I was completely devastated by them not taking responsibility for the damage. Ended up costing me $100 to have the whole windshield wiper replaced. Not worth the gamble to come here. Choose wisely.

Been going to this car wash & subscribing to The Works for at least 7 yrs. For the last month they have been closed with an explanation closed for upgrades - very suspect as there is no activity onsite, no updates and the phone is disconnected.

I INJURED in this car wash shop, and they are NOT responsible for the matter! ! I use the massage chair when I am waiting my car wash finished, and the massage chair in the shop are DAMAGED!! My hair is caught up in the gear, and rolling into the machine. The manager give me an ice bag, the he just gone! I leave my phone number and go to see doctor. The manager said he will call me and responsive for my HURT. But in the past two months, NO ONE CALL ME an NO ONE RESPONSIBLE for my hurt and Medical bills. I went to the shop one day after I injured, the chair which makes me hurt disappeared, they didn't admit the existence of this chair. This is a outrageous shop, I will never come again!!

This was my first and last visit. I bought the hand wash package. When I received my car, I noticed my driver door was still dirty ( he cleaned it right away and left). As, I went to put my carseat I noticed they hadn't vacuumed. I told the man that had my car and he said, I'm already working on this one. I told the manager he asked me to take it to the back. At this point I said, isn't it your job since that's what I paid for. He then asked me to wait until he finished a car that had just come out of the wash. I told him I shouldn't have to wait since my car was out first. The manager had someone take it to the back. When I received it back, I noticed none of the side doors had been cleaned. Some of my windows still had bird droppings too.By this time I had already waited 1.5 hours and with a baby in toe decided to drive away.Never again!

My car came out of the wash with a few deep scratches! No real manager there just fake ones! Staff gave me a phone # that is disconnected and the business phone is listed incorrectly on their website. I should have read all of the other similar reviews for this car wash before going. Never again! Don t bring your car here they take no responsibility!

Review from service on May 6, 2018 - Most expensive car wash (when you add in the repair work necessary to fix my car) I've ever had. My wife and I took my car in this morning for a simple wash. When my Maxima came out to be dried I noted the fuel door was open. It was jammed open and was now in contact with body of the car scraping against the paint every time one of the staff tried to wrench it open or closed. Justin ("the manager on duty") courteously reminded me that they offer car washes at "users risk" and suggested "I brought it in that way". He offered to review cameras BUT not until Tuesday when the real manager Kevin came in. The fuel door in now shut but will no longer open. Long story short my new (leased) Maxima is now at the dealership with a repair bill. To top it all off, they didn't even do a good job with the car wash! Seats still dirty and wax dried in all the crevices.My advice... keep driving, you can do better.UPDATE: Responding to the management contact. I realized that Kevin was the "manager" that we had to communicate when the pricing for the unlimited plan was changed without notice. Communicating with him, has already proven to be unhelpful. Repair costs from Nissani Bros. Nissan exceeded $280. They commented that the door had been bent out of place and that someone had tried to bend it back. I made sure they were aware of where the damage occurred. My original review stands... go one more day with a dirty car, Playa Vista Carwash isn't worthyour time.Response to Management: Hi Melissa as noted in our Yelp Communication, at this point I'm only interested in discussing the matter further with guaranteed reimbursement for the damage on my vehicle. Your onsite team was unwilling/unable to assist at the time of the incident and given my past communication with your team related to over charging/lack of notification for your VIP membership services, I have little reason to believe continued conversations will be a fruitful use of my time. One star is a lot for this car wash! They took $10 for express washing and they didn t say anything about vacuuming.. When my car was washed I went to vacuum area and guess what? they re out of service (for forever) and they didn t even mention this little situation! plus the dryers are worst in the city don t waste your time and money

Got the $100 express detail on mid-size SUV. The SUV went through the machine car wash and then two guys worked an hour on exterior and interior. When I gave each guy a $20 tip they walked away leaving towels on the hood of the car.Got a $300 all hand detail on the wife's Model X and I gave the one guy who had worked 2 hours a $20 and he brought all the stuff he emptied from the center console and laid it in the trunk then walked away leaving the towels on the hood. The $300 detail missed a spot on back carpet and the windshield wasn't perfect, although it is hard to get the Tesla glass streak free, there is so much glass.

Hands down worst customer service experience I ve ever had. 0/10 management.Went to this place a few months ago to get a car wash and by the time my car was done, they had caused almost $250 worth of damage to my car (over 10x the cost of the car wash). On-site manager completely blew me off and told me to leave my contact info for the general manager, who I was told would call me. She never did. I went back three times after that day to try to get some sort of resolution only to be ignored every single time. I left my contact info for the general manager four times over the course of three weeks - radio silence. I had to resort to filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and they STILL haven t sent me any response. I wouldn t be surprised if this place went out of business before the end of the year. Don t go here if you want your car to leave looking better than when it came in.UPDATE: I received a letter from the Better Business Bureau on 03/20/2023 stating that even they couldn t get a response from this business regarding the damage they caused to my car. Just another example of the terrible customer service and management (or lack thereof) running this business. If I could give this business zero stars, I would.

I've been going to this car wash for many years. At first it was a great place to go, then the service got to be horrible...that's when I stopped going. They had closed down and reopened, I assumed under new ownership, so I gave them another try and all was good as the owner was always there and they seemed to fix a lot of their issues. Sad to say that their service is once again very mediocre. The owner is no where to be seen and the staff is constantly messing up and they have had some very rude receptionists/cashiers. I've tried to call the owner (Kevan) and have left him multiple messages to discuss how his staff has messed up my car and was always trying to charge me more that they should but he will not call me back. I did some research and it seems it's the same owner that it's always been. So that explains why the service reverted back to terrible. If you value your time and money and care about your car...DO NOT GO HERE!!Services: Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

Don t bother - I Paid for a deluxe wash. Didn t even vacuum half the car. Windows were streaky and didn t wipe down the interior or do the tires and rims. Big up sell at the entrance - all hat no cattle. There are far better options on Lincoln

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!!First month when i signed up for a membership it was just $34.99 and no complain for the whole month but i realized on my card statement the second month charge jumped up $10 more without giving me a notice. Since it's located to close to my partner's office and the female cashier was super nice so i decided to continue the membership. My partner and i are planning to travel outside the country for the whole two months so a few days ago we left a notice to the male cashier to stop the membership temporarily for month of September + October and were thinking to continue again once we get back to US. Today, Aug 31...the last day, i brought my car here. The latino guy approached my car and asked what kind of wash? i told him just regular as usual but soon after he scanned the barcode he said that my car was too dirty and it's required handwash only that costs $15 more. I asked him why? and he said because of the dirt will damage the car....i know my car was dusty and there was a little rain last night, that why it looked dirty but it was NOT dirty from the mud. I told him that's fine it won't damage the car it's just dust and he kept talking with his words to charge $15 more. I was like ok nevermind then and he let me go without even offer me to talk to manager (BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE)....i talked to my partner about this and we decided not to continue the membership for our cars here. I have attached the picture and you'll be the judge.

Customers beware, because this car wash will damage your car, and refuse to take accountability. I would not recommend this car wash service..About 2 weeks ago, I brought my car in , and was upset to find the staff broke my Driver Window Switch Button Cap. I informed the lead staff member Mauricio, who directed me to call the manager/owner Kevin. I attempted to call Kevin a total of 5-6 times, before driving up to car wash myself . I was given the run-around for 2 entire weeks!! I was told by the receptionist that either Kevin was not available , or the staff asked to take a message (in which I never received a return call back). I even had to enlist the assistance of my husband, who somehow was able to magically get a hold of Kevin. Unfortunately, Kevin failed to take accountability for his staff, and refused to compensate my damages. I used to be a faithful customer ! I even purchased a monthly service for my vehicle for $54/month. In fact, my entire family utilized this car wash for about a year for a total of 3 cars at $162/month. Total of approximately $2,000/ year . So you lost our business for a replacement part that cost $12.99 on Amazon??? that s just bad business Kevin!. I immediately canceled my membership (and so did my entire family) because if you can t trust that the owner will take accountability for something so small as a button cap imagine for a more expensive body damage repair!!!. I have alway referred this car wash, but not anymore!! I will re-direct my clients to use a more reputable and trustworthy service. If it was up to me, I would give this car wash zero stars.

DONT GO, bad clean and lost my personal itemsPaid $200 for an interior detail . The guy barely spent an hour on it and afterwards I had to show him gunk and smudges all over the car to clean. Even then it did not look good or anywhere worth $200Then they lost my clicker to my house gate and couldn t find it. Save yourself the hassle and avoid

got the works car wash which supposedly has internal covered as well as an air freshner. I cannot smell the air freshner nor was my inside properly cleaned - trunk was the way i left it with still pieces of leaves in it, and my seat still was left with a stain, with new pieces of trash on the floor. never. again.

Don t be fooled by the 6pm closed time. I drove up at 5:15pm for a car wash, waited around for 8 minutes until I finally decided to walk up to one of the workers packing chairs away only to be told they won t work on any more cars. I figured 45 minutes before they close was ample time for a car wash. Turns out they actually stop working once it hits 5pm. Updated times should by 5pm, 6pm is misleading.

It's just bad. It's not hand wash as advertised. It's half automated. But the people who do the work don't care about the results. They pay no attention to the details, they even forgot to wipe the mirrors after the wash.The automatic wash equipment is outdated too, it's very inefficient. It was the last time I came here.The staff also launched at me because I moved my car by myself and didn't let them do that (I don't like strangers in my brand new car).

Really nice car wash. Hand car wash was $37 dollars. If I didn t do hand car washes I would certainly take advantage of their monthly unlimited program. They had some high end cars there also so it make me feel like my Tesla was in good hands. This location is not my regular but it is near work so on occasion, it s nice to stop by.
