Bought some brakes and it turned into a nightmare. Took the car to get the brakes replaced at a shop near the store they told me that one of the brakes wasn t the right one, so I go to replace it. They told me the part would be there later that day, but it wasn t I ended up leaving my car at the mechanics overnight. I get the part the next day, take it to the mechanics they put it on, and within 10 mins the brakes seized. So now I m without a car and hope it didn t ruin anything else. You can t call customer service because they re not opened on weekends.THIS IS NOT RIGHT if your part put me and others at risk you should be available to fix the problem. I would not recommend buying brakes from this company.

I needed a jumpstar and unfortunately they didn't want to lend it to me. very sad because I am an old customer. In the past they lent it to me and I even left a tip for the employee, this time the female manager said she couldn't even if I left my Lyncense Drive in her hands. things so small that make the place lose customers. I was always well attended to by Brazilian employees. Now , bye .

I tried to buy several tools. Couple on computer but none on shelf. Eventually, they found some in back but out of package and used. I needed it for my job. Bought it full price, no discount offered.

Came to purchase a couple items needed for my car and was ignored when I walked in! I had to ask them where item was and cane to show the items and walked away like I knew! Horrible customer service!!

Thanks to Luis at Oreilys this morning for doing a seemless battery warranty exchange. Luis tested the battery, pulled up the warranty, removed the old and installed the new battery in one fell swoop. Luis had a great attitude, professional service and made the process quick and seemless with no bumps what-so-ever. There's no way I could walk away from that kind of service without leaving a 5 star review!!!

Went in, got help right away. Wanted to order spot paint for my vehicle, salesperson Frank came out to the car, checked the color number listed inside door sticker and ordered the correct color which would be delivered the same day. Always friendly and helpful staff. I recommend this place.

Dolby at the location on Overland is amazing!!! I've been there twice now. She is kind & so helpful. Goes above & beyond with excellent customer service. I'm not sure if corporate looks at these reviews, but please somebody give her a raise! Employees like this are hard to find.

Went in to buy oil to add to my car and was so outstandingly and kindly helped by Eduardo, who took the time to answer my questions and gave me some very appreciated education about engine oil and application. Great asset in such a knowledgeable and friendly employee such as him

They put me on hold and then hung up the phone. I called back, and he asked to wait, put me on hold, and then hung up again. This happened the 3rd time, and I stopped calling. Fix your phone

I just went in for snow chains (who would think I'd need the in CA?) and the staff was incredible! Answered my questions, found the right match for my car tires and were genuinely engaged with me to provide friendly top-quality service. I was really impressed by Edwin, Ryan & Dina for their great attitude and for treating me as a long-term valued customer even though I'd never been there before. Best experience I've had in a auto parts place ever!

Great location in a small complex with a good supply to fulfill any auto needs.Luis and Kevin was working the evening I stopped in. They handled the unique crowd for a Friday night very well. A few orders required to call another store for parts. Which they were happy to do. Some customers need to take a chill pill, but I can understand people have become accustomed to self check out lines since the pandemic. They are beneficial to those with covid anxiety and to people who don't need further assistance beyond purchasing a product.The gentlemen assisted the customers needs in a timely manor. I'm grateful they assisted me with installing my headlight in the dark. I'm grateful for their kindness and assistance with getting me back on the road safely.Awesome job O'Reilly's! Excellent customer service from the Culver City location. Thank you Luis and Kevin!

Excellent customer service. Jesus was very helpful over the phone, finding the part I needed, setting it aside and offering to help finish replacing a car battery whose terminals were proving difficult to tighten.Eduardo met me there to help with the battery; which took a little figuring out, but Eduardo was kind, determined, and clever.As much as car repairs must be a hassle, at no point was customer service part of that. The staff at this O'Reilly truly made it a memorably pleasant experience.

I went to buy a car battery here today. I was able to place my purchase online, pay for it, and drive up to receive curbside pickup in the back of my car with no problems. The person who brought it out was wearing a mask, as were the other employees I saw come out to assist customers. Easy and safe... thank you.

Engine lite came on in my Toyota Camry and a friend told me that O Reilly does free engine diagnostic so I went there. The customer service was quick, and efficient. The man came out and with a very friendly attitude diagnosed the problem and I was in my was. I would go back there fir my auto parts needs because of the great service I received.

I went here for headlight bulbs. I purchased them and one of the nice guys in there tried to assist me with replacing them. Then we realized I got the wrong model. So we went back to the store and they luckily had 2 left! All those 2012 Kia Soul drivers out there, there are 2 models of lights! Mine is the one with a B at the end! This kind is not as easy to switch without pliers! Since this was the case, it was more challenging and the nice employee wasn't able to help me cause it was starting to get busy. Still a great experience and will definitely go back again for other car needs!

Come here for your parts!! Eduardo was awesome!! He took the time to go through my diagnostic and find my car exact parts when I was misinformed by a different car parts shop! Really appreciate him! Ended up only have to buy 1 of what I was going to ignorantly buy 4 of!! Highly Recommend!

Car died 1.5 mi away, so I got a ride here to buy a new battery. The rep gave me a discount to bring my old battery back, per usual, and loaned me a set of hex sockets to do the replacement, which I brought back later that night with the old battery. That's going above and beyond to help the customer. Really appreciate that, and I will remember it!

I love this location. Edwin is the most positive uplifting professional I've ever come across. Gilbert who is now in Inglewood trained him so naturally he is top notch! These guys are knowledgable and always polite. To O'Reilly CEO please recognize these gentleman as they are more than deserving of praise!
