I've taken several different cars to Modesti's over the years, and service has always been excellent. They are trustworthy and knowledgeable, and I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

I had a really great experience at Modesti s ! My car broke down and got my car towed by AAA and they recommended this auto shop. From the moment I dropped off my car they were super helpful and were able to fix the issue at a reasonable cost. I will be recommending their services to friends and family.

Modesti s isn t the cheapest but the customer service, quality and honesty is worth it for me. At this visit, they even identified a part that they installed last year that was failing, told me it was a problem and replaced it under warranty. Plus they offer a free local shuttle or a loaner, depending on what they have available. I drive an older Honda so having a good trustworthy mechanic, while not frequently needed, is part of the ownership experience. Modesti s fits the bill.

Honest guys. We had an issue with our Kia Sedona not starting. We got towed to them at 2 AM and dropped the paperwork with our key. Business hours they called to acknowledged. Without seeing these guys personally, guess what they found, I thought it was the starter but it was just a piece of wire got disconnected. I called that honesty. Some people could say anything to upset something but all they charged us was a labor. I recommend these guys. I hope my review can help you decide to go to this shop.

Jonathan at Modesti makes car repairs a pleasant experience. He is courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Jonathan put extra effort into getting the parts necessary to fix my 21-year-old car. Modesti's has become the best place for my future car repairs. Their prices are reasonable and they give warranties on repairs and parts. Thank you Modesti.

Modesti s Car Care Center is not your run of the mill auto repair shop! Modesti s took great care in evaluating my vehicle from start to completion. I am truly satisfied and impressed with the honest, personable and professional advice that Jonathon provided me so that there were no surprises or false expectations - just great communication and follow up throughout the time my vehicle was being serviced

I would definitely refer anyone to Modesti's Car Care Center. Jonathan was very friendly, more than patient with all my questions and phone calls . He was upfront and honest with me about the repairs I needed. We definitely need more honest mechanics out there, and not just someone trying to make fast buck.Thank you Jonathan

We've been taking our cars (Priuses and Lexuses) to Modestis for more than 20 years now and have been happy clients ever since. We love the fact that it's a family run company with Nick and Melanie always there along with their terrific, trusted associate Jonathan who's been there longer than we've been coming. They do good work and stand by what they do. We've actually never had a problem, but we know if we did they would stand 100% behind their work and do whatever it took to make it right by us. In this day and age, finding a personable business you can trust "in the big city" is worth gold. I am thoroughly impressed with the team here. I had my car towed here from AAA roadside assistance. My agency wanted to use another mechanic and their shop so it needed to be re-towed. Jonathan and Melanie was kind and courteous with the whole process. I would definitely get my car repaired here if it wasn't for the agency handling my case. Thank you for your patience and support. While no one loves having to deal with car repairs, I have to say that my experience with Modesti's was wonderful throughout. I love how easy it was to schedule an appointment, and my service advisor, John, was warm, friendly, and informative. Called for an estimate. The person on the phone insisted on bringing in the vehicle for inspection. As I already knew what was wrong with the vehicle, I just needed pricing and didn't want to waste my time bringing it in for a 3rd opinion on what was wrong. Will not be bringing it in for repair due to poor customer service.

I decided to try Modestis Car Care Center and I have had a wonderful experience. Recommend by my co-worker. I brought my car in on the scheduled day and within a few hours they had my car ready. I installed a steel shield to protect my catalic convertor. Previously catalic has been stolen without shield. They are very professional and well informed about all types of cars repairs and maintenance. Highly recommend this place and will use it again on other repairs.

First, great experience super nice people. Happy with repair and the way I was treated! Provided photos of what they repaired which i like. Very knowledgeable!!Only downside was price. 300+ for a diagnostic is a shock. It was almost the same price as my repair quote. Good thing i knew what i needed done beforehand so it saved me some money there. They forsure arnt on the low end but you are paying for quality of work which I think is worth the price for some repairs.If you need work done and don't know where to go and don't want to worry about quality go here!! Am planning on going back for important work I can't do myself!!Services: Transmission, Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance

I've taken my last 3 cars to Modesti and have always been pleased with the results. I feel the prices are fair and the turnaround time estimates have always been accurate. They are AAA approved to inspect & repair cars, and I'm sure that's not an easy standard to meet. Once in awhile, if it seemed like the car still had problems, I was able to bring it back and test drive it with Jonathan and he was able to explain what issue, if any, remained, and what to expect.Services: Auto engine tuning, Brakes, Auto maintenance

Outstanding service! Jonathon and Nick had my back when my catalytic converter was stolen last year during the holidays. They worked with the Insurance company and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. I've been going to them for years but this incident has shown me their true colors. My neighbors use the shop also with great satisfaction, the shuttle driver has memorized our location! They require a reservation because they care about quality and attention to detail and this allows them time to properly diagnose and repair your vehicle. Therefore, you will not need to spend time sitting in a long line waiting to be checked in and seen as you might at a dealership. Modesti's aims to get it done correctly with fair prices and high quality customer service.

Was referred to Modesti's Car Care Center by a friend and I couldn't be more pleased. Everyone was very pleasant, communication was fabulous, and the service was done timely. They also offer rides to and from their place after you drop your car off which is a big plus. Definitely have found my new car care center and will continue using them. Tried them out they're great

Always professional and personable. They do a great job at a fair price. Today they spent lots of time trying to figure out what was wrong with my truck. I needed service that I could only get from the dealer; Modesto's didn't charge me anything not even for all of the diagnostics. The dealer on the other hand automatically charged me $200 to repeat the same work. Everyone I know has learned from word-of-mouth that this is the place to take your car. That's how I started years ago.

After taking my VW to the dealer for many years, I finally decided to cut the cord and try someplace local. I'm so glad I found Modesti's! Making an appointment was easy, the people were honest and the customer service was fantastic. Jonathon took the time to explain all recommended repairs. They even have a shuttle service (thank you Freddie!)
