Went in for an oil change and guys were great. Not only did they change my oil, but also rotated my tires for no extra charge. This shop is very professional and price for service is very reasonable. Would highly recommend them for all your automotive needs.

Was recommended to them by my tow truck driver. They see me right away and gave me options to fix my transmission. Gave me a ride to the rental car place in a cool vintage car. And then had my car fixed in 2ish days. Really good communication and Bruce, Carlos and Erik are the best. Thank you!

I went for oil change, and I was nervous, as it was the first time ever I went for oil change. The team was friendly, helpful, and above all, professional. The job was done quickly and the price is fair. They provide a clear description of what they did. I will defiantly come back! Highly recommended.

Our company has been working with Kartek for a while, we get our rental luxury vehicles maintained and repaired at Kartek.I can comfortably say that they are always on time and they have the right personnel to help you. I love this place! They always go above and beyond to take care of you, and do what they can, and within your budget. Even if they re busy (which they always are), they take the time to listen to your concerns. I won t take my car anywhere else. I highly suggest Kartek in Culver City, if you need your car serviced. The guys that work there, are wonderful!

Great guys who are very personable and professional. Bruce made me feel like I knew him since childhood. They took my car at 3:00 and had it ready to go by 4:45. Then waited until a bit after closing for me to pick it up. Great job guys.

This place is great. I often come to any auto repair shop with caution. Always ready to be swindled, unfortunately due to past experiences. BUT NOT HERE, these guys are honest and real and I value that above so much. They do a great job at their work! Thank you Bruce.

I went there because my engine orange light turned on and after checking the car, they said it was just a connection issue when I got my battery replaced. They didn t try to charge me for nothing.I took the opportunity to change the engine's oil as it was due.The team is very professional and nice.Service: Oil change

I am extremely pleased with the work that this team has performed on several of my vehicles. I have older vehicles made long before someone made the illogical decision to completely surrender the internal combustion engine to a computer. Old school mechanics they be. I saw new fangled plastic electric things on tires in there being returned to satisfied customers too. I can not speak to those types of vehicles, but their owners were pleased.From the Model T to a 1967 Mustang to a 2024 Ford all-electric vehicle they got you covered. These guys keep them purring like kittens and roaring like lions (so electric vehicles make no noise, but you get the analogy).Need a frame-up restoration? They do that too. How do I know? They are doing one for me. That is trust.In closing, does this shop stand behind their work? They do, even when the problem is with a factory rebuilt transmission kit - most places give you the runaround - these guys do not. Old trucks are tricky, these guys do not fall for tricks, they fix 'em so I can keep on truckin'; 4x4 and all. From a 4-banger to an inline 6 to a big block 454, nothing they can not handle, nothing they can not fix.I have been impressed with their knowledge, skills and experience and in the new world of internet, barbershop recommendations are hard to get and receive these days, so I sing their praises here.

Nothing but good experiences with Kartek. They repaired AC on my first visit, had a fitting crack about a week later and they repaired at no extra cost and refilled AC coolant. My next visit just after Christmas. Was towed in there with a broken timing belt. They had me up and going in a day and a half. Always fair with pricing, honest shop.

I had taken my Audi to the dealership and was told I needed brakes and front end alignment for an exorbitant price. I decided to get a second opinion and Kartek told me and showed me why I needed neither. I will be returning the next time my car needs service!

Great place. LA is a bit expensive but still more affordable than the dealership for my 2016 civic. Has a noise that was scary by my left wheel that I mentioned. Eric looked at it free of charge and told me it was a missing bolt. Appreciate the honesty alone. I m usually real wary of mechanics. Will visit again but hopefully not too soon

Great place! I came in for a repair to my window motor that the dealership was going to charge me an arm and a leg for. Bruce quoted me about 1/2 the dealer price and when he found out that the repair was easier than expected charged me less than the quoted price. Great experience!

I have a 1991 Jeep Wrangler YJ in great condition. I was looking for a shop that would know what to do when issues arrive. They re honest, affordable and most of all, friendly & professional. They rebuilt the steering wheel column, flushed all the fluids, replaced a faulty engine coolant temp sensor (ECT), and my daily driver is still going strong. Thank you Erick & Carlos! Strongly recommended.

Kartek is one of the best mechanics out there. I had my break pads and rotors replaced by them back in 2020. I came back for an inspection a couple of days ago and once again was reminded how lucky I am to have found them. Eric was very transparent about the cost, took time with my car and went on a test drive with me. They are very professional and not like the other mechanics who will intimidate you to get services that your car doesn t actually need. They will do what needs to get done and charge a fair price. Amazing service! Couldn t recommend them enough.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Kartek is the best! They always get the job done efficiently, as $ fiscally as possible and with the best attitudes. Everyone is really nice and super helpful. I don t love having car issues but I love Kartek for doing the repairs when I need them. The guys at Kartek do great, quality work! They replaced my AC condenser and radiator after I got in a car accident, and did great auto body work on my hood, fender and bumper as well! Car looks like new! Their prices were very reasonable for all the work done on my vehicle. Eric was very caring and all around amazing, keeping me in the loop the entire process via text check in.
