My experience here took four hours. The employees seemingly move in slow motion. The cashier needs to be retrained in customer service. He bordered on rude. I did the paperwork which has you give your approval signature l without giving you an initial copy. Our car sat for two hours without attention or explanation.Finally after the third hour the work began.The cashier asked do you want a wheel alignment? I had to ask if it was complimentary so the cashier chastises me for not seeing the sign. I got my car back with four new? tires with some kind of paste on the tires and the hubcaps. I will never come back to this business again. I will also tell everyone I know to do the same.

I had a nail in my tire. They were very busy but got me in and out very fast. They fixed the tire with the nail, balance all of my tires to the sensor. Inflated one tire that was low. When the temperature drop so does the air in your tires. They made sure all of the tires were properly inflated. On a busy afternoon, I was in and out in 30 minutes. As soon as one vehicle was completed and ready to pull out another vehicle pulled in for servicing. They also gave me a quote for replacing of all four tires when I m ready to replace my tires.

These guys did a great job with my truck. I came in on Saturday morning for four new tires and an alignment. My truck has never driven this well ever! I definitely recommend them!

I wonder; Why do they have to have someone so problematic in charge of the store? That person treats people badly, he looks at you up and down with contempt if you are young or a woman or depending on what race you look like... I had already noticed it some time ago when I put four new tires on my car, this time I came with my other car for a nail and this man's attitude sucks; I left there and went to the tire store further down the road and from the start they treated me very well, the tire was beyond repair, so I ended up changing my four tires for new ones without really caring about the price, for me the customer service customer is more important. Moral: improve your attitude and your prejudice if you really want to see profits

Decent place, nice group of employees that get the job done right the first time.Don't expect fast to be mixed in with right. They are.methodical and careful. Great to see in this age of fast and usually sloppy work.Here you can drive off with confidence.

I brought my car in here when I had a tire blow out about 2 months ago. The team was responsive, helpful and communicative. They didn't have the tire in stock, but could get it delivered in a few hours. Then later when trying to get my wheel off they discovered that the wheel lock key for the nut was missing. They were very patient back and forth with me trying to help me navigate the dealership and find a wheel lock key replacement. I believe the manager's name was Kareem and he was a pleasure to work with.

Avoid this place if possible. Slow from start to finish. They don't honor online appointments, it's first come first served. So I made sure I was the first car in today. All I needed was an oil change and it still took 2 hours! Staff was rude to several customers while I was waiting. The previous time I was here, they tried to secure the plastic cover under the engine with just one bolt. Had it scraping on the ground the next day. I brought it back and they fixed it but offered no apology and seemed mad that they got caught.

I got a flat tire on the freeway and brought my Tesla into the nearest tire shop to get worked on. They told me it would cost $380 and that it wouldn t be ready til the next day. (No problem)So I come to pick up my car the next day and as I m driving off the lot the car tells me to pull over immediately because the tire is flat. It was the same tire that was flat the day before They changed the wrong tire not sure how an entire professional team could miss a completely flat tire.So I turn it around to the same lot and then they tried to charge me over $500 to fix the same tire that THEY missed the first time. ????Anyway I would not recommend this place, you d be better off driving another .6 miles on your rims to the next tire shop down the road.

My experience was the worst-When I inquired about purchasing 4 tires the Rep asked how much I wanted to pay-When I said around $600His response was Oh, So you want the worse tires we have! No, I said I do not want the worse tires you have-I then asked if I could get a deal on an oil change since I am purchasing 4 new tiresHe said No-I noticed they had a chart with oil change options :$59.( special offer of $21)$89, $102 and $122He quoted $102 for oil change( he was unaware that I saw the chart with other options)I declined-They then told me a screw wasBroken inside lugnut -That s an additional $120 labor$20 for lugnut and screw-The total I paid was $727.20When I got home I looked overMy invoice only to see that the wrong size tires were installed-Should have beenP175/70R14Without asking me if it was okThey put on 185/65R14Had I been told this I would have declined and gone elsewhere-I should have done that anyway from the way he spoke to me-Now I don t know what to doI have zero faith in this placeAnd they have zero integrity!

Came in with a flat tire and no appointment. They got me in and got started right away. Still took about an hour but it wasn't just a tire swap, they repaired the tire (which was way cheaper than buying a new tire to replace my spare!). Everyone was friendly, a cheerful atmosphere in the place. Would recommend.

Alright this is nothing against the workers but the company -Needed tires and oil change, go on their site, add the cheapest tires and the "special" on an oil change to my cart, and then make an appointment with those items.... Have to take time off work to bring it in on a Friday, get there and I'm told "oh we dont have those tires in stock, the ones we have available are 2x higher but we could do those" NO F'ing way... Literally what is the point of being able to add tires that aren't in stock to your apt. So I say ok well maybe I'll just do the oil change and get the tires done once they are properly ordered... Oil change price is now$100 up from $21 which was marketed on their website. Important to note I also put in my car information into their website, so the oil change it recommended for my car was the $21, I don't know if this is some sleazy upsell tactics or what but I would 100% call before you bother trying to go in person so you know exactly the cost and don't get totally screwed.

The agent on the phone telling lies, his name Alin he told me to come at 8:00am and we get your uber inspection done before the crowds. Then when I came in they say no you need to drop off the car and come back at 12:00pm. Very Un honest people. They do not hold their word and I left without getting the job done.

These folks are Superheroes! I pulled over for a phone call on a Saturday morning in MDR and suddenly saw steam coming up from beneath my car!! AAA towed me here where the issue was quickly diagnosed and, after calling around to different stores to find the right part, I was back on the road by 6 pm. The day before Tropical Storm Hillary!! So happy I had reliable transportation (even though it didn t turn out to be more than significant rain). They made me feel like a VIP.

Went for air in tires. Unable to put air in my tires went inside asked for help Yes I was helped. Brought tires years ago they were expensive. Haven't purchased tires in years for tires. Feel their fairly expensive.

Horrible experience!Made 9am appt for oil change....THREE AND A HALF HOURS LATER.....My car was done! Raymond just shrugged his shoulders.Store manager Karim was rude & failed to respond to email regarding issues.Many other shops treat you so much better!

I went there for a flat This Technician FRANSISCO! Was awesome he patiently explained the extent of damage my tire had and in detail how the patch he put on would last the duration of my tire by molding it self to the tire. The technician was super careful with everything he did and provided great service.

I arrived here with a flat tire, but the waiting time has been absolutely ridiculous. I dropped off my car at 10 am, and astonishingly, I didn't leave until 4 pm six whole hours just to fix one tire! To make matters worse, there was only one person ahead of me in line. The staff hardly communicated with customers, and despite being told that the job would be done by 12 pm, I had to expect a long and frustrating wait.

My salesman, Abdelkarim, informed me that for the price of 78$, Just tires would change my oil, rotate my tires, and inspect my car, including the brakes and suspension. They kept the car overnight, which was fine, but when I came to pick up the car the next day, they had neither rotated my tires, nor inspected my vehicle besides the battery. I should not have even paid as I did not get what I was promised for the price. Instead of inspecting my vehicle, and possibly having work done there, I will instead never go back here, and I would recommend no one else go here either. They will lie right to your face. But their loss, lol.Oh and of course if there is any response to this review, it will be some anonymous person saying, I am sorry you had that experience. But they will do nothing to fix it. DO NOT waste your money here. Even a dealership is better, despite the upsell.

Had my tire patched for $35. No hassle.No appointment needed. Dropped off the car in the morning and they called me back in about an hour. I would say watch out for the long lines in the middle of the day.

Very weird vibes. I was told to get an oil change and only CHECK my back brakes to see if they needed to be replaced I needed to leave my car for hours and no estimate as to how long. The communication was very bad and they also advertised a deal online that the man told me I d have to personally email a screenshot of the email so that he could honor the discount even though I showed him in person I took my car and went to jiffy lube.

Just needed a simple tire fix to take a screw out of my tire and fix it. They said 1 hour wait because of 2 cars and 30 minutes to fix it. I never in my life have seen a place take 30 minutes to fix a simple flat. Didn't bother to even take a look at my tire to see if the repair would take 30 minutes or not. I feel bad for whoever owns this business because they lose money with service like that

They did a price match on a brand new run flat with no problem just had to show proof. They where fast and respectful. Didn't try extra services or to sell anything more than the replacement tire and offered insurance on the tire. Really great insurance actually. If for there again and in recommending then I'd your anywhere in the vicinity or you need tires and just want to take a ride.. Cheers !

The front desk was completely rude and dismissive!! The "manager" from the minute that he saw me and saw I was a woman completely disregarded me....very combative to all customers.. no people skills overall very bad experience.!

Alan was absolutely incredible. He was so personable, smart and kind. He knew so much about tired and presented me with all the best options. He didn t oversell and he made me feel super accommodated. Speechless, he is an incredible assets and should be recognized for his customer service. Andrew and Carly were at the front desk when I was checking out and had such warm personalities, they made me feel like I didn t want to leave! Huge applause to these people. Please acknowledge them!!!

Came in for 1 tire and there was 7 people in front of me. Told a couple hours...that's reasonable. Went to the mall for a few hours and came back 2h 45min later. Car hasn't moved. Standing in line behind an attractive customer who just came in and told her her car is next. I'm told my car will be next and it would be ready in like 30 mins. Went to the Big lots around the corner for another hour and came back. Car hasn't moved while the women that just got there, her car was lifted and being worked on. Asked my keys back and drove off. Wasted 3 - 3 1/2 hours of my day....Moral of the story is...if you want your tire fixed...show up in a tube top and tight spandex shorts...you'll be next in line for sure

Quick/friendly/quality service- mechanics, technicians, and staff are eager to support you, because I can tell they enjoy their jobs and helping out customers. What I like most about them is that they are transparent. They will compare and finalize your numbers, so that you know what your diagnosis is and what to expect for them to repair. There are never any concerns that I have with them. Really great people and place to go; I m glad I found them when I moved out here. Andrew and Omar are straight up the best I ve seen in their skill set.

Came to the store with a non car-related tire issue that because of the small size of my wheels required technical expertise and manually doing what their machines would do with a car wheel. This of course required time and energy- and management would have been justified in turning me away. Fortunately, management (Kareem) took the time to help me with my tire challenge and made my day because 2 other tire shops said no way! Quite refreshing to know that a corporate owned, publicly traded company has a mom-and-pop store mentality with helping people! And soon the time will come when my car will need new tires- and guess where I'll be coming back to?!
