I ve had just 2 cars in the last 28 years and have finally found a great repair shop. The entire staff at Import MotorWorx are professional, straightforward and truly excellent at what they do. Highly recommended!

Alvaro was super helpful with the repair, and also gave a good motorcycle shop rec. Good people, good service, and half the price that the Audi dealership was asking. Definitely coming back

I went in for an oil change for my 2013 Mini Cooper S and the staff is very welcoming and helpful!! The service consultants explained all the concerns with my vehicle in a way that I can understand. Much better than my experiences at dealerships! Import Motorworx is my only choice now!!

WOW !! these guys are the only ones that saved my 2019 Audi S5 when my Head Gasket blew out .Took it to DTLA Audi they could not fix it (actually missed diagnosed the car) told me I need a new engine $42k Yikes !! . A friend told me about Import Motor Worx they work on BMW, AUDI and MINI. I brought my car there talk to Brandon the owner about the situation. He said lets pull the heads and check it out. Brandon and his team of technicians did just that. He said the bottom end of the engine looks good. We will get the heads machined and rebuild the whole top end motor. Not an easy job on an S5... Remember the dealer could not even do it !! I got my car back last week and the car runs AWESOME. I know a lot about car . And I can tell you these Guys ARE THE REAL DEAL !!! . I am impressed with your detailed work inspection breakdown and supported with photos of my car considering that it was not an import was treated equally. Various dealerships that I have dealt with, were no match to these details. Thank you Import Motorworks, Lawndale for taking a good inspection of my car, will certainly bring my car back again.

Brought my Volvo in for an inspection and repair. Clerk Alvaro told me inspection is free but any additional diagnostics would be a charge but I would be contacted for approval. Received an estimate back that was slightly above average, called into get them to bring the price down and he told me I have to pay an additional diagnostic fee that I never approved. Shady. Never once apologized and continued insisting I was lying after I said I want my car back.

I decided to come here to service my Mercedes because of the great reviews. Well I will say they didn't disappoint. Fast service, friendly and super helpful. I drop my car and was going to get surgery they asked about my well being as well as helping me out until I was able to pick car up. Definitely will be returning for any and all services. I will not take my baby anywhere else but Import MotorWorx! They are honest and they know MINIs inside and out! I know we are in good hands with them. My MINI is over 20 years old and they keep me going! It was easy to call and get an estimate for the work I needed to get done. The shop looked clean and organized. My only grip is that they insisted on running a diagnostics test when I already knew what the issue was. When I refused, they said they would not guarantee the work. This was disappointing.

This place is awesome. I scheduled a pre-purchase inspection with them on a $70k+ M3, and they exceeded my expectations! First off...they pick up the phone quick every time I call which matters and they scheduled me within a day of my call. Their web platform for inspection results was easy as hell to navigate and understand. Pricing was also better than 2 other places I checked with. I dont say this often but I highly reccomend them, especially if you need an accurate multipoint inspection.

5 star service. I ve been taking my Porsche Macan into the dealership for service and needed immediate service which the dealership wasn t able to offer. They got me in immediately, were very nice and very detailed. Car is running better then ever

Love the people at the front desk, and of course the people who maintain my car. I have a 2016 Mini and they have taken great care of it! What really makes me trust them as 2 times over 2 years they communicated that the dealer would be cheaper or only option for two repairs: 1 sun roof repair and also an engine intake value which was still under warrenty in CA. Lastly, they also worked with me on picking up car as we live a bit far. Thank you!Service: Engine repair

Had a great experience with Import MotorWorx. Recently got my brake pads replaced. Even when I heard some squeaking a few months later, Import MotorWorx happily took a look at it, took it on a test drive and diagnosed it at no additional charge. Will definitely be going back if I need anything done on car.

Import Motorworx works very quickly and provides excellent service. Highly recommend!!!!! I would refer anyone here. From the initial phone call, I knew I would be taken care of. I never felt rushed, I was never confused about what was going on and the staff was amazing. They made EVERYTHING easy and that s important to me because I don t know much about cars. I found Brandon and his team by luck and boy I m glad I did. I was looking for a second opinion on suggested repairs by a local mini dealer. Brandon and his team evaluated my mini and saved me over $6k in repairs. His team are cordial and professional and I trust their opinion and work. I ll now only get any service and repairs done by this team.

The folks here are friendly, knowledgeable and fair. They take the time to explain the needed repairs and will help you prioritize which repairs are most urgent. I ve referred two coworkers here because I trust the management.

My experience was the best I could have possibly asked for. Brandon was extremely helpful, honest and friendly. I have a Mercedes and it was extremely expensive to get my Service B done at the dealership so I chose this service center and I couldn t have been more satisfied with the service! Well done and I will be coming back!

This is the second time I've come to the shop to service my car and they have been really awesome about pointing out what I actually need to do for sure versus what can wait to help with the cost. They took great care of me, there is a beautiful husky / Shepherd doggy for me to pet and shower with love, and my car works wonderfully now at reasonable pricing. What more can you ask for?

I take my mini Cooper here. Some of the guys here drive mini s, so they know exactly what they are looking for and what is going on with the vehicle. They are always looking out for your best interest. They have never over promised like other shops have my estimates have breakdowns complete with photos of the work they ve done and what they have inspected. It s great to go to a shop that is looking out for the customer. I took a mini in recently that had more going on with it than it was worth. They were straightforward and honest. We can fix it at this cost, but it is best to cut your losses. They gave us all the options and their opinions as not just mechanics but mini owners and enthusiasts as well.Service: General repairs & maintenance
