I had a terrible experience with Culver City Volvo s service department. I ordered a new key for my car and they made a mistake with the programming so that my original key stopped working. I had to go back to the shop and waste another day to get it fixed. The service department was not very helpful or friendly. They did not admit their error or apologize for the inconvenience. They also questioned my honesty and did not listen to my feedback. I was not happy with their service and attitude. I do not think this dealer values their customers time and money. They need to improve their customer service and quality of work.Service: Auto maintenance

I've been to Culver City Volvo a few times now. The staff is friendly, helpful and fast. I am also happy with their communication. Let me tell you a story. I have an old girl, a 2000 Volvo V70 cross country. She is the one temperamental person. No one could figure out what was wrong with my car until I went to see David at service at Culver City Volvo. He and Rudy solve the problem! I highly recommend them for any of your Volvos especially ones needing special attention...

Little pricey because it s a dealership and location but very nice people and was able to get all my issues sorted out in a timely manner.

Clean rest rooms. Hint-when ever you need to go to a clean rest room, go to a nice car dealership
