Jonathan Rodriguez took excellent care of my car. He was courteous and did everything I asked for. He kept in contact with updates on what my car needed and when it would be ready. He set me up with a nice loaner car. He gave me a loyalty discount. All the work done on my car was very good. My car runs smoothly now.

The Culver City Mazda staff are awesome. Starting with concierge, receptionist , front desk and specially my advisor Miguel Champaigne ! He is really nice and professional. He works with you to give you choices and the best service possible that works for you as a customer.The work is 100% guarantee. If they miss anything they will take care of your issues right away.The staff really make you feel at home. I started working with the shop in 2020 with my first lease. I purchased my vehicle last year and continue working with them .I needed a vehicle this weekend while they worked on my car and Miguel made it happened.Thank you for your service!

Got my 2016 cx5 serviced here about a month ago. Richard and his team took great care of my car as well as me and made extra sure I was updated on everything. Very honest about the urgency of some repairs versus others and definitely didn t make me feel like I had to fix everything in one go. Makes me want to buy every future car from Culver City Mazda. Thanks to everyone who helped me!

I traded in my old lease for a new one. This was my fourth time at Culver City Mazda and once again, I'm quite happy with the results. The process was easy and they gave me a good deal. Both Arlene and Tony were really helpful and they put me in the car I wanted. Overall, a really good experience.

Richard Tran of the Services Department was amazing. He went above and beyond, helping me understand the situation my car was in, providing excellent updates and helpful insights on how to navigate my situation. He is a beacon of how great customer service can be and is a major reason on as to why this service center is the best. Kudos to Rich for a wonderful job and so for the repair section who did an amazing job fixing my car. Thank you

I had a great experience at Culver City Mazda for my service appointment. Everything went smoothly and I really liked the video footage they provide of the inspection as well. Miguel was extremely professional and made the whole process quick and seamless. My car was finished in under two hours and I received thorough communication around the status of my vehicle. Second time having my car serviced there and it was pretty good. John was the best, so shoutout to him! Really liked that they sent me videos of them working on my car. I got a nail in my tire and went in without an appointment. Not only was my tire fixed the same day, but John walked me through every step and the recorded videos are so helpful. I have been dealing with Culver City Mazda since 2020. When I purchased my 2020 Mazda X30. I have nothing put extra things to say about the Service Department. I did lease my car for 36 months thereafter I purchased the car. I spoke to one of the Credit Representative he told meI had to deal with Chase Bank directly. He was no help at all as I had been dealing with them for eight years.My previous car was a Mazda the men's that I did deal with are no longer there. As I was stating my dealing was horrible with the representative there at Culver City he told me I had to deal directly too Chase Bank. As I was transferring a lease car into purchasing the car this happened in March, 2023.The lease was up in April, 2023 it was a totally disaster.I was disappointed with his service. No help at all!! I would recommend that the Credit needs training on Leases and Purchasing Transfers. Very upset!!Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

The visit was friendly, professional, beneficial, And successful. Jonathan was very patient. He returned my calls and texts and went the extra mile to show me that my coolant container was full and added a little for comfort measures. ThatIs the epitome of outstanding service in representing Mazda and his own values. These acts of exceptional customer service, returning a phone call and texts throughout the day, meeting the customer and going over his concerns at the end of his shift, with kindness and patients is rare these days. Even adding a little extra cool before clocking out. This in any field is the Apex of top-notch customer service.You see, I was scheduled to see him two days later, but because I was able to get off work earlier and rush over on the freeway, just before closing, he still helped me out.I ve been served by the others who are very professional, but Jonathan is the gold standard, he just doesn't know it. You should tell him and reward him.He should be acknowledged for this. I rate him as a five star employee for Mazda. He is wise, knowledgeable, humbled, mature and sincere.Service: Auto maintenance

The employee who helped me, John, was lovely. He was helpful, kind, honest and patient. However, I did not go through with the service I needed because the estimated cost was 3x all the other estimates I had - simply to diagnose the problem. It was exorbitant for a safety issue that should have been covered under warranty (I was a year out of warranty). Thankful for John to break the news to me gently and understand when I voiced my frustration/ that I would be bringing my car elsewhere.

Been going here for the past year. Always excellent service!
