I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the car I purchased from your dealership 3 months ago. The car, Mazda CX50 2023, has been giving me trouble the week after I drove it off the lot. The car does not turn on reliably and often displays a low battery warning, Safety and driver support system partially disabled among other codes, I've been using a jump starter even after being fully charged. This is unacceptable for a brand new car that cost me over $42,000.I have contacted your customer service department several times and they told me to bring the car in for inspection, but they did not offer me a loaner car or a refund. I've been having battery issues and not able to turn on the engine in the morning after leaving the car off for more than 8 hours which is absurd. The battery and engine are a vital part of the car.I am very disappointed with the quality of the car and the service I received from your dealership. I feel like I have been cheated and misled by your false advertising and promises. I hope that you either replace the car with a fully functional one or refund my money in full. I also expect an apology and an explanation for this situation. If you do not resolve this issue to my satisfaction, I will take legal action and report you to the Better Business Bureau for selling Lemon Cars.I hope to hear from you soon and have this matter resolved.

We just picked up our new 2024 CX5 and are extremely satisfied with the entire process. A big thank you to Tony for giving us an incredible deal, Roman in the finance department for making the process easy and transparent without pressuring us into an extended warranty, Bryant for patiently and helpfully showing us around, and Arlene for warmly welcoming us with exceptional hospitality. This experience has truly been fantastic!

I came in to look at the CX-50, and I had the good fortune to be helped by Skyler. I was dreading the car buying experience, but Skyler made the process much easier and more pleasant than I expected. I went home with a beautiful car at a reasonable price. I would go back to Culver City Mazda.

I m not sure where to begin. First walking into this establishment Kylon (hope I spelled her name correctly) was awesome. I was late for my appointment due to traffic. She s very welcoming attentive and professional. I have to thank you for being you. Especially listening to my story about my previous vehicle.Now to the folks that made it happen. I came in pre approved thru Navy Federal and I ve already test drove the vehicle while looking at Browning Mazda in Cerritos. All I can say is shop around before making a final decision. I got the same vehicle for 2k less than the competitor and less miles although both are 2024 vehicles.Tony emailed me with a quote for the vehicle I wanted. Just as one would imagine when you go in they try to up sale this and that. Well, the price was exactly what Tony said it would be. Arlene was great. I think they need to pair women sales women with women and not having men assist women only because women understands each other lol. Any who Arlene took care of all my questions and wants except the color of the vehicle. They no longer had the color I wanted but she immediately offered to look up what they had in transit. Due her being so nice and understanding I went with the color that was available. Thank you Arlene your kindness made me a customer for life.Oh yea I can t forget about the man Victor! Now he knows how to explain gadgets in girly terms lol. If you are anything like me and don t use half the features your vehicle offers get you a Victor that explains everything in a way to where you start questioning yourself as to why haven t I used this before?Ramon the finance guy. He was so smooth with everything. He didn t try to convince me to purchase additional things that I may or may not ever use. He was straight forward and straight to the point. This team here is where I need to be for all my vehicle needs.Culver City Mazda should be ecstatic to have a great team on their hands from the receptionist to the finance department. It was an easy process and I know I ll be back.

I had a great experience buying a MX-5 Miata from Michael. We arranged details over email, I flew down from SFO, spent about an hour there, and drove back during the day. They could tell I was just interested in the vehicle, and they did not try to sell me anything else.Much better than many of the SF Bay Area dealerships I've dealt with. Thank you Michael!

Wow wow wow! I have been a Mazda customer since day one (every car I've ever owned), and my experience with Tony, Arlene, and Kervin at Culver City Mazda was a perfect reminder why I keep choosing Mazda over and over again. When I first moved to California over two years ago, Tony and Arlene helped me get a great lease deal super quickly so I had the means to get around this new city. This past weekend, I was ready to trade that car in for something new, and they went above and beyond.Arlene specifically spearheaded the process. She's an excellent communicator, really 'heard' what I was looking for and what I needed in my next car, and she made it happen. Huge thanks to her for coming up with a deal like no other and earning my business once again! The process was so smooth and efficient; they made the somewhat daunting task of turning in a car and signing a new lease so easy and stress free (truly, I was in and out in less than an hour!) Kervin was super helpful in answering questions about the new vehicle and helping me re-set up my app.Nothing but amazing things to say about the Culver City Mazda team. And I have to give a special shout out to Arlene - she is a master at client care and I felt so much trust that she was doing everything to get me exactly what I wanted and more. We were going to buy a car at this dealership on credit. We were promised the terms we wanted. In the end, we received a hard inquiry and a reduction in our credit score. And in the end were offered completely different terms, which we said in advance - that they were not suitable. But that's not the main problem. The problem is that I really regretted that I left them my personal data to check for pre-approval of the loan, because now I have been receiving daily notifications for several days that someone is trying to apply for a loan on my behalf (different banks) ... and the data I left only in this dealership center manager Hassan. We will never come back here again! Be careful

Fantastic service and purchase process from Erick, Arlene and Bryant. I've walked out of so many dealers. I wasn't even trying to buy I just wanted to look. The greatest test drive I ever had was here are the keys and go. And then in under 3 hours it was mine. 10/10 recommend

Service department review:Miguel checked me in and communicated superbly w/me throughout the waiting process. He is fantastic and a step ahead every time.Great experience w/ his service!! Thank you Miguel, 5/5 stars is because of YOU.Making the appointment was easily done online. Booked the soonest one and it was about 1.5-2 weeks out.Got a text from Culver Mazda about 18 hours before my appointment asking for my VIN, saying it's required before the appointment, otherwise they'll cancel. I thought that was interesting.. why didn't they ask online while booking, or reach me a week before?? But luckily I saw the text and responded immediately.. so everything went smoothly.I'll be back here for service, as opposed to the other, further Mazda dealership where I've been going for years now.

I ve had my car serviced at this Mazda location twice and each time has been great. They re fast, nice and detail oriented. They even will happily get you Lyft around the area while you wait. The receptionist is very sweet and Miguel is the best, very knowledgeable and a real professional.

I highly recommend not getting your car serviced here - not only do they quote really high prices for all repairs, but the repairs are not of sufficient quality. I had the battery replaced in my CX-5 here about a year ago and it s already in need of replacing again. I suspect they used an old or even used battery with inferior quality. When speaking with another mechanic, they mentioned that a high quality battery should last 3-4 years.

I am writing to express my disappointment.. My car came back from the inspection soaked in water with puddles and I had to spend hours drying it.. It was disappointing that the guy driving it back did not say anything when he drove it to me for pickup. I'm also surprised this was not caught in the inspection. I couldn't even get a refund for the appointment. Instead, I was told that I would need to pay an additional $205 for a diagnostic... I'm not happy with the level of service received and it will be my last time coming back.

These guys are amazing! Rich was super helpful throughout the whole process. He offered a Lyft when I dropped my car off and a courtesy vehicle while my car was in the shop. Their multipoint inspections are very thorough and comprehensive. I appreciate that I received a printed list of all the findings form the diagnostics. I even got a complimentary car wash when I got my car back. I definitely recommend taking your Mazda to these guys. They're top notch.

My experience at Culver City Mazda was of the highest expectations. Receptionist Catalin amazed from the time I arrived at the dealership I felt welcomed and was attended to immediately. Tony, Arlene was my sales representative. He was very professional and thorough. He did not have a pressured sales approach, rather was focused on my needs and motivation for this vehicle. We found the vehicle that met all of my requirements and test drove it without any delay. Julio (finance) Paperwork was minimal, signing process easy. Victor spent time with me showing all the features on my CX30.I highly recommend anyone in the market for a new Mazda to visit Culver City Mazda!Thank you once again Catalin,Tony,Arlene,Julio,Victor!.

Good service until you actually have problem with your car and the service becomes terrible. My appointment was planned since 2 weeks. Drop my car at 10am and I was supposed to pick it up approximately at 5pm (which is already long for a service check up). Nobody called me until I called them at 5:30pm. They put me 25 on hold after telling me that they didn t fix the car because they had not enough time to test it. I asked them for a ride home but they prefer that I pick up the car now and bring it back another time as this I have only this to do in my life. So cheap, so bad service.Ps: check pictures to see how I picked my car at 6:30pm. Service have been done . What a joke!

Getting my CX-30 serviced here was a great experience. They arranged rideshare free of charge so I could get to and back from work while they did their thing. Everything went smooth. I like the videos they send you of the different aspects of the inspection. I did just a routine checkup with oil change and they didn't try to sell anything else, which I appreciate. The price was good too. Thanks Jonathan, and team, who made something that usually is not a pleasant experience to a very smooth one. Got a complimentary car wash too! Will definitely come back and get my next service here.

Buckle up for a short recap!Short version: 6+hrs for a basic oil change.Medium version: John C. Was very kind and accommodating, but it began with my wait for 4.5 hrs at the dealership and car was still not completed. I then left and came back 1.5 hrs later after receiving a message saying the service was complete, and my car was STILL NOT READY! I have a dash cam and reviewed the footage it appears my car was sitting unattended for HOURS! There were some other things too but I'm sticking to the service for now haha...to keep it a medium story, once I arrived I then paid and waited another 17 mins to receive my vehicle. Mind you all other cars are coming out as well sparking, washed, etc. They bring out my car and it wasn't washed or anything. Why did I wait the additional time for no extra service? I was told there was a bit of a back up but then if car wash/rinse is part of the service/presentation shouldn't I receive it too? I watched about 8-10 vehicles come out before mine ALLLLL washed. Why was mine the only one? Plus why did it take 6+ hours to do an oil change? I am not sure what's going on in the service department, but Def need some revisiting on processes or assistance to get things in order because today was WILD!!! John and all the other staff were great it's just this processes isn't working. If you've got an entire day and then some please come here but if not...definitely might need to look elsewhere.

Purchased my new MX 5 Miata from Culver City through Maria Alerta in June. The vehicle arrived with over $5000 in damage which Culver City refused to address. Phone calls and emails to Maria went unanswered until the manager became involved. The result is my having to spend hours arranging for the repairs with their insurer who stated Culver City was responsible for addressing the issues. I m disappointed Culver City refused to be helpful in the repair process nor acknowledge their responsibility in selling a damaged car as brand new.As can be seen in the response below this dealer accepts no responsibility in after sale service. When the dealer arranges the shipping the dealer is responsible for any damages during shipping. They have no interest in helping their customers with follow up after a sale. I paid for a brand new car and what was delivered to me was a car with considerable damage and Culver City Mazda s response is we ve got our money . I have not received one follow up call from Culver City on this situation. It s appalling that a dealer would attempt to sell a damaged car as new.

I just got oil changed there, and Rich told me had few things need replace, I told him I want go ask another place first. And my car was WET (they wash it but not dry it, they said, when u drive, car will get dry out. Of course, whole car had water spot) They should told me before they do it. I will tell them don t do it.Let s talked about services charge now.Replace Item: South Bay vs Culver CityRear brake pads : $299 vs $349Engine air filter : $26 vs $90( just like change light , u can do it yourself, south offer free install if you bring engine air filter)Transmission fluid: (South Bay) don t need replace whole car lifetime, because mine is CX-5 SKY model.(Culver City) need replace it.my car was purchased in Culver City Mazda and they had my car whole records, my car body had SKY on it (even I still don t understand what s that mean??) anyhow, I wonder because I am women or do they know about their car models?? Or They just want add more things want u pay for it I just went South Bay Mazda this morning and replaced things I need. Save few hundreds. OMG, I LOVE this car, its better than the used car I purchased.After a week in the body shop, my baby looks just like NEW car... SUPER happy about it.Just want to share my happy experience and GREAT deal on Culver City Mazda, they have Wonderful term here, everyone super helpful. I been many dealer and few Mazda dealer;, only Culver city Mazda are truly helpful and very straight forward, and they did not waste my time.Car shopping is pain on your brain, body and its kills the time you can do something that is a lot of fun.Was in car shopping online for 3 weekdays and 3 weekends, visit those " Good " deal online on real dealer,I was looking for Rav4, CRV and CX5, Rav4 mpg is lower and price is higher than other 2, CRV is nice but interior material is ok, after drove CX-5, LOVE it!� MPG is same with CRV, but interior material is way better than CRV, and if you to " SPEED UP" ( very smooth speed up on Fwy and climb), CX-5�Grand Touring�will be your best option, so FUN to drive and roomy.
