Shout out to Eddy Ramos who sold me a new Chevy Trax RS2 today. I came here not sure if I was going to buy today, especially since they didn t have this particular model in the color I initially wanted, but wow him and his team were exceptionally helpful, attentive, and flexible with offering me this quality Fountain Blue compact SUV at a price I couldn t refuse. No regrets as I m realizing the Fountain Blue color is coooool.

I m back!! Time for me to have my vehicle serviced. I had an awesome experience here. Jesus was my service advisor and I tell you, he saved my pockets. He gave me options and recommendations on the servicing of my vehicle. I was told it was going to take about four hours to complete the service on my vehicle, but it took only two and half hours. The cashiers were welcoming and fast at getting me in and out. This dealership is clean and courteous to their customer. I like the waiting area. There is an area to plug in your mobile devices. So if f you need to continue working while servicing your vehicle. You are able to do that here. I will recommend this dealership to my family and friends. See ya on my next visit.

I had an amazing experience at this dealer! I called and spoke with Chris M. Being an out of state buyer has made buying a car very difficult but Chris was very receptive and willing to help me out in any way possible. He explained everything thoroughly and took the time to send me additional photos! When I arrived he greeted me at the door with a smile and a hand shake. He had the vehicle parked out front waiting for me. The gentlemen George over in finance was also very nice and patient in explaining all of the documents being signed. I wish this dealer was local to me but after this I would definitely make the 5 hour drive again. Thank you all

I came to Chevy Culver City to sign my second lease!! I had the pleasure of working with Fabian who was kind and patient with me the whole time! I could tell he was genuine and honest about getting me a good deal. I truly enjoyed my experience working with him. Fabian worked out one hell of a deal for me and I left happy with my new car. Definitely would recommend anyone coming to this dealership to ask for Fabian! :)

Eddie Ramos was very diligent about getting me into the store. I went in hopping to get my self into a brand new Chevy bolt EUV, I don t have the most perfect credit nor a lot of $$ at hand but that was no deterrence for Mr Ramos. At first it was a very daunting process and I ended up walking out without buying a car. Mr Ramos did not give up on me and was very polite when calling me back in, once in the store I was helped by Edgar (Mr Ramos associate) the process was smooth, and I am now the happy future owner of an EV Bolt. I don t know what the future of car buying is! I sure do hope these folks are still around to help us with future motoring needs!

My experience at Culver City Chevy dealership was nothing short of amazing. My salesman Carlos Vallejo was the absolute best and easy to work with. Carlos was very friendly, honest and not the usual pushy sales man. I truly enjoyed my experience working with him during my time at the dealership. Carlos worked out one hell of a deal for me and I left happy with my new car. Anyone reading this review I would definitely highly recommend this place. 10/10 recommend Eddy, the first honest car salesman I've ever met. Not a single attempt to haggle or increase the price of anything. The price that we were told over the phone is exactly what we walked out paying, with no contest. We bought a car from a different dealer 6 months ago and they had us waiting for 6 hours total. I would recommend Eddy to anyone I know buying a car!

I am not a fan of car dealerships, having had more than one bad experience in my life, and I am the last person on the planet to leave a review, good or bad. However, I had such a pleasant experience from top to bottom at Culver City Chevrolet that I am actually going to take the time to do one. Starting with the Sales Manager, Dave, to my salesman, Eddy, to the finance guy, George, I could not be more happy with the service or my results.Dave especially went above and beyond what any Sales Manager can be expected to do, making a fantastic deal with me in 5 minutes over the phone before I even showed up at the dealership, then honoring that deal, then even bettering the deal when there was a misunderstanding on my part. Not his mistake ..mine, and yet he still made it his responsibility to fix.When it comes time to buy another Chevy, I hope these three individuals are still there because if they are, this is the ONLY place I will buy it from.

3 days agoI went to GM Chevrolet, in Culver City. To get my car diagnosed and serviced. The service advisor, Miguel Padilla, was friendly, efficient, and answered my questions with ease. I received calls from Miguel, updating me about my car. To my surprise, I received a text that my car was ready for pick up within the time frame that was mentioned. Much thanks to Miguel Padilla and the car service team for their efficient and expedited service. I truly appreciate their service.

We purchased a used car from Culver City Chevrolet without ever setting foot into the dealership. The sales rep that assisted us with the purchase was Ronny. After initial contact, we asked for pictures and a video of the car, which Ronny got to us within minutes. After we decided to purchase the car, it took two days to get us the sales contract. I think they re short staffed or something. However, Ronny was communicative throughout the process. After submitting payment, Ronny arranged for shipping of the vehicle to us in Northern California. We received the car just one day after it was picked up from the dealership. The car arrived in excellent condition. This whole process went smoothly. I think Ronny did a great job putting all the pieces together. We love our new car and would highly recommend Culver City Chevrolet to anyone.

George, the Finance Consultant, David, the Sales Manager and Aria, the Sales Consultant were all extremely professional, ensuring I was comfortable with the pricing. We went into the dealership not exactly sure about what we were looking for but we knew we needed a new car. Fabian was courteous, patient and thoroughly knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect car for us. Fabian is also bilingual which was very helpful for my Spanish speaking father. We walked out that day being the owners of a beautiful Chevrolet Trailblazer. We are elated with both the car and the incredible service we received by Fabian and the entire staff.

I have been coming to this dealership for my services on my Silverado for some time now and have always been satisfied with the services and how efficient they are with getting me in and out in a timely matter. This visit was by far the worst I have experience. When I called to schedule my service I mentioned I had received a coupon from another Chevy dealership but wanted to go to Culver City and she said no worries I ll send you the coupon we have for your vehicle in a text. I also asked to have the same service advisor I have been seeing since going there and they mentioned he no longer worked there so they asked if I had someone else in mind and I said I had spoken with Miguel previously she said ok. I received the confirmation text and the following day I went in at noon. When I got there Laura ended up my service advisor and was very rude when I mentioned the coupon and said there s nothing she can do and if I wanted to use the coupon that Felix sent me then I should go there. I repeated to her that when I schedule the service the lady had texted me the link for the coupon I can use and I showed her. She kept saying this would not work for my vehicle and there s nothing she can do and she could only do the tire rotation at a discount. I ended up saying okay and left with my daughter to have lunch. I returned around 1:20pm, that was about a little over an hour. I asked for an update on my truck she said about another 45 mins because the employees were having a appreciation day and they brought them food. I was like you should ve told me, I have to go pick up my children at 2pm. I have never had to wait for so long and just the lack of communication and Laura being frustrated and saying she can t do nothing when she could have mentioned the estimated wait time and I could ve decided to either wait or leave and reschedule. I really had high hopes for this dealership for my future services. I would have to keep this in mind for the future. As of now I wouldn t recommend it to any friends or family. I ended up leaving the shop at 2:20pm and was super late for my kids pick up. I do want to mention that the gentleman pulling the vehicle in when they are dropped off for service was very kind and concerned that I was still waiting and he said he would go get me an update on my truck. He came back and said they re working on it and it ll be out in 20mins.

I am in a different City than home and my tailpipe was being tore off my car (probably for my Cadillac Converter?) And I had to take it in to be repaired!As Jesus checked the car out and looked up my warranty ( yep it didn't cover it) he gave me the facts and did all he could to help me stay calm and show me what had happened and how it could be fixed! He was amazing and I highly recommend seeing him. He saw my front tired where NOT SAFE at all and rotated them for me! And on the way they a stray soda got punctured with a pair of loose scissors ( I have no answer for that one) but he asked my mechanic to wash the back mats off for me and got it cleaned up! Plus+plus to this Dealership, Jesus is amazing!!!!.... And if You buy a car from them look at the benefits You get! Wish we where closer for next vehicle! Thank You again! So appreciated the care I recieved!

Service Advisor Laura Capps did an excellent job during my experience at Culver City Chevrolet. She was communicative and available and made things happen, which I truly appreciated. I am not from the area and my car was towed in after hours. Given that I was trying to not to stay at a hotel any longer than I planned, she worked with the service technicians to get me back in the road in no time! She did it all in a friendly and honest way, which made the experience a positive one. Thank you to Laura and Culver City Chevrolet.

Oil change went fine but my car is less than a year old (and under warranty). The dash odometer has been showing a programming in progress status for 2 months. I asked the service about getting it looked at and they said it would take 3-5 days for them to get to it (and I d have to leave the car). Despite one of the promotions when I bought it saying I d get a free loaner car for service drop offs, the service dept said I wouldn t be able to get a loaner until the problem is diagnosed (after 3-5days). This is just a big inconvenience. If that s the case call me when you want me to bring the car in, don t have it sitting there for 3-5 days.Update (2/4/24) per your request, I tried to call the number you provided and left multiple voicemails over a 2 week period. Still waiting for a call back.Update (2/25/24)...Melissa was very helpful in reaching out to the service department to get the issue fixed. She coordinated with Jordan and set up a date for me to bring in my car and receive a loaner. CC Chevrolet fixed the issue and I got my car back in two days. I am going to update my review to 4 stars. If it wasn't for the initial service dept correspondence, I'd give them 5). Thanks Melissa and Jordan.
