I m so happy I was referred to this place years ago. The mechanics here are very kind and great at what they do. They have never turned me away even when they are really busy.

My husband introduced me to Cal's Auto Center and he has had excellent service with Cal's over the last 25 years with all his vehicles. Claudio performed a very thorough 20000 mile maintenance service on my 2017 Toyota Corolla. They are very polite, positive, honest, and reasonably priced. It is much easier to go to Cal's than my dealer which is far away and takes so much planning!! I will be going back!!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto maintenance, Oil change

I promise you, this is the only mechanic in Los Angeles city/Los Angeles County/Los Angeles metroplex that you should bring you vehicles to... Cal is very honest and has an experienced. ASE Certified team of mechanics on hand daily, who I always see every time I come no matter how many months go by. The shop is honest from the back end to the front. Cal is outstanding. His honesty isn't the only reason we keep bringing our vehicles here. The prices always seem fair, They have a trusted team of technicians, Work is done reasonably quick, and they have a Great location. I moved pretty far away and still travel to get work done here. I know things will get done right the first time. And when my car is on its last leg, he'll tell me fixing anything is no longer worth it. He'd rather turn you away than see you come back next month with a new issue. I respect that.

I love Cal. He does amazing work every time. He goes above and beyond and he always saves me money. I tell everyone to go there and they're always satisfied. They take care of your car and they take care of you. I just love Cal.

The most honest auto spot in West LA.Took my car to 3 other west la places for some ac issues. Every place quoted me hundreds for a new compressor. Went to Cal s and not only did he tell me my compressor was fine, but also fixed the fuse that was actually causing the problem in under 5 minutes and didn t even charge me!Needless to say we ve been using him for everything since and have always gotten very honest fair pricing and great service. We ve recommended many friends there too over the years and they also continue to speak higher of Cal s.

Had been recommended by some friends. Was told over the phone price to fix my AC would be $200 including tax. Showed up and was charged $233.88 .I asked for them to do $200 as I had been told, but they wouldn t budge.

Cal's Auto has been my only mechanic for 3 years. Cal and his team are knowledgeable and responsive. Their pricing is fair. They stand behind their work. Nice to have a trusted mechanic.

CAL'S AUTO CENTER IS THE BEST!!! They are the most trustworthy mechanics I've ever encountered. The mechanics at Cal's are very clear, honest and straightforward in explaining the issues with the car. They did a great job changing my car (2006 Nissan xterra) brakes pads and also couple of days ago i went for some oil leakage they fixed it, after that i felt a big difference while i am driving, so smooth. Car maintenance can be a drag for someone like me, but when you can trust that your mechanic has your best interests in mind you don't mind taking your car for regular service.There prices are very reasonable. Before finding them I had some pretty awful experiences with random mechanics around LA. Highly recommended:-) This is my first google review.

I remember once I had to come in for a second visit to replace a sensor that they tried to fix the first time. Cal removed the previous charge since it didn't end up working. Can you believe that!? That's so awesome. No other mechanic would ever do that voluntarily.I wholly agree with many comments that Cal's is one of the few auto shops that has integrity. This is huge for mechanics where every experience I've had feels like I'm getting screwed and oversold at every turn.I so hope that he benefits from this practice and that other mechanics would do the same.

Wow. My experience with Cal's Auto Center was beyond expectations! Fast, friendly and affordable. Cal is very helpful, friendly, composed and definitely a man of his word . My car's issues turned into more than expected and took signnificantly more time to complete but Cal and his team completed the work as per original quote which I am very thankful for . Cal also organized a car rental for me while my car was in repair...The cozy office has free wifi, tv, coffee and a super comfy couch to make the waiting as enjoyable as possible...i almost felt like I was home The location is perfect and has an easy access from busy intersection of Sepulveda and Washington. Another important factor that I have noticed, is that there were many women who were dropping of their cars. They, like myself now have trust in Cal's service and in not being ripped off like it is almost always the case So, if you are looking for a women friendly car service in Los Angeles, Cal is the man :-)

Cal is awesome! One of the very auto repair shops in L.A. with integrity and honesty. Cal is a decent man and you can be sure he will give you an honest deal. No tricks, no surprises.

Seems like this place is wellLiked so I was surprised when they said they performed an alignment on myGirls car, but it is obvious that they did not. Now she has to call, take it back, waste time, money, gas, time, energy, etc. just for them to do what they said they already did. It's such a bummer that people don't do what they say and try to "pull the wool" over people's eyes that don't know any better. There is nothing worse than taking advantage of the people's trust. It's the lowest of the low.

Diagnosed the car incorrectly, put cheap Chinese material and charged original factory, made the problem worst after $900!!! Cal is the perfect FRONT man for this place. AVOID at all cost!!!

Needed a headlight replaced. They were done within a half an hour. Guy at front desk was very nice as well as 2 others I spoke to on the phone. A+.
