This place is the best! I came here back in 2009 after getting rear ended and they did a great job. I still have the truck and the paint on the bumper looks better than the factory paint on the other panels right next to it. I'm writing this review now because I recently got in an accident and decided to go back to them. I got hit on the side near the gas tank on a different car. The repairs ended up totalling out the car but what really impressed me about this shop was that my insurance company only offered to pay storage fees for part of the time my vehicle was going to be with them and wanted the shop to pass the remaining charges onto me! Well, I got a call from Miguel, who said he'd spoken with the production manager and they didn't feel that was right to charge me and so they waived any additional fees that my insurance didn't cover. They said they saw I had been there before and they wanted to continue to provide the same excellent service they had over 10 years ago. I was shocked that a smaller business was more willing to eat the cost to take care of a customer than a multi-million dollar insurance company. These guys are special and I hope they don't ever relocate or go out of business because even though I wouldn't want to need body work on my cars I am definitely happy to know I can rely on Beverly Hills Auto Body in Culver City.

I brought my car in to fix the bumper. It took close to 3 months to repair which I understand. Tell me why when i went and picked up the car it wasn't properly fixed? they then had to take the car back because signals on the dashboard like engine etc. were flashing and the car wasn't driving properly. Like all I came for was a bumper fix. On top of that my air conditioner wasn't working when I got it back, in which they tried to say it wasn't working prior. They were trying to charge me to fix it. Luckily for me, I had my receipt because i had just gotten it fixed from the dealership before. They ended up fixing it with no additional charge. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend the shop. There are better options out there. Too much of a hassle for just a bumper that took three months only to get it back and have to return to the shop.Service: Body & Trim

The work on the car was excellent. The communication of when it was completed could have been better. They do not work on the weekends so the process takes longer. I had to call to on a Monday morning to find out my car was ready. Makes me wonder if I could have had the car on Friday... but all in all the car looks great. They did a great washing of the car for pick up.

I had Kent assisting me with my hit and run. I had previously taken my car to a different body shop to get fixed and unfortunately they just made my car look fixed when in reality the real damages were not fixed. I had a friend recommend me Beverly Hills Auto Body in Culver City and I highly recommend this place. Kent was in touch with me throughout the repair process, excellent job on my car.

Very cheap storage Fee, 195 $ per day.3 times the estimate from insurance company.Final price is not guaranteed if price of parts change.Highly recommend it to all of you.

Went in for a lot of body work after an accident. BHABG did an excellent job. Kent was very communicative and super helpful with anything I asked about. They were very flexible with everything and got my vehicle fixed up looking great!

Not exactly the best branding choice when you expand. LOLConfession: I ve never used them, but just felt the need to say this. And to make the point that google reviews can be done by anyone - s1 who doesn t go there or does.The shop looks very clean and probably deserves the 4.6 rate, but they probably charge a bit too (as most collision centers do). Nevertheless, I gave them as close of a rating to that without them reaching out and asking me to adjust it.Oh yah, did you know businesses can do that along with flag these to be removed?Google has a long way to go!

I'm a east coast native and driving in California has been rough on my car to say the least, but Reyes and Martha of Beverly Hills Autobody are a gift from above! Super cool, super courteous, extremely fast & efficient. #Awesome #Customer4Life
