This is by far the best garage I ve found in LA!! The front desk manager Ash is so personable and the mechanics are honest and fix the issue quickly so you don t have any unexpectedly large repair bills. Had a spark plug issue which I thought was gonna cost me $$$ but they saved my as* lol. Don t hesitate to come here, you won t be disappointed.Thanks again!!!

I want to thank Ashley for her great customer service. I took my Audi here for an oil leak although one part malfunctioned the first time Automed Care did right and fixed it again. I was pleased with them giving my vehicle priority and being kind enough to Uber me to work. I am happy to get my car back Ashley is so sweet and gets you results quick.

Automed did a very outstanding job! I would recommend them to everyone I know, and to anybody To this repair shop. The staff Displays Professionalism, Respectability and, Integrity. Fair pricing and honest assessments. Went there to get my brakes checked since I had a high pitched scraping sound from braking. They let me walk around my lifted car and see that my rotors were scratched. They also mentioned that the ceramic brake pads by Centric were the same parent company as Akebono. Thank you for being transparent!

If I could give 10 stars I would! I was driving when my tire suddenly lost air pressure. This was the closest place with the best reviews so I pulled in and within 30 mins I was back on the road with my tire patched. Super super nice and incredibly helpful! Such a kind group of folks! I was sent here from the staff at O'Riley's to help with my tail light bulb. I thought the issue was something else, and they helped me figure out what was going on. They swapped the bulb out for me on the spot. Such a huge help. Special thanks to Ashley for saving the day!

STAY AWAY!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!My car failed smog check and took it Automed Car Care to find out what needs to be done. I was told that EGR Valve, Air Flow Sensor and Air Temp Sensor needs to be replaced. They wanted to get all these parts and charge me around $2400 with labor included. I got the parts and saved around $1300.First, I couldn't find the Air Flow Sensor online and asked them to buy it for me. Then, I found that part, used but in great condition but the Manager didn't want to return it. He claims that it's a "non returnable part" which is a total lie. Because it was never installed or it was not under final sale or something. I even stopped by OReilly's (one of the vendors for mechanics) and their supervisor told me "they always accept returns". So, there is no way their vendor wouldn't accept the return and it was purchased a couple of days ago.Long story short, they installed the parts and my car failed the smog check again. I lost another $100 because of their low quality service.On top of that, their mechanic broke the Air Flow Sensor's Air Filter reservoir attachment part as you can see in the picture below.I had never been to this place before and wanted to give it a try but never again.

The very BEST.. I won t take my car anywhere else.. Ashley and Abe will take care of you.. Trust me on that!! I lucked up and found them and so glad I did My Caddy runs like new.. Don t sleep on this place Very professional.. Thanks for everything..

First things first, car repairs make me nervous because I truly never know if I m going to get the run around with service or the repair bill. Because of all the great reviews for Automed Car Care I decided to take a chance and visit their shop for a repair. It was easy to schedule an appointment through Repairpal. Unfortunately I arrived late to my appointment but I was reassured they still had time to take a look at my headlight. I was told this service would take 1.5 hrs and I was free to waiting on their waiting room or return. When I returned my car was ready to go. Literally no hassle and everyone was very nice. I will definitely become a repeat customer!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I highly recommend this auto repair shop. I got my car fixed in a timely manner. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and informative. The price was much more affordable than the competition. The people I dealt with in the front office were friendly and amicable.

These guys are legit, super communicative, friendly, and all about making sure you as their customer feels satisfied. I ve been around a lot of car repair shops and these guys by far have my strongest recommendation. If you don t get your car worked on by them, you re only going to deal with stress after stress after stress. Reliability, honesty, and transparency made me want to take my car to them next time!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Auto brake repair

I was checking my tire at local gas station as my pressure alert came on when I noticed a big bolt in the tire causing the low pressure. Ashley from Automed happen to walk by and said their shop was around the corner and could take my car and fix it immediately at a minimal cost. Life saver! And they did just that. Friendly, good authentic people and service. Highly recommend.Service: Tires

I m so glad I chose to give this shop a try after doing a search and reading reviews. I had gone to BMW for an oil change after which they did an inspection and handed me a recommendation for $4000 worth of repairs and recommendations. I went to Automed and explained the situation and that I was requesting another opinion. They ended up only recommending a parking brake adjustment and tire rotation. So nice to actually not be taken advantage of and to feel like I can actually trust a company. Will be recommending to others!Service: Tire rotations

I have an old car which needed many repairs and services. I booked a few body shops for a general inspection and requested estimate before deciding which shop I would have my car fixed. Eventually I went with Automed Car Care because: 1) They are efficient! They had the inspection done in an hour and a half and provided me with an estimate report which was detailed and easy to read. I came across shops that kept my car for a day, some provided me a report not as detailed as Automed did, and some didn't even give me a report. I personally think this is the most important step because it shows me how skilled their technicians are, how reasonable their prices are, and how efficient their work process is. It helps me to know whether the shop would waste my time and my money. I had the best impression and experience with Automed on this. 2) They gave me the most comprehensive service recommendation and the best price, comparing to other shops I tried. It was a tiring process to try so many shops but I wouldn't know how good Automed is without comparison. 3) Everyone in the shop is friendly and helpful. From the moment I drove in till I left, people working there all kept an eye on whether I needed any help and they always helped. Little things matter! I received good customer service there. Therefore, I do recommend Automed Car Care to people.

5 star review not because they fixed an issue for me, but because they have great customer service. We had a mix up with a battery replacement one weekend that ultimately ended in me getting both batteries replaced by the dealer but when I came back to Automed they took full responsibility of the mix up and made it right. Mistakes happen but how you resolve them is what counts. Mo and the people at Automed are honest and helpful and I d recommend them to my friends going forward. I also hear they have great smog certification service and will be going here for my next certification.

Automed repaired my fueling pump and feed lines. They were excellent with communicating with me during the process and very reasonable on the price. I definitely will be using their services again if needed for my vehicle. Thanks Abe and Mo for exceptional service and keep up the good work!

Great Honest price! Amazing customer service for my Fiat 500.$300 for stick gear cable$700 for front breaks.They were able to get me a Lyft and a discount on a rental car.

Thank you for helping me solve the puzzle of the check engine light on my2012 Jetta. I experienced excellent service and follow through on the promise to guarantee the work done by fixing the car again at no charge when the light came back on. Highly recommended

I highly recommend this place! I brought my car in for a repair due to a collision. They were quick and efficient with the repair, and didn't even charge me due to it being a small issue. I will definitely be returning the next time I need work done!

Went to my car with a flat tire this morning and lived nearby! Was immediately attended to upon arrival and work was quick and seamless. Everyone was very nice and price was solid! Hopefully won t have to come back for car repairs but if I ever do, will definitely be calling these folks again!

If I can rate this shop zero I would do it. Please do not go there they damaged my car and were extremely mean and rude would not except their fault esp the owner is aggressive and have no respect for customers please take this advise don t go to them.

I was helped by Mo and he really hooked me up. I was flying out the day I dropped my car off and they took a look at it and fixed all the issues I had with the car by the time I came back. I don t normally leave reviews but this place was fantastic. Highly recommend anyone in the LA area that needs assistance with any car troubles bring it here.

Really nice people! I broke a screw when I was putting on a new license plate and it was stuck inside. I took my car by Automed shortly before closing and they immediately removed the screw and didn't even charge me. I'll be going back!
