Gupta was huge help when it came to repairing my tire. A huge pothole caused a flat tire and I was far away from home but Gupta quickly assessed the situation and had my tire replaced in no time. He found a reasonably priced tire for me. I was happy with the speed of service and customer service. Highly recommend.

Work was done before quoted time and everything looks good. Gupta was very helpful in communicating arrival time as well as suggested work. Will definitely be back again for more maintenance!

Had a great experience here today installing tires and getting an alignment for a high top Sprinter Van. I had been calling all over town and no one could fit a high top van on their rack as they seem too tall. Luis Martinez both answered my call and did all the in person customer service and had me in and out of the shop in good time and everything looks great. They both got the job done and treated me like I mattered and was important and I really appreciate that.

These guys are simply the best. Second time they've fixed a puncture for me, at no charge (I did insist on tipping the technician both times). Friendly and knowledgeable. I used to go to a little shop closer to my home but these guys are worth venturing out for. I also requested pricing on new front tires for my wife's car today and they are very competitive with their pricing. Definitely intend to reward them by purchasing my next set from them. Good business with lots of loyal customers and friendly employees.

They don't care about appointments at all. I scheduled a 12pm tire rotation and I arrived and they said it'd be a 2.5 - 3 hour wait. They guy was like "yeah appointment only means it gets done the same day and your best bet is to just come in first thing in the morning."I would say it's like 1.5 stars because the guy was polite in explaining this and not rude like other auto repair shops often are. Still a complete joke they have an online appointment system but don't honor it or even come remotely close in managing their work queues to it. I get tire rotations are free and they'd rather work on paid services first, but just get rid of appointments and/or free rotations if you aren't going to honor either of them, especially given they take like freaking 10 minutes and there is no universe it should be a 3 hour wait for a tire rotation of all things.

This is the only tire place I go to !They are close to home, reliable, and usually pretty speedy with service. Today I got 2 new Michelin tires, as my old tires were on the brink of death. Thanks a ton to American Tire Depot !

I went in to get my tire patched up and they damaged my car. Spoke with the manager who btw was super rude, said they didn t do it and didn t want to take responsibility.

American Tire Depot provides friendly, honest and expeditious service. I loyally use ATD for many of my car service needs because they are fair and do good work. I had a tire with a nail in it that they quickly assessed and fixed. I drove right up and it was swiftly taken care of. They didn t even charge me for it. ATD gets an A+ from me.

They get a thumbs down. The only nice thing I can say is they were around the corner from where I got a flat and they charged me nothing after their tires failed with only 4,000 miles on them and 1 year old the tires are so cheaply made they are under warranty that is the only reason why I went back. Other than that guy tells me they charge $1200.00 to change the two front axles...I told him I'll let my Mechanic know, and I called my mechanic before they were done with my tires and he said just drive it home and come see me this week....it's nowhere near that much to change both front axles....so I didn't let them gouge me. The guy started to tell me that some services they can't let the car leave unless the work is done there in their shop. I said do you want to talk to my Mechanic? Or do you want a lawsuit? ....I'm not stupid, the rubber it torn on the ball joint and I know what that means and yes we do the axles but I'm not driving an immediately unsafe vehicle, they couldn't have been torn more than two months cause that's when it was in for a brake inspection and tighten the rear brakes to MY MECHANIC WHO IS CERTIFIED TOYOTA AND MY FRIEND FOR 35 YEARS....I TRUST HIM WITH MY LIFE....LITERALLY

Made an appointment online and showed up on time. Brought the car there. Waited two and half hours before they told us that the tires we ordered were not available. Was willing to work something out with them, but then they left to help another customer despite the fact that we've already been waiting for two and half hours. Totally unprofessional. Taking our business elsewhere.

Efficient, friendly service and competitive prices with the capability of being able to order your own specialty tire online and having them deliver it there -- all overnight. They can do this with a single tire (unlike a COSTCO, which requires the purchase of two tires). The staff is responsive.The company is VERY attentive to customer service, and is responsive to any and all concerns.

The experience at American Depot Tires began on a sour note as I only needed a tire plug, and the initially quoted hour wait somehow got overlooked. However, it turned sweet when they prioritized my car after the oversight, taking only about 20 minutes or less to get me out the door.

I have got my 4 tires replaced here at Jefferson location. The guys are great, helped me choose the tires, and installed them next day. Great service. I will definitely come back here next time.

Doesn t even warrant a review. Went in asking about four new tires - I had the advertised prices on my phone . Guy tried to sell to me for twice the price of every tire I asked about. 1,200 are you kidding me.. did he really think I was stupid. I am astonished by this. Trying to up-sell. Totally fumbled when I questioned him. Wow - cannot understand why people go there.

Thieves.. In my opinion, so I set up an appointment on Black Friday for the promo of the purchase of 3 get 1 free and took the time online to look for the perfect set-up and appointment. Well, I found out that the tires are not available. and that the price will not be honored for a set of four tires no call or any notification that the tire is not available nor that the price would not be honored. Prior to going or calling the location, As customers, when we set up an appointment, we make the time and effort to go and get there. What happens? I mean, you need the tire, and now is the time you've made to be there, so you end up getting an item more expensive than what you had in mine. There is no option, and there is no time to do it again. This is the type of business you'll be walking to, and over the phone when you let them know this, wow. There was no customer service. no option of resolution, no assistance It is what it is. Think about it. MMM,If I could rate the experience, it would be a 0 for no effort.11/2023and by review previous reviews they only answer the ones with positive feedback sad sad that they can't turned around the experience lack of skill

The worst parking I ve ever seen for a business specializing in car repair. Paid an extra hundred for wheel alignment. Took my Toyota to the dealership for something unrelated, and they showed me how off my alignment was! This was a few weeks later. Nothing like being up charged for services that you didn t receive. Definitely will never return.

My daughter's car had a self tap screw in the tire. So, I went to the closest tire shop to me. I asked how much it would be to take it out and fix it? At first, I thought I heard wrong. He said, "It's free" and it would take about an hour. It really took them about 30 minutes, gave me the keys and told me to have a great day. Yup, that made my day! Thank you guys!

They wanted my business and offered me $25 off a $95 oil change. So I schedule an appointment. Went in, and they tell me it's actually 15% off $140. Then they "got it down to $91." So basically a bait and switch to just give me a $5 discount for wasting my time. I drive a Honda, not a Bugatti.

Beware of the fake reviews below. This place does not take care of your vehicles. They lie that work was performed. I was told my vehicle s tire was patched and fixed from a nail. I came to pick up the car after being called in and it still had the nail in the same tire and location. No work was done! Sloppy management. While I was there, they crashed another customers vehicle into a tower of tires.

I needed all 4 tires changed for my car. I booked an appointment 2 weeks in advance since the tires needed to be ordered. But the tires arrived a day after I setup the appointment. So they called to check if I wanted to come in early. I dropped my car off the next day. I was able to pick it up in 4 hours. They did a great job with the install. I also got my wheels aligned. Mr Gupta was the associate who I worked with. He was quite helpful and explained everything clearly. Will highly recommend them!

I requested a tire change. They said they had the tires I requested in stock when I called in the morning, so I went over and they confirmed that in person. The only thing they said, is that it would take approximately 2 hours.No big deal, I live closeby so I'll just Uber back home. A few hours pass and I decide to give them a call to see if it's ready and they say yes it is ready. So I Uber back there and then the guy at the front said they didn't actually have the tires in stock, the car isn't ready, and it was all a big mistake because of xyz reason.I was extremely frustrated. I just spend almost $30 on Ubers, because I was told it would be good to go. But no, my car was just sitting on the side of the road the whole time with tires unchanged and they didn't bother to call when they knew they didn't have it in inventory. So I wasted time (~3 hrs) and money coming here for no reason.They feel (only slightly) bad, and Gupta says he'll discount the Uber off of my service and take $25 off alignment if I want one. Wow thank you for offering to refund my Ubers that was completely unnecessary, and offering 20% off a service I don't need.Then he says they'll forsure have the tires on Monday and they'll give me a call no matter what to confirm. Its Thursday. No call. No text. No voicemail. No customer service at all. Shady shady shady business practices and bad training. Do not recommend.

They have every tire you need and if not they ll order it for you. So polite and patient. Great service all around. 10 out of 10 recommend :)

Customer service is always excellent. $450 for rear brakes. My front brakes elsewhere were $600 so I guess that's the way it is. Left it overnight. It was ready at 10am. They give a senior discount.

I don t have enough time or energy to fully type out the ordeal I went through with this service center. I was prepared to write a decent review even after everything they put me through because Luis and Gupta amended my bill to apologize for the issues. Then I got in my car and heard an alarming noise while driving away. At that point I had wasted so much money and time dealing with them that I went straight to the dealership to figure out the damage they had done. After damaging my hub bearing, they replaced it with another faulty bearing that I then had to get replaced at the dealership. Overall I m spending $2200 on an issue that should have run me $700 at the most. Obviously I won t be back and I advise that anyone looking to have their vehicle serviced here look elsewhere. If you truly can t go anywhere else, at least avoid Carlos who is the technician that caused $1100 in damages to my car when all I went in for were new tires and an alignment.

I ve been to American Tire Depot a couple times now for repair and tire replacement. The service has always been excellent and expedient, and prices are fair. After a few unpleasant experience with other tire shops in the area, it s the only tire shop I trust

My Wife Had to Call AAA while in the driveway...My wife got a flat while leaving work, so she pulled up to the nearest tire shop. After the ordeal of getting to the driveway (bad location), the person at the counter told her they couldn't touch her tire after first refusing to serve her at all because she didn't have an appointment to get a flat tire.It was 4:40, their listed closing time was 6p. After begging for service, they looked at my wife's tire and told her they couldn't touch it. They offered to put air in the tire but only on the condition that she not ask for any other help. Not even a new tire.This will make the third time my wife and I have tried unsuccessfully to patronize this American Tire Depot. We won't try anymore.

Excellent service. They go out of their way to find you the right tire within your budget. Big shoutout to Gupta, he was knowledgable, professional and friendly. Great guy.
