We were stuck up on a high mountain road and Crescent towing was the only place willing to get us out, they went out of their way to help us, they are a great local company.

Their driver Kenneth Malot, showed up on the scene of my son's mixer truck accident. He proceeded to take pictures of the accident scene and post them on Facebook along with an incorrect commentary about the accident. When confronted about this. He claimed he spoke with family members and knew the whole story of how the accident happened. I attempted to reached out to Mr Malot. I left my number at Crescent Tow and with his wife asking him to please contact me in regards to his misinformation. I reached out to him on social media as well.If these are the quality of profession that Crescent Tow employs, I do not want them showing up if I were to have an accident.

They charged $125 for an unlock! It took him almost 30 minutes to get from Crescent Mills to Evergreen market. What an absolute ripoff. The guy commented that it was that price for a year previous. That it didn't just go up, but why does that matter? You've just been ripping people off for that long then! Dude tried to say we were done when he still had my debit card in his possession. I had to ask for it back.

Very helpful dispatcher and driver. Picked us up and drove to the pick up point. Took us to the shop where they helped arrange a stay at a local motel, Oak Grove Lodge, then drove us there. (See oak grove lodge, Greenville,CA} When the car was fixed, they came and picked us up. Having prior tow service, they are very reasonable.THANK YOU Crystal and Jamesdennis. Red Honda crv

Will hold your car or truck and not accept a credit card over the phone or a personal check. That is illegal! Don't let them tow or store your vehicle!!
