Me and my husband went to just look at a vehicle that I just kept going back to online and seen they finally had it on the lot. We in no way went in thinking we'd be driving home with a new to us vehicle. Dylan was who approached us and let us take it on a test drive, he was awesome from beginning to end as well as the other guys in the office on the finanical side. I'll also mention we went around 5:00 PM and they close at 6:00 PM, we didn't finish everything up until 7:30 PM and were never rushed or made to think we had to hurry. Our experience was awesome, and the team we dealt with was nothing short of awesome, thank you guys! :)

My rooftop tent and bed rack was stolen from the back of my truck after breaking down and having my vehicle towed to be worked on here in August; 3k worth of items bolted to my truck bed that I had no way of removing before the shop. Looks like the thieves were also after my wheels because several lugnuts were missing off the back wheels. Owner Efferain Moreno told me he would compensate half of the value then changed his mind and eventually offered me next to nothing. They charged me for the lugnuts they replaced and it s December now and he hasn t compensated me a penny. He ignores my phone calls and it has been like having a second job trying to get a hold of him so he will keep his word. The work I had done was incomplete and I had to get the dealer to redo everything because they overlooked the fact that my differential was no longer functioning. It shows baseline dishonesty and cowardess that the owner won t even talk to me directly and refuses to keep his word. This company has no security cameras, no fences, no alarms and their initial response to my stolen property was this IS crescent city, and we can t be responsible for everything that goes missing in crescent city. I ve heard from a few other locals since I started telling my coworkers what happen that they don t take their vehicles there for work because multiple breaking and vandalism and met with the same treatment by staff and owner. Just don t leave your vehicle with them overnight that s for sure!

I was on vacation to Klamath from Bakersfield and my truck was making a strange noise. Unfortunately it was my Water Pump. I called and they got me in the same day. I had to have a new water pump put in and everyone in Service and Sales were so helpful. I was able to rent a car for a few days while the repairs were finished. Kenny called me the first day a few times to update me on the parts coming from Brookings. He really went above and beyond to help. Mikey, the Diesel Mechanic was very helpful and polite. Being a woman, traveling alone I could have easily been given wrong advice or taken advantage of. I even went back the day after picking up my truck and had a question. Mikey stopped what he was doing and came out to answer my questions with no hesitation. I highly recommend Pacific Auto Sales for Service and repairs.

Several months ago, I saw a few trucks I liked and test drove two. The store manager drove my car to get me a trade in value. My young sales guy never called me back .so, I called him. They wouldn t give me a trade in price over the phone. They wanted me to come in. I would not do this. They called me back and said they wanted me to come in again. I told them no give me the value over the phone. The couldn t do it. Seemed odd as I was ready to trade in a suv and buy a truck.

I have had a few problems with my car, and I brought it to coast auto. The mechanics were awesome. They are cheap and actually fixed problem for me and didn't charge me extra. They were fast, getting the job done in about half the time that they thought. I will differently bring my car back. Great place. I haven't bought a car from them. But that is probably great too.

These folks are AWESOME! My car started smoking on my way to Crescent City. I was on a road trip, and I really just wanted to continue on my way. I called Pacific Auto and they said they could squeeze me in, even though they were really busy. They looked at my car, fixed my problem, and I was able to get back to my trip! They were so kind through the whole experience. I highly recommend this shop.

I highly recommend this dealership, have never purchased a vehicle here , but I needed an oil change for my 2020 Chevy traverse. I called them in the morning and they were able to take me on that same afternoon. They changed my oil in timely manner and was in and in about 30 minutes, I was very impressed and happy to give them my business, all employees were very respectful and nice . Highly recommend for service..

Always fast and friendly service. Jeremy is saving me a couple hundred dollars on my brake job, plus getting them done last minute before an unexpected trip. So helpful with information regarding my vehicles and any questions I need answered. Always ready to give you a ride home until your vehicle is ready. All the staff are really nice and eager to help.

Coast Auto service was very professional and really took care of their customer. I purchased a pick up from coast the transmission went out unexpectedly. I was worried about how they would take care of it and was very impressed with how they went above and beyond to fix it. They set me up with a rental and at the end of fixing my truck they even cleaned it. I can t express how a small town dealer works hard to keep their customers and continue great service! Thank you very much.

Pulled up without an appointment right after going to the DMV. They guys there were extremely nice, and accommodating and were able to squeeze me in! Very pleasant experience, was in and out in under an hour! Some businesses could learn a thing or two from their customer service!

We were driving on the Southern Oregon Coast when the check engine light on our truck came on. Our destination was Crescent City for two nights and we were pulling a fifth wheel. We called and spoke with Jeremy who agreed to squeeze us in the next morning. We had a glow plug which needed replaced. They diagnosed the problem and completed the repair in an hour and a half. On top of that they did the repair for 1/3 to 1/2 the price our hometown dealer charged for the same repair. Great service and fantastic prices! We definitely recommend Coast Auto Center! Too bad we don't live closer.

Not too terribly expensive for an oil change, about $45.00. Customer service was good, the waiting room is comfortable. They were done in 30 minutes (or less, I wasn't watching the clock)Overall, great!

They sold me a truck that had a lot of problems I discovered after a month. When I bought it I was told that it was a great truck and that it was inspected. I took it back for them to fix it and I was promised that they would fix it free of charge. Not only did they not fix the problems I told them it had, I was told by a different employee that he would not fix my truck. He told me that I had cause those problems. That the scratches it had and the water it had in the cab were caused by me offroading. He straight out told me the he wasn't going to spend money on my truck. And they were going to charge me for a diagnosis but I told them that I was told I wasn't going to be charged so they dropped it. I will never do business with them again.

Very Nice personable people always happy and friendly! They joke around with eachother and have a genuinely good time! Great place to-go they also do alot for one little shop Smoge, auto sales, cleaning and much much more mechanical work on your cars engine if need be!HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I made a appointment to have my car smog, they took down my information and there smog guy quit on them. I never got a call in time to make another appointment else were, the day before I called to confirm, and get there location just to have them let me know what happened. I had to find another location asap! this is not how you do business, Now I have to drive my car to Robertson's a week later with expired tags because they cant fit me in sooner due to last minute booking. I will never due business with them again. This is poor customer service.

Snakes !!!!! I am writing this review for my 80-year-old father. He has a 2006 mint condition GMC sierra 2500 we only 50,000 miles on it. He had an issue with the language setting on the instrument cluster. So he took it to Coast auto to it have it reset. They told him he needed a new instrument cluster which would cost over $500. Come to find out all he had to do was hold the a button for an extended period of time to eventually set everything correctly . Luckily when he told me coast auto required a new instrument cluster I told him to go back to Coast auto and cancel the order for the new instrument cluster, basically tell them to pound sand.It said that in this small town where word travels fast that people still take a advantage of 80 -year-old-year-old senior citizens not to mention veterans of the military. And what else is BS , When my father went to get his truck and cancel the order they still charged him $40 for diagnosis of a factitious diagnosis. In conclusion Coast auto must have a real dumb technician or they purposely saw my father as a target to make money.

Wonderful people. These people will not mess around. What they say is what it is. They are not flighty, nor do they want to play with your pocketbook. They just want to get the job done and get you back on the road. Highly would recommend!!!

This place is fast, made an appointment to have my car smoged on Monday for Tuesday. It took about 10 min and they were done. It pass and I was in my way. Thank you Coast Auto Center

I hope you have better service with Coast than I did they drop my truck off the rack and lied about what happen. Then said " We can agree that we damaged your truck, right! That's why we have insurance.

I went in for a smog check. They tacked on an unnecessary paper copy of the report and charged an extra $8.00. DMV does not require a paper report. How many unnecessary paper smog certificates have you sold to unsuspecting customers Coast Auto? It is time to stop. It is all sent by the computer to DMV anyway, but how is a customer to know? The smog tech knew. One star for you, Coast Auto for not being up front with this smog issue.

I want to thank Jeremy and coast auto for always going above and beyond, they have always helped me in everyway that they could. I came in today because i had thought i overfilled my oil in my car, and Jeremy, even though he was busy stopped what he was doing and checked it for me in the rain thank you so much!!

The owner has requested I know longer charge my electric vehicle here. This is a public charger. With no prior warning he almost left me stranded. He reluctantly let me charge after making his sales pitch about how I needed to by a fossil fuel car. I'd be curious what his policy on public charging is? Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe businesses in California receive a tax break for providing a public charger?
