I bought wiper blade.Mr. David charged me 39.99 per pieceTotal for 2 of value was79.98 + 6.60 tax = 86.58Later I checked web side and it was 29.99 per piece.Maybe mine was super special one (but it was nothing with similar price on their web), or maybe worth to check their web before you buy.I was happy to get gear, and discrepancy is not huge, but worth mentioning for others.

My trucks alternator started dying on the way back up north from the Trees Of Mystery and we called Mieng to check if the alternator we needed was in stock and him and Jordan were very nice and helpful while we had to change it in the parking lot and even let us borrow a screwdriver since I already had to buy tools and the alternator. Thank you so much guys! Saved our road trip!

Very friendly and helpful staff. That being said they have lost me as a future customer. We took our battery into be charged. When we returned to pick up the battery they told us that it was a bad battery and couldn't be charged. We had a feeling that they were just trying to sell us a new battery. So we took our battery to Auto Zone to be charged. They had no issues charging it completely and also had friendly helpful customer service. Good service is awesome, but for me honestly is way more important. Auto Zone has both.

Had our check engine light come on, we are pretty far from home. Stopped in and spoke with Jordan...what a wonderful help! He gave us a free diagnostic and gave us advice. Highly recommend. Thank you Jordan for all of your help!

Came in recently and a young man by the name of Matthew helped me out. He knew where everything was at the store and he was so kind and helpful. I was trying to figure out what was going on with my car and he knew exactly what the issue was. He had such great customer service, I was stressing out on my trip back home and his advice definitely helped me. Best customer service experience I've had, if I'm ever back in town, I'm definitely going straight to him. Not the other short guy who ignored me and was rude.

Beware when applying for a job here. A friend of mine applied and a background check was done on his name only no birthdate or other specific identifiers. Because his name is common, everyone with that name was put into the Check and many had Felonies against them. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. They denied him the job because of this sloppiness and negligence. "GIS employment background reporting" was the company.

Staff that will do there jobs, I brought two r.v. batterys to be tested/charged no problem. O'reillys auto said less then a day prior the batteries were no good and would not hold a charge whatsoever.

Waiting about 10 minutes in line to be helped, then, who I am pretty sure was the manager, starts helping the man that walked in about 5 minutes after I did. They obviously have no concept of what a line is. I was under the impression that mostthings nowadays either require a line or are a first come first serve kinda thing. I guess that's not how it works at O'Reillys. I will not be going here again. I will be going to Auto Zone instead.

Thanks Reggie for the referral! We broke down and couldn't find a shop that could fit our rig, and Reggie gave us Justin's number. He came out right away and assessed the problem. We'll be getting it fixed on Monday!!Thanks again for going above and beyond. Excellent customer service.

There is a man here, who goes by James, who saved my vacation. In case, there is more than one James here, I am thinking of the one with "veritas" on his hand. Well, the "veritas" about James is that he gave me above average service. My car's battery and electrical systems failed just a mile outside the city. After walking my wife and four kids to the nearest Walmart from the 101 I got towed to this O'Reilly. James lent me tools, helped replace my battery, then ran an alternator test to get this inept city boy back on the road and on our way south to Arcata. The alternator tested fine and I drove out of there with bald-eagle confidence that we'd make our hotel that night. Thank you James, if my daughters were old enough I'd get your resume.Turned out the alternator was in fact broken and we broke down again like 8 mins from Arcata.

From a business professional the staff I encountered at this branch in specific has poor sense of professionalism as well as unresponsive and incooperative even after having been given proper identification credentials.

Have never set foot in this place and now i never will, called to see if they had the part i needed was told there was a few people ahead of me and put on hold and was never gotten back to, now i know there's more than one person that works there so what's the problem? I'll just take my business down the road. Thanks for nothing

The overall best prices on auto parts in town, but downside is; watch it ! Some of it is junk. Compare it to the original part always.
