Came in to get a nail out of my tire that was causing a slow leak. I enjoyed a complementary cup of coffee while I waited. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were a few cars ahead of me so I had to wait about a half hour. They took care of me, free of charge. I'll be coming here again for sure. The waiting area was clean and comfortable.

Absolutely perfect! Saturday night prime rib is to die for. I have been here a few times, and I will be back asap. I highly recommend it.

I was visiting Crescent City with my Family and had a Flat. Being worried I didn't know if I could get a new tire anywhere because every other place in Eureka, McKinleyville, Arcata had a week's wait.I went here and Jace got me a new tire the same day. He said he wasn't sure if they had my tire and turns out they didn't but had ordered me a tire to come the same day.He said he'd get my new tire installed in a few hours and he did. Jace and Les Scwhab saved my vacation.

Was not really impressed they tried to take advantage of an older female friend who went in by herself. Maybe it was just the sells person looking to make a big sale. The owner/manager needs to be more attentive to what is going on with the sales staff. There is another tire store very close that made a better impression. They gave more options and didn't try to over sale her on her tire needs. She bought tires at this store, and people in the area will know what store I'm referring to.

Les Schwab is the best tire service around, and we are extremely fortunate to have one in Crescent City. Whether you purchased your tires here or elsewhere, Les Schwab is very helpful and will make a repair and get you back on the road quickly. Give them your business, and you will not be disappointed.

We had a catastrophic failure of a mono leaf spring on our travel Trailor, got towed to this location, I gotta say, Micah, Mike David and the entire crew were nothing short of incredible, professional. We were able to stay on site while the parts were ordered and they repaired the problem and we were on our way safely for the rest of our journey. Thankyou so much to all of you for bringing some calm and compassion in the mist of our chaos. Many blessings

Any place that doesn't charge you for every little thing u asked to be done is alright with me. This part of the country has very few options on just about everything you need in life. Good prices on tires with free popcorn.

Came to simply get brake pads. Very simple, waited untill I looked out the window to see 6 men hovering over my brake fluid cap, one of the leaders comes in & tells me "your brake fluid has inflamed your brake lines & your cap, someone put the wrong fluid in your brake fluid" you will need a whole new brake system for 4,000$ we will need to replace everything. I says why do I need to replace my whole system if it's not effected?? Nothing has changed when I am driving? My brakes still stop like they should??? DONT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO SPEND 4,000$ or more. On Brakes I Very Highly recommend Dan at delnorte tire. Georges if he's not full. Or Gosslins tire, Talk to Ron in Eureka

Had a bubble on a tire from a Budget rental car. Budget sent me here to get it fixed. The staff are so nice! They were busy but had us done as quick as they could. They made me feel like I was safe in their hands.

Seriously the nicest, most helpful, kind people we ve met on our travels. We needed help while on vacation and Les Schwab was there for us! When we arrived before opening we were 4th in line. Extra help came from the back to check people in. Tire fixed and on our way in 45 minutes! Can t get better than that!

I try to get new tires and a line met done in crescent city ca and they did not only not help me but let five people show up after me and help them me and my family set set for 3 hours and they did tell use why other people are being help and not use

I don't remember if I ever had such a positive experience with a repair shop. These guys could teach other businesses about customer loyaly, how to get it and keep it. Our rental car had a flat tire and we mentioned the problem to a few local people, all of them said the words 'les schwab' almost immediately. Les Schwab fixed our tire for free while we sipped coffee in their waiting area.

I ve gone to other Les Schwab shops over the years, but I have to say that the team at the Crescent City CA location go above and beyond! The mechanic servicing my car (4 new tires) actually brought me into the service bay to show me a stripped lug nut and my options. I also knew I needed a valve stem replacement on one tire, but I needed new stems for all 4 tires. He showed me that in the repair bay as well. I wish I remembered this mechanic s name! With all of that and new wipers, the cost was BELOW what I expected just for the tires. They definitely spent more time on my car than a simple labor charge! These mechanics at the Crescent City location are thorough and clear on all options. Won t take my car to anyone else for tires, balancing, alignment, or brakes ever again!

The people here care about what they're doing. Well-organized shop with a spacious, modern waiting room. When something went wrong on my first visit, on the next day the team was all over it, trying to make it right.

I had a tire needing repair on my rental. I could not have asked for friendly more helpful people from start to finish. Repaired my tire and checked them all. NO CHARGE! Wouldn't even let me tip! All this after closing time.

Very helpful and friendly and dog friendly they did a good job on my truck I always go to Les Schwab to have front end stuff done and Tires and Brakes and what do you know they even do oil changes here they don't do that at the Les Schwab's down in Corning Chico area

Got a flat on a road trip down PCH. They had it pulled in and fixed all within 30 minutes and didn t even charge me a penny. Staff was sure nice and welcoming, large waiting area too.

This place is god sent! Our car had a flat tire at redwoods national park late (1hr away) in the afternoon. Long story short we got there 10 min before they closed and they reassured me every time I called them that they would still service/help us out.They replaced two tires and even pumped the spare in 20 min. They finished way past closing and we are so thankful and appreciate of this place!

We brought my daughter's mobility van in because the front end started wobbling. So glad we did, Ryan was SO helpful as was the staff there. They ordered the part, we were able to get better tires and they had it back to us the following day by noon.It's a huge relief to know you're road worthy, especially when you are transporting a power chair. Crescent City Les Schwab has new customers for life.

Micah went above and beyond to help me. He was professional, courteous, patient, understanding, and delivered stellar service.I came here Sat morn with a sidewall bubble. This location didn't have the tire in stock, so Micah put on the closest fit and called Eureka Les Schwab to put a tire on hold for me.There's also free guest wifi!10/10 service to a guest passing through town. Thanks a mil!

Too expensive. Unfortunately I had a nail in a tire and the tire was beyond repair. I had to replace two tires, which cost more than the four previous tires I had bought

Very professional, I was greatest right away upon Walking in. All the employees were helping and Informative. They did an amazing quick job on my vehicle. It was very easy to make an appointment online, they even called me to confirm my appointment and to make sure they had everything needed for the work I needed done.

Awesome crew!I arrived a bit earlier than expected.I waited in the lobby for about 2 hours and then I was gone! Both front wheels and front brakes repaired!Take your time, relax, read a book or listen to music (Headphones suggested, stay alert for them to call your name!)Popcorn is frequently available, especially for children!
