Jason saved my Thanksgiving. I broke down in my truck and camper and he had me back on the road in less than 24 hours. He fixed my alternator at a great price. He could have charged me twice as much but he s so honest. Jason is awesome

1.) Do not hesitate to do business here2.) These guys will treat you like old friends that they haven t seen in a while.3.) They do not stop until your safe on the road.My girl and I ended up at JTC with a busted driveline. Jason and Eric both went to scouring the entirety of CA and any surrounding states that had this mythical part from Dodge. They had that part secured with their contact at dodge and a plan in place.They then helped us out like we were old friends and helped us get to our hotel room. When I say they made a rough day better, it would be a massive understatement. We are truly grateful to the persistence, pride, and care these men put into their daily work. I bought a motor 4 my pathfinder some time back. Thought I had a good mechanic on board. When motor arrived the mechanic DrD in Brookings renigged. I had 2 find another. Jason is who I found so far all looks possitive. I dont pressure him he does his thing. I prepay I'm patient. I hear he's great.

While traveling through my car broke down. Jason put my car in a lift right away and was able to diagnose the issue. Both Jason and Eric took the time to locate the correct part (hard to find) to get me back on the road. They made me feel safe and well cared for. They are honest and make you feel like family. These guys would be my go to if I lived in the area.

Car towed over and they immediately gave it a lookoverA price estimate ordered parts and boom Done ..did a few little extras for free too..great friendly knowledgeable mechanic staying ontop of each vehicle ..would return for any other auto repairs in future too

There are NO better mechanics in Crescent City, hands down! I used to go to another highly recommended shop no more! The mechanics at JTC worked so hard to diagnose, twice, my strange transmission problems! Most shops charge you $80 just to put your car on the diagnostic code machine, understandable, but they did not. Their excellence goes far beyond more than fair prices! They went above and beyond to figure out my on & off puzzling problems, and to find the best price for the part needed. I will NEVER take my car anywhere else! And I suggest you don t either!Service: Clutches & transmissions service & repair

We had a check engine light that came on when we just planned a day trip to see the redwoods from Port Orford. James looked up the VIN, ordered the correct part for the next day, but was shipped the wrong part. He then called Grants Pass the next day, secured the right part and we went there. He didn't request any payment despite spending a good half hour helping us. I offered $20 for his trouble and he said that would cover his lunch. He went above and beyond for us. I highly recommend him and his garage.

Joe is absolutely the best mechanic around! He is so incredibly honest! He will never do anything less than he d do for his own family & a lot of the time he does more work than he charges you for. He has a huge heart & will do anything he can to help someone out. I wouldn t take my vehicle anywhere else. Wilson's is now JTC Automotive Performance. Not only did Jason fix my truck's carburetor issues, he solved a mysterious problem hidden in the fuel lines. Jason is as skilled as he is honest.

Mr. Wilson may be amongst the last of the good guys. Brakes felt weird - took car in this morning. Discs needed tightened. $69 , and a couple of hours later I'm home feeling assured. Been a customer for 5 years & wouldn't take my cars anywhere else. He always keeps his customers informed , is timely & the consummate professional.

Im so so sorry the way that review looked and sounded. This man went so far out of his way for me. When someone told me how bad my review seemed . I went to say sorry. Amazing service! I appriciate the guys helping me out in a time of me needing a quick fix! Told them I was gonna be traveling to see my son and they made sure to have it fixed and ready as fast as they could. Did a good job and very fair prices. Gonna be seeing them every time I need work done as I feel they are trustworthy honest people.

I didn't get any work done here, but I limped my broken rv here, and turned out to be transmission problems. They found a shop for me and even called them to make sure they could work on it. Then it took AAA 2 days to get a tow truck, so they let us park in the back until we got picked up. Very nice people

Great guys. Had a problem with my Ford, thought I was going to have to pay an extorted amount of money to tow it to Eureka to the dealership but I called these guys and they were able to take care of it!

Best service price and attitude in area hes an old race mechanic/driver fixed Robertson's 1400$ mess up that they wanted to charge me for he fixed my new break job that Mack @ Robertson's ruined a simple bolt on job if you can't get along or work with this guy go hide in a cave or move back to southern California where everyone acts like an self entitled @hole or you can go to Robertson's and feel at home
