My problem was. It took over a month to do an. Estimate on my vehicle. I never got a call back. I had to keep calling every time I called. They said they'll call me back. They never called me back. I had to go down there multiple times to find out what was going on it was a failure in communication. That's why I give it a 2 stars. Bought my previous vehicles. I had no issues with the speedy service and good work.

This is a review of their price quote, not work done. I brought in a Ford box van that had peeling paint from the cab forward. No body repairs were needed, no blending in, just sand off the old paint, prep, prime, and respray. Less than a gallon of paint required. I was quoted $3,000. That's more than twice what other shops quoted me. Not affordable, IMO.

Several months ago, Brandon and the ladies up front were all very helpful. They gave a fair price and the work was perfect. Brandon replaced a lower control arm. Car got a window smashed while camping in the redwoods. They couldn't get the parts before we were scheduled to leave town the next day. They did a quick plastic wrap over the window free of charge.Definitely not a permanent fix, but a huge upgrade over anything we could have done ourselves. Staff was as helpful as possible

We brought our car to inspect the front bumper damage and provide the repair estimate. Although we didn't get a chance to get the repair done, the interaction with the front desk staff was amazing and Brandon inspected our car and ensured it's safe to drive.

Lifesavers! Our car was vaccinated while we were hiking in the redwoods and it was a real nightmare for us. We needed to get home to work asap. Howard s handled our car repair quick and did a fabulous job. I was worried because everything is crescent city seemed to be slow and subpar but Howard s was exceptionally and easy to work with. I must say, Howard is the place you should take your car to when you get into an accident or need it detailed. I got into an accident and less than 20 days, my car was fixed and detailed. Customer service was amazing and the workers did a fantastic job on my car. I highly recommend this shop to everyone. Great job Howard's and staff

I brought my ram truck 2500 diesel in for repairs. Cailly and Brandon were on it. They explained everything to me and gave me a written estimate. My truck came out of there beautiful, cleaned inside and out. You couldn't ask for better service. Then I took my ford explorer in, and Howard was the one who fixed the problems. He noticed problems that would have been by passed by another company and saved me money in fixing it. 5 stars HECK YEA

They are so wonderful, wouldn't take my car anywhere else. I have my cars detailed there and had to have some body work done and they did an excellent job! Love the staff and their work!

Had a small dent in the fender. It rubbed every time you opened the door. Brandon tried to fix it on the spot for free but it was too bent. I left it there and came back an hour later. Can't tell there was a dent and only cost me $76. Thank you

I definitely would recommend this shop for body repairs. The work was impeccable could not even tell the car was ever damaged. The paint job and matching spot on.
