Being a first time customer of VMS Auto Body shop made me realize the value of being appreciated as a customer! Once I arrived, I was greeted by Rick and asked about my repairs. Clearly, his knowledge was impressive and an expert with body work! After the drop-off of the scheduled service, I met Raul who did all the deep detailing to make my Mercedes S55 shine like when it was new. I ll definitely return to VMS for any of my future auto body services. Keep up the excellent work

I had a great experience here. The entire crew and Ruben especially were incredibly helpful. They helped me out every step of the way, from finding a good deal on rentals to keeping me informed throughout the whole process. Communication was excellent, and the work they did was also stellar. I had damage to both the front and back of my Toyota Scion resulting from being in a rear end collision sandwich. My car looks better than it did before my accident! Ruben has a solution for you every step of the way, he offered to get my car towed, to work with my insurance and even to help me deal with the at-fault driver. Finally, the prices were VERY reasonable considering the extent of the damage. I m proud to say Ruben is a man of his word. I can t recommend VMS autobody highly enough.

VMS was wonderful. From the receptionist to all the staff. They helped me with my auto repair and handled my claim. It was an easy process. They made me feel at ease with the whole claim issue, they did a great job at constantly keeping me up to date with the whole process. The car was turned to me at the day they said it would be ready. I highly recommend this auto body shop. Thank you VMS.

I did some research and discovered VMS Body Shop, which proved to be excellent. Unlike some body shops focused solely on profit, VMS was highly communicative, professional, and maintained a clean environment. I give them a 5-star rating and will continue recommending their services. Special thanks to Kevin for his outstanding assistance.

After our car was damaged in an accident, we took it to VMS Auto Body. Vicky, from the very start, was professional, friendly, and helpful. She explained how everything would happen and even arranged for the rental car. During the time our car was in the shop, she called with updates so that we stayed informed. I was also very happy that they coordinated everything with our insurance company, State Farm. Once our car was all fixed, she gave us a call and we were very happy to see that our car was in excellent condition! Thank you to Vicky and her excellent team at VMS. If you need a great body shop that provides great service, VMS is the place to go. I highly recommend them!!!Service: Body & Trim

Loyal customer for over 5 years. I've taken my cars here for collision repair and minor paint work. Kevin and staff always do great work. They keep you informed of the progress of work as well. I highly recommend VMS for any collision repair and paint work.

I've worked with this shop for 3 or 4 times and the consistency of their work has always remained at high quality standards with great attention to detail. The experience is exceptional along with friendly and welcoming staff who provide regular updates, making the process hassle-free.Highly recommend!

Upon entering Vms I was approached by friendly staff members.The work that they performed excels above and Beyond performance standards. Kevin is so humble and kind.Well Ruben gets the job done quickly and professionally.I have never in my life been here. Until now but I do highly recommend this place. My car was leftl immaculate clean condition.my car was left like I just bought it from the dealership. I'm so grateful and happy,Satisfied. Best experience ever. Thank you!!

Just wanna say that everyone at VMS made the entire process very easy. They took the time to explain everything to me. I learned so much more about the insurance claims process. I highly recommend VMS so you don't have to look for another body shop. I take all my vehicles to them and they have always returned my vehicles looking like new. 10/10 customer service. From the moment I walked in, everything was top-notch. Their service exceeded all expectations. Best decision in regards to going to this collision center. I got rear ended and some of my paint came off of my bumper, and Kevin was very helpful and helped with a paint touch up. Everything was fast and stress free. Will definitely be recommending family and friends. Thank you again!

I found this wonderful auto-family looking for an affordable mechanic after a coworker hit my car in a parking lot. The entire team from the front desk to the back office were the most professional and polite people I have encountered in the industry. The staff kept me in the loop consistently, and in a timely manner. They offered me a quote without me having to commit to anything and were willing to work with me to help me get a rental. There were no hidden fees, they did not conflate any of the work, and I did not feel forced to agree to any extra work being done that I felt was unnecessary. The job was complete on schedule and the car looks like a 10/10. I HIGHLY recommend VMS auto body on Azuza for anyone looking for a top tier family-owned autobody/mechanic shop!!!

I was referred to this place by my sister which I am thankful for. We had a hit and run on our new car and sadly had to look for a place to get it fixed, I callled VMS auto body and they had quick availability to take my car in. The car was ready in a timely manner sooner than I expected, I kept getting text message follow ups which I really liked. They handled everything with the insurance where I didn't have to worry about. The staff was wonderful from the first day Kevin introduced himself and explained the process, when the car was ready Alex explained the repairs and showed us the awesome job they had done. I am very happy with my car, I got it back looking new again and the wash and wax made it look even better and it was greatly appreciated! Just like I was referred to VMS auto body I will definitely be referring my friends and family. I highly recommend this place for your auto repairs, they will exceed your expectations and you won't be disappointed!!Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

I've been using VMS for a long time. They've worked on a few of my cars as well as my dad's. They are always kind and helpful, but most importantly, their attention to detail surpasses my expectations. They work with you and your insurance to make your life easier. So, when recently my wife's car got smashed in a parking lot and person fled, I knew who I wanted to go to, to take care of my wife's car. I highly recommend them. My car was struck by a sheet of plywood on the freeway. VMS set up my tow service, dealt with my insurance claim, and fix my car within the promised time frame. Highly recommended.

My 2022 SUV was in a hit/run accident, with 34k damage. I was visiting CA from out-of-state, and saw all the great reviews of VMS on Google and Yelp (among others), and they definitely lived up to their reputation. Vicky, Kevin and Giovanni were great to work with and very helpful, and were very responsive to both my insurance company and me. It was unfortunate to meet them under the circumstances, but I was lucky to find them and would definitely work with them and VMS again in the same situation.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! I recently brought my car to VMS to have the bumper repaired and they did a fantastic job. My car looked brand new again. I want to thank everyone at VMS for doing such a wonderful job repairing my car! My Corvette is my pride and joy, and after having a hole punched in it by a pipe on the road, I was hesitant to take it anywhere to get the bodywork done. Looking at it now, you'd never guess there was any work done to it at all. They matched the paint perfectly and all of my body panels are back on arrow-straight. Jack, the owner, is an honest businessman and gave me the detailed rundown of the damage and what work would need to be done in order to complete the repairs. Jack, Sally, and Vicky were all friendly and communicative throughout the entire repair process, which was much appreciated with all of the covid-related production issues happening with parts availability. I will wholeheartedly recommend VMS to anyone needing body repair done on their car.Service: Painting

Someone decided to brighten my day by keying my car, and it was quite a deep, long scratch. After a bit of researching, I came across VMS and saw overwhelmingly positive reviews. I decided to make an appointment to get an estimate. I am so extremely happy I chose these guys! The service provided to me was phenomenal, and they took care of all the insurance stuff for me. Everyone I spoke with was very kind, and I felt they understood my needs. And, the best part of all, I can't even tell that my car was keyed!
