This place is great. Had my prepurchase inspection done here and they found a failed parking brake part that was missed at the dealership, which got fixed within the warranty period. Later when I had some major strut issues they handled it directly with the warranty people and had it ready in less than a week when they were already super busy. The shop also has a quiet, clean place to work if you need to wait it out on-site while they do the repairs and maintenance. Big fan of Rod's professionalism and courtesy, and Dino's expert repairs. Will be a dedicated customer for many years even though there are closer shops and dealers in between. Glad I take my car here to Valley.

Rod is an honest person and we appreciate his work on all our Mercedes. He would tell you which services are considered "overkill" based on his decades of experience. On top of that, his prices are extremely reasonable. think about this, there's a dealership literally few miles away, but everyone i know who owns a mercedes in the area prefers Valley Mercedes.Services: Brakes, Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

Their reputation is impeccable because for over 30 years they have been the alternative & honest option to Benz dealership 2 miles away. Old School tradition & dependability shines. Dino & Rob are as genuine as the service they provide. Leave your car in their hands & your worries are over.

Since I bought my Benz, I'd always gone to the dealership for ANY type of services that was needed. Knowing that the services there were "overpriced" but I felt better because I thought who would be better than the dealership? I realized I was completely wrong about it the day I took my car to Valley Mercedes. Customer service is great; very friendly yet professional. Dino and the crew are the best, they are committed to customer satisfaction You can trust them to do a great job. You can rest assured that every penny you spend was well worth of the services you receive. They will go above and beyond to accommodate you with your situation and services you need to get done. Even for other services that they don't provide, they will recommend you to other great business places. They will look into the issue to the very details and recommend you for future services if needed and timelines you can better manage your schedule and finance. I know nothing about cars except how to drive them but they will educate you and explain to you every single detail. I highly recommend Valley Mercedes. I've never gone to any other auto shop ever since because I am confident that my car is in good hands. An auto shop with excellent services and best mechanics with ultimate knowledge and skills who are committed to customer satisfaction - you don't find it easy. Don't take my word for it? Go visit and you will see that my review is understated.

I know that every time I drop off my car, it's in great hands. I trust Dino and the staff, that they are honest. Prices are much better here than the dealer for the exact same job! Been going for 4(ish) years now :)

I LOOOOVVVEEEE these guys! They are very friendly, they do not try to OVER sell you on anything. If you don't need something they will tell you what can wait. They are very honest and trustworthy!This is the only place that touches my M Class for service!

I have owned several Mercedes in the past. My S600 V12 twin turbo is a very complicated vehicle. I now found dealership service with a affordable price at Valley Mercedes. Dino is very competent, clean and neat. If they can take care of my Mercedes they can take care of yours.

Valley Mercedes Service is the best Mercedes Service Center that I have been with reasonable charge and quality service, saved me a lot more than what I was quoted in other mechanic shops who posted MBZ ,BMW logos on there shops with wrong diagnosis , this center servicedFor me S500 ,E350, C240 and I will count on this shop as long I own Mercedes Thank you Dino, they tried everything possible to save me which they did cut cost more than 60% of what I was told some where else

I CAN NOT BE MORE HAPPY THAN I AM TO HAVE BROUGHT MY E320 HERE. IF YOUR LOOKING FOR GOOD HONEST MERCEDES SPECIALIST THAN THIS IS THE PLACE. I WILL NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE. DINO TOOK CARE OF MY CAR NEEDS. SO I RECOMMEND IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH YOUR MERCEDES BRING IT HERE YOU WON'T BE SORRY! THANKS GUYS FOR YOUR GOOD WORK!
