Been taking my cars here. Ed s Independent tried to charge me 8k for a repair and refused to work on my car so I took it here and got my car running for 4k. It s been running for 2 years now.I really trust S.O.S as of now

Definitely taking my BMW here every time it needs service. The employees are kind and helpful. I'm not sure I've ever met a more honest mechanic. They helped me through a very complicated situation involving my insurance and helped get everything squared away.

This is the best all around shop I ever been to. From the moment I pulled into their parking lot, they made me feel like family. It s so hard to find a good and honest mechanic , I will never use anyone else, was charged a lot less than other estimates. I brought my 740 due to grinding which I thought was my transmission, turns out the last person who did my brakes neglected to secure retaining bolts properly. A lesser mechanic would've fabricated an issue to confirm my suspicion- no such trickery here.Israel was professional and personable, open to answering questions and giving advice on courses of action. He caught issues that other mechanics neglected to mention, and took care of it within a couple business days. His pricing is reasonable, too- didn't break the bank, but you know you're paying for quality.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Brakes

The best mechanic shop for Volvo's ever! Been going here to service all my Volvo vehicles for years! Israel is a great, honest, and dependable man who definitely cares about his work, and making sure your vehicle is serviced correctly! Wouldn't go anywhere else

I take my bmw here. The service is always warrantied, and done right. I took my mothers car in for service recently and once again a fair price and perfect work with a warranty. They do everything from body work, paint engine drive train. AC and electrical. Fair prices and full insurance work if needed. Havent had any problems. Very happy, i got lucky when I found this place.

There's good reason nearly every review is at least 4 stars and 5-- SOS Automotive is simply the best specialty auto repair near and far. We have two Volvo's: a 1981 Volvo GL and 2005 Volvo S40. Because of this shop's excellent and long years experience at their trade, even our 1981 runs smoothly and Israel does not use rebuilt or previously used parts for it; if he cannot locate a part, he won't compromise quality and somehow has located parts which I greatly appreciate. They are considerate of every customers needs, don't inflate part prices or pad a work order with unnecessary adjustments, and even repairs other shops nearby couldn't do recommended them. Excellent business that appreciates being a go-to auto repair not just for your money. And the cars come back all clean!

s.o.s automotive stands out on higher level of greatness, if you are looking for a trustworthy auto shop. look no further. i drive from rancho cucamonga to west covina because this is the best auto shop within 500 hundred miles radius. israel is the most knowledgeable service manager and is as trustworthy as any man can be. highly recommend s.o.s automotive

This a top notch establishment. Over the years Israel took excellent care of our Volvo S60R. He is extremely knowledgable, honest, professional and stands behind his work. Can't say enough good things about our experiences there. Highly recommended!

Fantastic alternative to high-priced, often questionable dealership repair shops. Isreal and his stuff are friendly, trustworthy, professional, and above all friendly. Since discovering his shop I have taken all of my foreign cars, my family's cars, and recommended the shop to friends for repair. With the inclusion of their new state-of-the-art collision repair facility, S.O.S is truly a "one stop shop" for your automotive needs at a very fair price.

I own 6 cars and drive all of them frequently so inevitably there is often a car in the shop. I can honestly say that I have never experienced a shop that prides themselves and holds themselves accountable like SOS and specifically Israel. I had SOS do an evaluation for a car that I was planning on purchased. Even though they missed one thing that turned out having to be repaired, Israel's commitment to take care of it and make it right was so far superior to anything that I have ever experienced or anything that I could wish for. Above and beyond doesn't even come close. I only wish they were in Oregon!! I will definitely have them check any other cars I buy in the future. A million thanks!!

Wonderful people! I went to have a mystery sound solved, and it was solved. There was a once over given to my C70, and I am thankful. I will always come here for service, oil changes and anything that my vehicle may need! I honestly can recommend every Volvo owner come here to have your Volvo serviced.

My family took both our Audi's here several times for many years and like clockwork, a few days after getting the cars back, something major would be wrong with them. We were told our engine mounts had completely eroded and the engine was free floating in the front of the car. We were told it would be thousands of dollars to fix, etc. We just took the car to Audi of West Covina and found out there is NOTHING wrong with the engine mounts! I've lost thousands of dollars to these guys. Total scam artists. Another example, I took my car here to get the timing chain repaired and got the car back with a horrendous oil leak that was not there before. Took my car here again to get the axle fixed and not 24 hours later, many alerts popped up on my dash. It took a week and a half to get the car back after they completely screwed the electronics in the car. One alert light has still not gone off and of course it costs 4K to fix something they broke!!! Please take your car somewhere else. Biggest regret is trusting anything these guys say. Sweet talking scam artists.

Rick is efficient. He kept me updated on the repairs of my Honda. My car looks awesome. I highly recommend this body shop. They do wonderful work.

Isreal is awesome!!! They have helped me so much with my VW. They got it running and were truly reasonable with the price. Half of what the dealer wanted to charge!!! Great guy, great shop, very honest. Would highly recommend!

I ve taken my 2010 5 series here multiple times each time I have had a great experience. Good work and usually in a timely manner. Only have had 1 issue with them but other than that good every time

This place knows exactly what they are doing. Do not take your car to those smaller lazy shops that will guess or overcharge you for something. Bring it here if you want it done right. Everyone here is very nice and polite!

SOS Automotive is the best place in the the San Gabriel valley to get your car service and repair. They're very professional with a vast expertise in BMW, VOLVO, MERCEDES, VW and they have very reasonable prices. I prefer to have them work on my Volvo XC90 than the dealer.

There are no words to describe perfectionist you just have to witness it... Witnessing the all star team that Isreal has assemble in action is Amazing to see them take my Audi W12 motor complete apart and put it back together and a year later for her to run so smooth... Bought a car off a good friend in Illinois he gave me Nery's number for transport and it was all over after that Nery hooked it up from start to finish car made it to California safe and sound, thanks again Nery , God Bless

They are professional Volvo mechanics, and I have a Volvo. They wash your car and clean the inside when done, no extra charge.
