I had One Stop give me an estimate on a 2024 Mazda. They responded almost immediately through Yelp and offered an estimate based on the damage and paint job as well as an informed estimate of how long it would take to finish the job. After getting some comparisons at other highly rated shops I went with One Stop because they offered to keep it within my budget and their manager Marco had excellent communication. This place was not the lowest estimate, but it was very reasonable, and their service was professional. They kept me in the loop while the job was being done. They are certified to do complicated 4 stage paint jobs and so the results were stellar. I'd recommend this shop to a family member so obviously I would recommend them to all of you.

I want to thank Marcos and his whole team for helping me deal with everything from fixing my car and making it look like nothing ever happen customer service was very helpful best body shop in Covina ca highly recommend. Amazing work guys

The repairs done made my car look like it was brand new! The turn around was super fast too! And the price was the best after getting quoted 3 locations that were more and would take longer. This shop is amazing this is my second time going there. Jerry is super understanding through this whole situation. He kept me updated with the process of my car. He always keeps his words 1st time my car took one week and got it back. Second accident took 2 weeks and kept me completely updated with the whole process where it put me to ease. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who has an accident or just want their car looking good. Jerry and Marco are the best. Each time that I had a problem when they were fixing my car they came through for me. Both of these guys are the best in the business. They really care about their customers. They also go out of their way to help you when you need it. So I highly recommended One Stop collision. Please if you get in an accident take your car here. They Will take great care of you.

Great service... Usually when you get into an accident the biggest stress is dealing with the insurance, but Marco made sure to make the transition easy. We took the car in the same day it was hit, and in less then 2 weeks we got it back as if nothing happened to it. All the parts were original, the paint amazing, and the detail they gave the car, it shows that they cared... I completely recommend it...

One Stop did a stellar job on fixing a terrible sideswipe on my car. The fix and new paint job look amazing and my car looks new again. The One Stop team also corrected a computer malfunction that could have been a safety issue. The owner Jerry strives to provide the best service and it is surprising to be taken care of so well. That is why I went to this shop in the first place! Thank you One Stop!!!

The paint quality is ok for the price they charged me but during the first week of driving my car, the paint on my front sensor started peeling but the shop came to fix it free of charge. The only major complaint I have is that when they where cleaning the car out, my phone magnetic mount was missing. I asked them where it was and they couldnt find it. They also told me they would update me and send me photos of the status of the car but that never happened. But for the price, Im pretty happy.Service: Painting

My 2018 Hyundai Elantra had some damage on lower right front and back quarter panels. Talked it over with Jari, and he gave me a repair price I could not refuse because it was so much lower than quotes from competition in area. It once again looks like it did day I drove it off the lot!!! Can not go wrong trying One Stop, he and his staff go out of their way to please.

When everything was a mess and hectic after a auto accident the staff over at one stop auto body gave me a big sigh of relief when they handled everything for me on my car, from taking it in, fixing it to delivery. They did an amazing job on the repair and I was kept informed every step of the way with frequent updates, most definitely recommend this shop to everyone!

We had to take our company bus here because someone put 2 holes in the gas tank to steal the fuel. Thanks to One stop to help us with everything. Very polite and helpful with anything to do with paperwork or questions. Thank you for all you help. 5* service
