Terrible place. The worst customer service I ve ever experienced buying a car. I m definitely reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. They were extremely unprofessional and rude. Mr. Joseph here doesn t work with people of color so keep on that mind if you have any morals or values you would steer clear of this place unless you are also a racist.

Straight forward, on to the point and smooth purchase. Thanks to Joseph, we were able to get a reliable commuter car, all paperwork was handled through their end and within a few days the registration was on my name + title(after 2 weeks). Appreciate doing business with Joseph and JMB.

I went to this dealership and I got a Toyota Camry and it was so clean,low mileage and detailed looked like new. I had a bad credit score and they helped me to get good monthly payments and Good company to finance with. I really recommend this dealership.They are so good people and they helped to get the right car.

Not a dealership. So that discredit the other reviews claiming a great experience and place with good CS. There is no other pupils on-site but the (1) guy who is the owner.Very mediocre and unorganized. Not a place or site I would have confidence in purchasing a vehicle. Be aware. This is not a dealership! Terrible, fake reviews and a scammer. Don t waist your time driving there.

I came to JMB Auto Sales, Inc. looking for a small car in a budget. I have really bad credit but they were still able to work with me to finance a car. They were very friendly and professional and followed up with me several weeks after purchasing the car. They made the process of financing and of transferring ownership very simple and easy to understand. Bad service, I asked questions on a listing they had & whoever was responding was just replying lol . If you expect people to not ask questions about a car they re interested in maybe you shouldn t sell any cars. Just a tip.

I very rarely leave reviews .but due to the unprofessionalism of this business, I thought I d be doing someone a favor. This place is rude and extremely unprofessional .to the point they felt the need to message me an extremely rude and unprofessional comment. Not sure if they were having a bad day but it seemed as though the person messaging just wanted to go back and forth and bully me through text. I ve never experienced anything like this from a dealer so definitely beware. I would give this place 0 stars if I could but the reviews won t let me.
