Phillp knows his stuff and researches solutions and gave me many options with my engine repairs. Always loved taking my BMW here. He is very fair in price and super professional. Don't listen to the other poor reviews here and he's better than any dealer tech.

I have been bringing my BMW to Phillip for years now. He is very polite, professional, informative, and on top of all, does a great job and prices are amazing. Has always offered better prices than any other mechanics I ve been to. Very attentive to details and will let you know all the things that might need to get replaced so you can later decide what you would like to prioritize. I would recommend this place to any BMW owner that wants an excellent and reliable job, without the burden of being overcharged. 5-star shop!!

Was broke out of town about 30 miles from home and Philip helped me out by geting me home. Nice guy. Was fare and kind. Extremely knowledgeable

Phillip is a great guy, no doubt. However, most business owners despite being very kind and well intention-ed lose sight of the long term business success due to not wanting to own a problem and fix it.My situation started today, turned in my BMW several days ago for a service engine light. Requested a diagnostic be done on the vehicle and make sure all problems are addressed. He called back, had a list for me, we got the items fixed.I then returned this morning to pick up the car. Driving back to work from the shop, the dash board on the vehicle lights up with an error, and my vehicle loses all power. The Car is on, but no amount of pressure to throttle is increasing the car's speed. I manage to reach work somehow, park the car, and call Phillip.He is a nice man, takes my call, looks at the error and tells me when he checked there were no problems, and things sometimes happen. I can live with that answer, things happen, but now I am stuck and need help. Alright, I requested his help. I offer to have one of my co-workers pick him up so he could see the car, he refused. I asked is there anything I can do, he said he could do nothing. Had to return to work, so we concluded our conversation. Since then I have tried three times to reach Phillip, no answer. I was not looking for money back, nor make life difficult. I just wanted help and a solution. This is what I mean about being short-sighted. I do not want anything but help.As I write this I am still at the office disappointed. I will find a way, but I do not enjoy writing reviews, like this about anyone however I lost a lot of respect today. Money is not more important than relationship, but I really admired Phillip and thought he would never behave this way. I was wrong. You will do well if your repairs are simple enough, if you have a major issue don't expect help. You might end up with a lemon and no one to take your call nor any help. It is sad, he is throwing away thousands, very short-sighted.

Can t beat the prices!Took my 2015 BMW i3 Rex in for an oil change.Philip was done in about an hour.Once all services had been completed, I check my BMW connected app, finally the annoying oil change warning had been cleared and updated.Using my car s hold state of charge feature, I ran the Rex for about 50 miles today. Going over some hill that usually make the Rex put in work. The car normally becomes noticeably loud when compared to the absolute quite of being purely electric. At the end of it all the Rex ran nice and smooth.Very satisfied with the service.
