Got a call from Isabel, saying she works with my auto insurance ( It was in a way that made it sound she was from my insurance) and that they want to move my car to eagle auto collision because they are a Chevy authorized service provider and use Chevy parts. I said if you think it is best go ahead, I found out later, Isabel works for a third party company, I believe she got my number from the towing company that towed my car to the first shop. I didn't realize it wasn't my insurance company that recommended the move until I called them to figure out why they didn't authorize service yet to a place that they wanted my car sent. They use shady techniques to get your car to there shop, I called Chevy and they are not a authorized shop, when I called them out they said that they use gm parts and have a tech that has his Chevy certificate. When I told them it was fraud the way they got my car there I was told it was not because they said Isabel works "with" my insurance not "for" and it isn't like they used my credit card or something. Please watch out doing business with this shop.Service: Body & Trim

Good Customer service and fast. I took my car to replace the bumper and paint it. They told me it will be finished in two weeks but they called after 4 days and told the car was finished. I recommend this place.

I highly recommend this place! Very professional staff. My car was ready the exact time they told me it would be ready. I called a few times just for quick updates and thats exactly what they gave me. My car looks better than i imagined! Im glad i didn't go anywhere else!
