Mike was my advisor and he was patient with me, knowledgeable and super friendly. I had tons of questions, and he was kind enough to answer all of my questions and give explanations too. He gave me breakdown of what was needed to be done with my car. My car needed the right quarter panel, right door, right fender and a small part of my right rear bumper repaired. He updated me day-by-day which I definitely appreciate. And when my car was done, they did a PHENOMENAL job!I highly recommend going to this auto shop to get your car service for body repairs. You won t leave disappointed. And the staff was extremely friendly and helpful too.All in all, 5/5 service. Thanks a lot guys!

I was referred to this place because it was contracted with my insurance after I sustained a hit and run. They fixed it up as they should have with good customer service and a timely manner. However, when I got my car back, I noticed that the rubber strip was missing on my driver side windshield as if it was ripped off, so I mentioned it to the lady that was helping me. She was very quick to gaslight me, saying that it was already missing before I brought in the car without double checking with the mechanics or anything. After I had some hesitation telling her that I would have noticed it missing when we were doing a run through when I first brought it in, she finally asked the mechanic about it and he said it was already missing. Since I am not a confrontational person, I thanked them for fixing my car and went home. At home, I realized I had photos of my car when it got damaged and saw that the rubber strip was still there in the photos so I called them and she told me to bring it back in. After showing another worker there the image with solid proof, he said that it must have flown off while driving. The thing is, it looked like it was ripped off from the top corner as it is one big square rubber piece that fits around the windshield, so it could not have just "flown off" during my drive. I went home since they were very persistent on gaslighting me that it was not their fault. It just sucks because they were doing such a good job getting the car repaired but could not admit to a wrongdoing and just replacing it because now I won't be able to recommend my family or friends to this place in the future.

Do not go to this auto shop for repairs unless you want terrible customer service and for them to not care about your car. Be careful of the towing guys that work with their company because even if it rains, they will roll your windows down to ruin your car. There is one guy that did not even know how to turn on my car and was so rough with my vehicle. There is a worker or manager here with serious attitude issues. He got so upset that I wanted estimates first before I decide if I wanted to repair at their place. Once I decided not to move forward with them, he quickly ran out to block the towing guys from parking my car on the street to bring to another auto shop. I highly recommend bringing your car somewhere else that treats customers right and their cars with respect. I am glad I chose to repair my car somewhere else.

Great place to get your car fixed. Such a great team considerate of your situation and doing what they can to help. Got my truck back, looking great and quicker than expected. I was even allowed to leave my rental there when I picked up my truck.

At first my estimate was for 2k then after a week it was 4k then they had me wait about 4-5 weeks and waited on the last day to tell me so it's now 6k because something about the computer not running?? Now I have to wait for the insurance company to mail me in a check cause they didn't let them know about the price change until the last day. I don't what kind of operation they got running here but it's a little fishy taking way too long just for some minor damage done to the side of my vehicle wouldn't recommend going here just go to a professional place like caliber collision I've had a truck with way more damage done within two weeks. this spot is no good.people keep u updated just armordor wasn't much help I felt Ulysses helping me out more than him and he wasnt even assigned to me lol I wish I could give 0 stars.

They had my car started within 24 hours of the accident and it was completed ahead of schedule. When I picked it up, they told me to bring it back if anything was wrong, so when my A/C wasn't working properly, I took it back, and they fixed it right away. Great Team! Very communicative, very easy to work with and super efficient. I hope I never have to go back again, but if I do ever have an accident again, I know where I am going! Crash Champions are the best!

Great customer service, very reasonable time on repairs, I liked the text updates as my car was being repaired. My rental was dropped off at location. Also as soon as I dropped off my car the guys stripped it down for repair within mins which I was blown away! I saw this only because I left some things in my car I forgot to take out! They didn t just park it and leave it in the corner. They got to work! I got my left side doors replaced among other damages done to my car. Car looks great like nothing happened to it. My experience with crash champions body shop was excellent. Mike and Alex kept me update on my vehicle repair. They had my vehicle ready before the date that they told me. In general I'm happy with service and repair. 100% recommended.

I had a great experience at this repair shop. Everyone communicated well throughout the process. They were very patient when I had to reschedule my appointment several times. They also completed my repair a day earlier then expected. They also let me leave my rental at their shop when I picked up my repaired vehicle which saved me time and everything was closed out appropriately. I went there on a recommendation from my insurance due to a claim. I was very satisfied with their professional service during the inspection and went with them for the service of my vehicle. I was pleased at their updates and notices about the every process of my vehicle's service. They were able to finish ahead of schedule, which was very satisfactory to me. The service was amazing! It s really hard to find a shop with reliable and professional people. Being a girl usually I get treated like if I don t know anything at repair shops but here I was treated with respect. Everyone in the office and field were very attentive and professionals. I had been involved in a car accident and geico recommended this shop for my vehicle repairs. My car repair estimate was for about 11 days but they had it ready in less than a week. They kept me up to date on everything. The whole process was very clear. They fixed all the dents and scratches that my vehicle had, my wheel was also repaired, they painted my car, and the paint was done perfect! Also my vehicle was very clean when I got it back. My first impression wasn't a good one. Desiree Marquez had an attitude the whole time when going over the paperwork showing where the damage was done she marked the wrong side. When I brought it to her attention she rolled her eyes and said it wasn't a big deal. Even though, I had to sign it stating it was right. Making it a legal document. She just marked x's over the mistakes and on the correct side. After that, she walked away. They did text on the status of the vehicle They called me and messaged me saying the car would be ready at 5 p.m. and that it was in the wash at 3 p.m. when I went to get it. It wasn't ready till 5:47 p.m. when I finally saw my vehicle it was scratched on the side it wasn't hit on and was missing the edging for the fender. When I brought that up to Desiree, she claimed the insurance company didn't cover after-market weather strips. I went over the final bill and pointed out that the edging was on the final bill she removed it. For the scratch, she stated it was there before and went to look at the pictures when it was brought in and came back outside with a rag and buffer to take the scratch out. I do not recommend this place at all. Imagine people that do not check what they're getting billed even to the insurance company. I took my car regardless and didn't check the list completely because of how upset I was for the things I found from looking at it quickly.

From the beginning, I felt comfortable and can see that Crash Champions did good work and were reliable. The staff was nice and knowledgeable from the first phone call. Appointments were easy to make.Jessie was my rep and he kept me in the loop. There were some delays in getting parts which sometimes can be out of anyone's control but I was informed ahead of time so that I can plan around it.My vehicle was taken care of in a timely manner and looks great. It makes me look forward into getting into other accidents so that Crash Champions can fix my cars to brand new.

Brought my car to Crash after an accident. Repair work looked great - you could not tell the car had been in a significant accident previously. All the staff was very friendly, offered a ride from the shop, and kept me informed along the way as to the work progress. Was referred to this shop by USAA and I couldn't be happier with the service we received. Dropped off the vehicle on a Monday and it was ready by Wednesday (the same week) great, great, great Customer Service and Communication. William is the Best! Hopefully I never need another body shop but if I do, I will not hesitate to call Crash Champions.Service: Body & Trim

Unfortunately, not great work. Replaced parts are not aligned. Bumpers are replaced but is not straight. A bunch of screws and bolts missing to hold parts in. Needs thorough inspection upon pick up.

I went there for two little dents on my rear left door. The staff were friendly and they fixed the car pretty quick too. However, the quality of the work is pretty sloppy. I found a lot discrepancies on my car, seems like they took off some of the parts but did not put it back as how they were. No attention to detail. I wouldn t recommend to anyone who s looking for a quality car fix.

One star is the least you offer or it would be negative stars. I had been using them on the recommendation of my insurance and they did a good job before they changed their name. Now it has all gone down hill. They refused service because I brought to their attention some errors on my vehicle and when I came back they denied what they did as I would not have know unless the worker pointed it out to me. I had brought my car back to them to give them another chance and they are holding my vehicle now that they do not want to fix it but scheduled my appt. and I brought it to them. Waiting to send my vehicle to another shop because they cannot fix the issue they advised. Joke of a business. Lots of other places with same or better service.

I brought my car in to get the fender fixed. They quoted me one price and after the work was done the bill was hundreds of dollars higher than what they quoted me. They also said there was damage under my vehicle and it would cost thousands to repair. I brought my car into a different shop the following day and they said nothing was wrong with my car and they were lying. These guys are scam artists be careful!!!

Called in and the woman picked up the call (later on I found out her name is Desiree), was very rude and unprofessional, showing attitudes to me and my wife. I expect everyone working there to be polite and customer-centric, if you cannot control yourself at the moment please have someone else pick up the phone. Very bad experience.

This body shop is by far one of the best body shops i have ever encountered. They have an absolutely exceptional service, starting from the service desk and all the way to the final inspection of the vehicle. The vehicle practically looked brand new upon pickup and you can tell that they took their time in making sure the quality of work is 100% before giving the vehicle back to the customer. They have done an exceptional job, i recommend this body shop to everyone.

I had to take my vehicle 3 times back because they did a terrible job the first time. Had a dent on my quarter panel, they managed to damage paint where they didn t even repair. Left the interior a mess. Overall, no attention to detail. They were friendly but overall extremely unhappy with the work quality. Do yourself a favor and do not take your car to this shop.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Saul was my rep. Such a friendly and happy professional guy. The office staff also very professional and promptly assessed my need. The body work on my car was super nice and I can't even tell where the damages were. Life time warranty and fast service is part of the deal.

I just received my van back from Pacific Collision a few days ago. I am very impressed with their quality of work and their communication. They kept me updated at least once or twice a week to let me know the progress on my van. My van was done a week later then they originally quoted, but regardless I was still happy with the length of time it took to repair my car. In the past I have dealt with another local body shop and their quality of work was poor and they had my car an unreasonably long time. I will definitely return to Pacific Collision for any other collision repair needs.
