I purchased a V8 Silverado from Christian Ortega on 12/30/23. I was looking at the lot when Christian approached me. He was very respectful and courteous. I was very impressed with his easygoing attitude and NO no-pressure sales tactics. I am very satisfied with the entire process. I look forward to doing more business at Covina Hills Chevy and will recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

I have used this service since I purchased a car of this brand. Unfortunately, the service gets worse every time. I was given an appointment for 7:20 am to check the on-board computer and the problem with the catalytic converter. They said it would take 2-3 hours. I returned 5 hours later as I still had not received a message from them. I was told that the system was not working and I needed to wait. After another hour, I went to check and it turned out that since the system was still not working, they didn t even look at the second problem, although this does not require a computer. As a result, I stayed there for about eight hours and was offered to come another day when the system will working. Could it have been done 5 hours earlier? Why should I spend all day on something that could have been checked within an hour. At my next appointment, I arrived, handed them the keys and stay waited. What outraged me was that the employee came to check the car, turned it on and left for about 30 minutes. When I asked why my car was on and no one was doing anything with it, I was given the answer that it would be diagnosed soon. Ok, but wasting gas for 30 minutes doesn't make sense at all. I think they need to be a little more attentive to their customers.

I was told the parts would be there by the second day. It took 5 days to get the parts. It took the 6th day to install the passenger window mechanism.

Terrible costumer support when it comes to trying to find out the status of my truck repair. I call 6 different times. Didn't receive a call back like they said they would. Couldn't seem to forward me to the person I am asking for. They don't even deserve one star for the terrible job they are doing

Recieved excellant service. I had an appointment and was taken care of quickly. I was out of there in an hour. Highly recommend getting your Chevrolet serviced here.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE LEFT MY CAR THERE DIDN'T FIX WHAT THEY SAID THEY WERE GONNA FIX THEY TEST DRIVE MY CAR TOOK MY CAR TO GET THERE LUNCH MOVED MY STUFF IN MY CAR I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE
