I've had nothing but good luck with benders. They're always straightforward and get work done in a fairly reasonable time frame. Their cost for labor seems pricey but I've seen places charge more and the quality of work and how fast they get it done didn't even compare to how good bendors was all around. You can pay for what you got and you really get your money's worth going to them. I would highly and do highly recommend to friends, family and strangers. The only time I have problems is if I bring them the wrong part which is totally 100% not their fault.

Brought my car to Benders s Automotive and I was very satisfied. My car was diagnosed accurately, the cost was reasonable and the work was completed in a timely manner. Honest, friendly and efficient. The staff is great. I will return here for all my auto repair and maintenance. Bender has been taking care of my cars for over 15 years... Tom and his crew are professional, fast and always get the job done.. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.. I usually got mistreated or taken financially advantage of by dealers; but never once at Benders.. save yourself the hassle of shopping around, benders is reasonably priced and the service is awesome!!!

We ve (entire family, over 10 vehicles) been taking our vehicles to Benders over the past 10-15 years. Mike and Tom and have always treated us fairly. I ve never felt taken advantage of or pushed into something I wasn t entirely sure of. Their work is timely and superb. We have friends now that are using Benders on our recommendations and recommending their friends and family. One of our great businesses here in Covina.

Mike at Benders was great. Walked me step by step and explained everything that had to be done in a manner so that I could understand it. I d go back to him, but he fixed my truck so good I don t think I ll be back at Benders for a while until 1,000 mike check so he can see how it s running. Good customer service and always keeps you in the loop.Thanks Mike & Benders

Benders is my go to repair shop for my 2013 Scion FR-S.I recently had my car in to rebuild my FR-S motor due to a valve spring breaking. The engine rebuild exceeded my expectations. Great service with an emphasis on professionalism.Tom and Mike were so easy to work with and very friendly.This is a great auto repair shop. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

Great shop! Bender's has repaired and restored all the vehicles I have owned over the past 12 years and I've never had a bad experience. There prices are fair and they stand behind their work. If your looking to restore a vintage vehicle, this is the place to go.

Benders is the most trusted place that I know of to take my cars. They are thorough, fair and very friendly. Big Mike, Tom and Denise and all the guys in the back - Thanks for taking such great care of my vehicles. Keep up the great work!

Our daughter had been experiencing problems with her car not starting, she had tried with other shops to resolve the issue unsuccessfully, obviously very frustrating. We took it to Benders and they were able to isolate the problem and found a few other things that we thought were just characteristics of the car but obviously were serious issues. Thanks for getting her on the road and relieving her underlying stress that she would get stuck somewhere!!

RUDE! I came in with an appointment at 1:00 for a steering alignment. I walk up to the office and I am about to enter, and this little lady tells me "let's go outside" I tell her about my 1:00 PM appointment and she says "we don't have any appointments at 1:00, no one is here that can do alignments" then she says "leave your truck here, we will call you in a few hours" I spoke to Mike yesterday, he said to come in at 1:00 and I can just wait because it will only take 30 minutes. He was out to lunch at 1:00 so I waited in the parking lot. Next a little old man with a severe case of small man's complex comes running out and says "what's with the attitude" long story short I went to bear frame and wheel and it was cheaper and everyone was really nice, they also let me wait for it to be done. About 20 minutes.

Benders is honest and does quality service every single time. Whenever other automotive places cannot figure out the problem or they do the work wrong, bring it to Benders..... they always get it right! Benders takes pride in the integrity of their work.

Tom Bender, the owner, is an extremely down to earth and reasonable guy who is completely transparent about his work and costs, and has always treated my vehicles with the utmost care. I would highly recommend this shop for any repair or body needs, as he and his staff are highly experienced.

Had an issue with gas leak and fumes inside the car. Benders was able to resolve the issue quickly and effectively. They have proven over the years of doing business with them to have the tools and knowledge to handle whatever problem your car may be having, honestly and with the skill to do it right the first tme.

I have been a customer of Benders for over 25 years ajnd found their service excellent and reasonable. They don/t oversell like most car dealers and Mike and Tom are very friendly and accommodating. They finish the job when promised

Why bother heading somewhere else where you don't know if they are tacking on extra work. I love Bender's! They let you know what needs to be done and gets it done at a reasonable rate. They are not the "cheapest" shop, and frankly why would you want the "cheapest" parts on your car? I had the "cheapest" parts on my last car and that guy is spending money on a new A/C!

Everyone knows I hop so I don't have to tell you about the food. What I can say is there service at this location has gotten better. I had your typical omelet with pan cakes, the server was prompt and friendly he checked on my regular. Overall a very nice experience from a year ago.

Best and most honest repair shop I've dealt with in a long time. They go to extra mile with everything they have the ability to do and will refer you to only other shops they've used personally for their own vehicles of they can't. I trust them 100% on every decision.

I broke down on my to Florida, didn't know where to go to get honest auto repair, took a chance, met with Mike Brown he gave me fair deal ,fixed what he told me was wrong and didn't find "other" problems . I made all the way home , my car has never run better! Thank for all your help, Jonathan Lindow

Had 2 long term problems. They found and fixed both in 1day. I even had my car at the dealer 4 times and they weren't able to fix either problem. My thanks to all at Benders.

Honest mechanic! 2 year warranty, and they stand behind their work. Been going to all the wrong places for too long. This is finally the right place.
