The staff are always friendly and willing to help.If the part you are after isn't in stock they let know if another store nearby has it or when they can get it.Most cases over night.

Great people, but limited supply. They depend on other stores to have what the customers need.. we can have it here by tomorrow morning is the common reply... Oriellys is going for the throat on Napa... try O relays first if you need it now...

Literally One of my favorite small town auto shops, friendly and if they don't have it usually their other store does. They will call and have it sent over or you can pick it up. Regardless the guys their are full of knowledge.

Really need to hire people that are familiar with autos and focusing on the customer. The main guy was very competent but his associate was pretty ignorant.

Great customer service by Steve K. at NAPA Auto Parts in Cottonwood. I needed an air filter that was not stocked by auto parts stores in Redding. Steve ordered the correct air filter from SAC and had it available for pickup later the same day. Steve made sure to order the correct filter, called me when it arrived at the store, and made sure I was aware of store hours.

Napa Auto in cottonwood was a 1st time experience for me & the place is great. The staff are knowledgeable & very friendly! Their prices are comparable to wm! Check this auto store out! I'll be back

Bought a $114 battery, manage to pack my old one in for them . Ask David to help me out with the new one I just purchased .And he flat said NO!!! I'll never shop with this store again.

Went there to have my battery checked and they came out to the car to make sure everything was just fine. I would recommend Napa in cottonwood any time.Thanks again Napa auto
