Manager Brittany called to schedule an appointment to have a piece of glass installed. When I informed her I would need to call her back as I am busy she called my landlord and told them I refused to make an appointment. To me that s extremely unprofessional and frustrating as I then had my rental company calling me while I m at work as well.

Hands down the best glass shop around. We replaced a bunch of windows and got some from Lowes and some from Cottonwood glass. The stuff from Lowes was low quality and delivered broken and had to return. Cottonwood Glass is knowledgeable, professional, and great to work with. These guys did a very good job on our windows and sliding doors, they were installed prefect! I had 4 quotes and they were the best quote and better brand and model than the other quotes. Ron helped me choose the best look for our house he also would return my calls right away if I have questions. The office people I talked to on the phone are very pleasant every time I call. My coworkers friend who also used them were very pleased with their work and pricing. Highly recommended and I would go to them again.

Great company with excellent customer service. They recently changed out the glass on our sliding glass door at home. They were in and out quickly and cleaned up after the job was complete.I just had them fix broken glass at my office. Sadly I had a break in at my business. I contacted Cottonwood Glass around 7:30am. They measured the glass and sent a truck to install new glass. They whole job was done by 10:10am. Their service technician, John, also noticed my door was sticking from a previous repair. He also fixed my door for me at no extra charge. That customer service was above and beyond. I highly recommend Cottonwood Glass.

The people at CG did an amazing job of replacing my windows on a four-plex I own. They were on time, treated the tenant's space with respect and had a very competitive price. Their workmanship exceeded my expectations. It's only been a couple of weeks, but the tenants are seeing a very real difference in their power bill. A full month of savings will probably add up to approximately $70-80. The tenants are very happy and the apts. are much quieter; a big plus. A++ job!

Called in for two custom single glass pane windows and received a call back in about a half hour, talk about fast. Great service and I highly recommend them.

Great people! Super helpful. They do everything from commercial buildings, schools, to broken glass in a picture frame.
