Joel will take care of your vehicle! He makes it quick & simple : He ll analyze the problem, give you a reasonable quote & get to work on fixing it, no ifs ands or buts!

i asked for a quote to replace a part on my car. phone quote was better than what was around the area so i decided to come in and get the car looked at to finalize the quote. he said he will call me with a final quote. got the final quote and decided it may not be the best approach, joel being a expert with 25 years of experience didnt give me a alternative fix for the job, no biggie. the part that wasnt told to me is that he would charge me $50 to give me a final quote. if i would of got this infromation before hand i would of never came in to get a quote. i understand some shops charge diagnostics fee but that is always disclosed before hand.cool guy but didnt like he added a fee to take a look at my car after the fact.

I have never been to a place like Joel's Harmony Garage before. Joel himself was extremely professional, informative, and just in general a great guy to be around. The shops prices are great for the quality work that you get there. I love Casey's work and I reccomend him to anyone that needs a quality focused, knowledgable, talented mechanic. He seriously does the best work on any vehicle. I will be going here for all of my car needs for as long as I can. Amazing work and amazing crew!!

I worked for this man for 10 years. He takes very good care of his customers and his work is excellent. If you have an old bug or newer rabbit, he can help you out no matter the problem. He is an excellent employer who treats his employees as he does his customers, with great care. He knows where to get quality parts at decent prices and passes the savings on to his customers.I'd work for him again, all he'd need to do is call. He's a fair man with concern to get your vehicle back into dependable condition the first time. If you have a Volkswagen, this is the place to go! Let him know you saw Richards review on the internet, tell him hi for me.

DO NOT GO HERE, I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE.Hopefully Joel remembers me, I came in with a 1998 F150 just to get it inspected, I had no problems with the car. After getting the car inspected Joel tells me I have a few leaks (Transmission fluid, as well as engine oil). He tells me he topped off all the fluids as well as the transmission fluid. Under the inspection of other mechanics, they have come to realize there are no leaks, and the transmission fluid was overfilled. The overfilling of the transmission fluid could be very damaging to my vehicle if I didn t get it drained and replaced. I m not going to say Joel purposely told me there we things wrong with the car and then damaged my car to drum up repeat business, but you could say that if you wanted. All I know is I wasted about $300.

I could not figure out what was wrong with my beetle, I took it in and before I even opened the trunk he knew what was wrong. Fixed it in a timely manner and it runs great, feels like a whole different car. I would definitely recommend using them.

Just another rip off artist mechanic. Seems nice at first but will definitely charge prices that will knock you out. Window motor repair $650 on average this shouldn t cost more then 350-$500Huge disappointment! I ll be taking business elsewhere or doing the work myself.

I've had my Passatt for 5 years and been going to several dealerships for service, but Joel And Ron's puts them all to shame!!! No more VW dealerships for me ever again.The problem with most VW dealerships is that the service people are way too concerned with the rating you will give them (5 on the scale of 1-5 is the only passing grade). This gets in the way of them being able to provide you good service.At one VW dealership I got suckered bad.. What happened was that I made an appointment and they promised that I would have my car by 2 pm, but I didn't receive a call at 2, so I called around 3 pm and they hadn't even touched the car. I then decided to pick it up with no service performed. I then took it to them to perform the recall and they said that it had already been done by another VW dealership. I had to go through so much trouble to fix that problem.Anyhow, Ron & Joel's been great! No pressure to give them a 5 star rating and the last time I went there the guy replaced my dipstick and fixed the moulding on the roof for free!I even sent my boss's VW conv. there because I knew they would do a good job....PS I got a raise shortly afterward- coincidence, I don't think so!

Took my 2002 Audi A4 in to have a coolant leak fixed. Went from 600 doller quote to 1600 final actual prise. Wich I paid. Well my cars secondary air injection is broke took it back to see if they would make it right. Nope. Just leaks more coolant now and still has a secondary air injection falure. I can't pass smog because of it now.forgot to put on multiple nuts and clips too the first time. And they have nothing but kids working on the cars. No skills what so ever. I can do a better job just no time having to work all the time to pay bills. He complained about getting dirty and greasy. Also did not put on Audi specific parts Wich is what I insisted on. So I spent 1600 to have my car messed up even more then it was. No happy to say the least. DO NOT GO HERE. Not skilled lack of experience. Go to pagnanos auto.

Not sure exactly who I talked to during my walk-in the other day but whomever it was was an absolute prick. As my wife put it "thought he was gods gift to VW." Well I can guarantee you that the thought will never cross my mind to use either parts or services by Harmony.
