Love coming here. They treat customer s right. Great crew, always fast, honest, and hard working to get your trucks back on the road and safe! Couldn t have asked for a better repair shop.

They are the best! The work is flawless, they're turn around times are fantastic, they can do stuff that other mechanics refuse to. Really top notch. We'll be using their service for a long time.

Long wait on a call ahead appointment. $234 oil change. Bad service. Won't be coming back.I called about the price charged for the oil change and was told that was their rate. I spoke to someone else who had gone there and was not charged nearly that amount for an oil change. These guys tried to sneak the cost on a fleet account and refused to budge and were only concerned when I posted a negative review then reached out trying to make it right. I'd rather have the review warning others than the discount oil change they'd offer.

Very bad service, the manager is never there. I left my truck there because it was damaged and they told me that the engine was not working, I brought it to Los Angeles, surprise the engine is perfect, it was just sensors. They almost make me buy an new engine. The worst of all is that they took the batteries and did not return them, they lost the key and disarmed the ignition. They never answer me to explain what happened. I do not recommend it, they always want to take advantage.They charged me for putting a screw one hour. They do not explain the charges they place on the bill.

Called them up at 3pm needing my work truck fixed. They took care of me and I was back on the road in 15 minutes. No paperwork, no hassle, no cost (under warranty). Probably the best service I've ever had from a vendor. Super friendly, remembered my name and everything. Can't recommend them enough!

We are three or four years into the truck body that Donahue put on it is holding up extremely well.What typically fails on the is the lock mechanism for the doors. Ours still works as well as the day we got it. Quality build Donahue thanks.

I had trouble finding a mechanic that would replace the rear end in an International 3800. Dave Bratcher, the manager - was extremely helpful and was able to replace the rear end in one business day. With the replacement, was also a re-gearing, which cause the speedometer to be off substantially. Dave worked with me to identify the correct parameters to change in the ECM/BCM to correct the speedometer.Throughout the process, Dave was responsive and friendly and worked with me to get the programming complete.I highly recommend Donahue Truck Centers in Cotati, Dave is an asset to them.I will be a repeat customer as needed.

I purchased a Hino at the end of 2016 through Rob at Donahue truck center. It was about the easiest large purchase for my business I have made in 37 years of business ...well Rob made it easy. The truck itself is great [hey its a Toyota!] and the build quality is amazing.The body done through them by Marathon is top notch. My thanks goes out to Tom Garcia of Marathon.Its worth noting i did this all over the phone, by email, and docs/checks by Fed Ex envelope supplied by Rob...so don't let it stop you if they are not close to your location...they delivered the truck right to my door...so easy.I rarely gush over a company but the professionalism of this outfit and their excellent service needs to be recognized. Thanks guys!As to Hinos; I've only owned mine a short time..but did my research. A couple buddies have been using Hinos for decades...and they won't buy anything else. They are very trouble free. Then I just had a delivery man in a Mitsubishi version deliver to me and seeing my Hino said the Hinos their company owns are bulletproof...not so with the truck he was driving or other mnfrs.

These guys are awsome Dave and His brother are awsome mechanics and if you need a Hino part this is the place to go Cody will find the part for you Natasha does great customer service and helps get your truck in and out
