Fantastic customer service. Zee was so nice, caring and efficient. I drove up and stayed in my car. The smog test was easy and quick. It was such a nice option! He is a gem and I more than recommend his business.

Zee is a top guy. Quick, reliable, kind, knowledgable. This was my first smog test so I had lots of questions, he without hesitation gave me good advice and patiently answered my queries. Hes gained himself a customer. Thank you!

The lady that works there gave me the paperwork and asked me to fill it out and told me to pull my car in as soon as she moves the car blue cking the entrance to the shop. While I was working on the paperwork in my car she asked me to move the car in. After I moved the car in, the guy working with her inside the shop asked me where am I going and told me to move it out and stop in front of the shop. I explained that the lady told me otherwise. He started being rude to her and me buy dismissing what she said and told me to RELAX. so I moved the car out and stopped in front of the shop where he asked me. After another customer came, he asked me to move the car back to the parking spot. I complained about the confusion and that he needs to use better language and after all customer service is important in their line of work. I guess he didn't like that and said, I better go somewhere else.Smog check is available in the area by many people. I took my business to somewhere more friendly.

Zee does an incredible job. If he has his doubts about your car passing, he will recommend repairs necessary to pass before he even bothers to charge you for a test. Stand up guy, and funny too! Thanks for always working on my cars, Zee!

I can't say enough about this quick and easy shop & Zee, the owner. It was the closest place to my home so I drove up, got right in, no waiting and passed. Zee is great, super friendly and a real pleasure to do business with. I'll see you again next time. Thanks again!

My family has been coming to Zee's Smog for quite some time and he's always so sweet. I came in to get a smog check done and I was feeling a bit under the weather. Zee greeted me and offered some water and to make some tea for me (I'm sure he caught on that I was sick lol). The tea, conversation, and service were all great! Thank you Zee!

This has to be one of the best Smog stations in the county. Not just a professional attitude and a very friendly one. Great people to deal with. Easy access, efficient process. Can't say enough good.

Zee's is the best Smog place in all of the OC.Yesterday I took my neighbors Camaro over to get smoked, just like always the staff was super nice and we were in and out in about 30 minutes.

I needed a smog check to register my car this year. My mechanic suggested I call Zee Smog in Costa Mesa. I called, thinking I would need to make an appointment, but the gentleman said I could come right over. 30 minutes later I had my certificate in hand.

Updating my post. It s been 4 years since I ve been coming here and just like the first time AMAZING service. Zee is one of the kindest person you will ever meet. I bring all my vehicles here. Fast service great place to get your vehicle smogged. Owner's name is Zee. He is really friendly and helpful I would highly recommend anybody who needs a smog check to come visit this place and check it out his quick and friendly service. I would definitely be coming back here again when I need my car smog and refer all my friends and family

I took all 3 of my vehicles to ZEE and received nothing but the most amazing customer service and overall smog experience I've been too. I now continue to go and use Zee because he genuinely cares about his customers and looks forward to building relationships with you. Also sitting and relaxing in his many available seats makes it go by fast and the process itself is effortless as Zee provides all the services. He even will offer a snack and beverage if you ask nice enough. Zee is the best smog shop I've been too with an even better Smog shop owner ready to greet you.
