Isaiah truly went above and beyond during my recent visit to Valvoline for an oil change. I usually like coming here as it s a good deal and quick service but they tried to take advantage of me just this past week. I was told my battery was testing at half the strength it should be. I thought that was weird but declined to replace it because it would be more than double than getting it replaced at Auto Zone/O Reilly. So I go and get it tested at two other places and it s perfectly fine. For future reference, don t assume someone is completely clueless about cars because they re a woman.

They wanted to charge $8 to top off radiator fluid. Crazy. Perhaps they were trying to make up for my $12 coupon. Same cost at the dealer for an oil change where I get the tires rotated and all fluids topped off.

We have a Groupon for oil change at Thai location. Pretty simple and efficient. We pull in and the attendants acknowledged us right a way and adviced how long it will take to get to our van. All the simple routines are checked and proceed to do the oil change. Took about 15 minutes to get the task done. All attendants are very courteous and knowledgeable!

Great, straight forward, & fit Perfectly into my budget....everyone was friendly, Not pushy, and well educated, informed of how their job needed to be done. No intimidating on additional services I should consider for another time. I will be back. You should go!! Never had to leave my car. Was able to get a couple other things done on my phone while they got things done. I had put off the simplest things my car needed from Other bad experiences elsewhere & just so glad I took the chance. All is well!!

I love how quick the drive through service is that you can easily do it on your break at work. They even rotated my tires and checked all my fluids, air filter and timing belt. They cannot fix everything here but they will figure out what's wrong for you and give you recommendations of where to go. It's kinda a fun experience too, like going through a car wash when you're a kid! It's bit pricey, but there are always coupons and Groupons available. Just make sure you get your Groupon the day before or you may not get it in time to use it while you're there.

Best place to get an oil change. Good price. Always fast, friendly and professional team. They let me know my coolants low too and topped it off for a few bucks. Excellent service. Nowhere else compares.

Quick and easy. Checked headlights, tire pressure , coolant, brake fluid all as part of the service.They've got some crazy hooks for those who know nothing about cars.($99.00 power steering fluid change for example) But if you stick with the basics, sitting in your car and chatting with mechanics sure beats climbing under your car and dealing with dirty oil.

Really friendly guys but way to expensive. Paid twice as much for the same work from Wal-Mart or Rodjy's auto repair in garden grove. I'll never go back to Valvoline

Very efficient and fast. Try to sell me a different oil but I said no. They ask me first before beginning the procedure. Way better than Jiffy Lube. Very nice and friendly. I saw a groupon for this location. The groupon states, " (Extra Fees for European Oils Apply)" So I call them, receptionist doesn't seem to know anything about it, transfers me. I start over, make, model, year, the man that takes the call doesn't know, keeps saying, "I believe," quotes all sorts of amounts for different things, can't quote a price for the complete oil change but says it's over $100. plus this and that. He doesn't really know, so another person takes the call, asks me again, make, model, year. He doesn't know what the call is about, it's now been 10 minutes. I tell him this is crazy that an oil change place doesn't seem to know pricing for an oil change. Trying to get a price is taking longer than the actual oil change...............So I decided not to use this business. Everyone was polite, but why doesn't anyone know their pricing for a simple car service?

Went in for a quick $120 oil change; Then the upselling started. When I questioned the prices of their additional parts (filters ect), two employees compared what a dealership would change. Most folks would avoid a dealership if they had a trusted mechanic. Find someone you trust and stick with him/her, or just get used to saying no thank you multiple times during your visit.Service: Oil change

I've come to this location a couple of times and they make things so easy! Paulina is very helpful and knowledgeable! All of the staff treated me so kindly and did a great job! Valvoline makes life on the road as a travel nurse easy and stress free when it comes to oil changes and other car upkeep things!! Fast and efficient, sat in my car while they checked out all the basics and completed oil change. Sure beats the usual two hour wait or 'we'll call you when it's done' that takes 4 hours of most garages.

Absolutely excellent service today. I needed a new battery and called ahead to see if they had the right one for my car. They did and when I drove up the guy I spoke with on the phone was in the doorway holding my new battery with a smile like it was my birthday present or something. Already 5 stars for making me laugh while going the extra mile. They still checked my old battery to make sure it was the problem. Very nice and professional people. They were extremely knowledgeable and explained everything they were doing with a genuine smile. I have been to Valvoline twice before and was impressed but this last time at this location was especially outstanding.

I called to get hours and she texted me a really good coupon. The guys were fast and had to do all they do with masks on. They told me other services my car needed but didn't push those services. I like going here. Trustworthy.

They always do a great job! I m taking 1 star off because this location was the most pushy I ve ever felt at a location for the extras. I ve been to about 10+ across the state, and this far exceeded a normal break down. I get it, push it, just don t push it too hard and make me say 20x I m only here for oil today. Some of the recs I explained I have a mechanic and I m aware and they still kept pushing me to get it done. 4 stars for everything else.

I just want to say the guy who took care of my car was amazing I believe his name was Jordan he was such a sweetheart he did such a great job and he had such pretty blue eyes and he deserves a raise all the guys there was so nice and helpful and they fixed my car in a timely fashion I didn't have to wait they was on top of there game thank you guys so much ill be back again this was the best valvoline I've been to so fare and to be honest jiffy lube is horrible compared to you guys thanks again

A little over priced but my time is worth something. Being able to pull in, change my oil and pull out in 15 min is pretty awesome. Not to mention you don't even have to get out of your car. When you pull in they pull up your acct and let you know what the manufacture recommends for fluid changes and if any are due. This is a good thing and slightly annoying because they're always trying to up sale which requires you to have to say NO quite often. I have a regular mechanic who takes care of the major stuff but I hate waiting 2-3hrs for an oil change. They'll check all your exterior lights and offer to replace if out. The staff is extremely friendly and their communication is excellent.

For the first time I did oil change with this location, and impressed by their very reasonable price, friendly and professional staff! The manager Carolas is very smart, quick, and nice with helping me. He also gave me other advice with my engine without being asked or being pushing. He is the best! Thank you Carlas!
